Cookie policy

This page describes the cookies and trackers set by skipcall.io, what they do, how long they last and how to change your mind.

What is a cookie?

A cookie is a small text file placed in your browser when you visit a site. It allows your browser to be recognised from one page to the next or from one visit to the next. "Tracker" here covers cookies and equivalent techniques (local storage, script identifiers).

Who sets these cookies?

The skipcall.io website is published by SKIPCALL SAS, 1 impasse du Palais, 37000 Tours, France. Skipcall is responsible for the cookies it sets itself. The third-party tools listed below set their own cookies, under their own policies, only if you have consented.

How your consent is collected

When you arrive, a banner lets you accept, reject or choose purpose by purpose. The tools listed below are active by default until you decline them. As soon as you decline, their cookies are deleted and the page is reloaded without them.

Your consent is stored for six months in the skipcall_consent cookie, together with the date and the version of the text you read. A refusal is only kept for the duration of your visit: you will be asked again on your next visit. If the list of tools changes, the banner is shown again in all cases.

Transfers outside the European Union

Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn and Intercom process part of the data from the United States, under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses. RB2B is based in the United States. These tools switch off as soon as you decline the corresponding purpose.

Cookies in use

Lifetimes count from the moment the cookie is set. "Necessary" cookies do not require consent; the others are active by default and switch off as soon as you decline them.

Change your choice

You can change your mind at any time: the button below, also available at the bottom of every page under "Manage cookies", reopens the preferences panel. Withdrawing consent deletes the cookies concerned and reloads the page without the rejected tools.

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site remains usable, but the chat and some measurements will no longer work.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to and restrict the processing of your data, and to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, write to charles@skipcall.io. You may also lodge a complaint with the French supervisory authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr), or with the authority of your own country.
