Plans and quotas: what's included

The four Skipcall plans (Expert, Intermediate, Starter, VoIP), their conversation, text and phone number quotas, and how to manage your licenses.

Updated on October 27, 2026

Skipcall offers four plans: EXPERT, INTERMEDIATE, STARTER and VOIP. Every active user needs a license, and each license comes with its own quota of conversations, text messages and automations.

Prices aren’t listed here. Check the pricing page, or the Settings > Licenses screen in the app, which shows the prices that apply to your account.

INTERMEDIATE1,0005001Yes
STARTER4002001Yes
VOIP1501001No

The EXPERT, INTERMEDIATE and STARTER plans also include 100 automations per license. An automation is a voicemail dropped on an answering machine, or a text sent automatically by a sequence. For the VOIP plan, check the plan card in Settings > Licenses or ask the Skipcall team.

The numbers listed above appear on the plan cards. To get a number, an extra number or a number in another country, contact the Skipcall team through the chat. There’s no screen to buy a number.

What’s included

According to the in-app plan comparison (the Compare plans link in Settings > Licenses), all four plans include:

  • call transcripts and AI call summaries;
  • phone number enrichment;
  • the mobile app and the web app;
  • API access;
  • the HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce and Attio integrations.

EXPERT, INTERMEDIATE and STARTER also include the power dialer, the parallel dialer (up to 4 simultaneous calls), task management, the pre-CRM and team workspaces.

For a line-by-line view of the VOIP plan, open Compare plans or ask the Skipcall team.

How quotas are counted

  • Per license: each license has its own counters (calls, texts, automations). You’ll find them in Settings > Usage, one row per license, assigned or available.
  • For the current cycle: counters show usage for your current billing cycle.
  • At a glance: in the profile menu (your name, bottom left), hover over the three usage icons to see the calls, texts and automations used against your quota.

Need more? You can buy credits individually, with no minimum, or move to a higher plan.

Billing rules

  • One license per active user. Licenses form a pool at the organization level (the Current pool block on the Licenses screen) and are assigned member by member in Settings > Members, in the License column. A member without a license shows as Deactivated.
  • Three billing cycles: Monthly, Quarterly and Annual. On quarterly and annual billing, the whole cycle is billed upfront. Your savings are shown under each plan’s price.
  • Mixing plans: each plan card has its own counter, so in principle you can hold licenses from different plans in the same pool.
  • Promo codes: accepted when you buy licenses and credits.
  • Custom plans: the Licenses screen says “Looking for a custom plan? Contact us.”

Add licenses

  1. Go to Settings > Licenses.
  2. Stay on the tab for your current billing cycle. The − and + buttons only work on that tab.
  3. On the plan card, click + as many times as you need.
  4. Check the summary (amount due today and new recurring amount). Enter a promo code if you have one.
  5. Click Confirm and pay.
  6. Assign the new licenses in Settings > Members, in the License column. See Members, roles and licenses for details.

Change your billing cycle (for example, switch to annual)

  1. Go to Settings > Licenses.
  2. Pick the Quarterly or Annual tab.
  3. Check the summary. The Current cycle credit line deducts the unused part of your current cycle. Hover over it to see how it’s calculated.
  4. Click Change cycle.
