Skipcall will soon connect to Claude
An MCP connection will give Claude access to your calls, your transcripts and your contacts. The analysis of your conversations will become available to the whole team, with no export and no spreadsheet.

This page describes an integration in preparation, and not a feature that is available. No release date is being announced. Every other feature presented on this site is in service, and the open REST API already gives access to the same data today.
Artificial intelligence knows nothing of what is said in your conversations
A conversational assistant writes your emails and summarises your documents, but it holds no information about what your prospects have told you on the phone. Your calls are nevertheless the most direct source you have about your market.
That information already exists in your workspace, recorded, transcribed and summarised. What is missing is not the data, but the link between it and the assistant.
Your conversations will become a source of analysis for your teams
The MCP connection will link your Skipcall workspace to Claude. Your contacts, your calls, your transcripts and your summaries will become usable without technical skill, within the scope of your account and under your authorisation alone.
What the connection will make possible
Your Skipcall workspace will be connected to Claude from your settings, following the same procedure as connecting a CRM. The authorisation will apply to the whole team and will be revocable at any time.
Contacts and segments, call history, transcripts and summaries, sequences, tasks and messages. This scope is the one the API already exposes: the connection will not widen it, it will make access to it simpler.
Identifying the objections that recur over a period, or obtaining a summary of every conversation held with an account since the start of the year: these analyses will no longer call for an export or a spreadsheet. They will rest on your own conversations, and not on general knowledge of the market.
Building a segment to call according to your criteria, and writing a follow-up message, will rest on the content of the last conversation, supported by its transcript, rather than on what the sales representative remembers of it.
What is produced will reach the contact record, then your CRM, by the same route as today's call summaries. Nothing will remain confined to a chat window.
Working with your conversations, today and tomorrow
The right-hand column describes an integration in preparation. The left-hand column describes what the interface allows today, or what the REST API allows a technical team.
What this connection will bring to your organisation
A conversational assistant knows how to summarise and compare, but it holds no information about your conversations. The connection will give it access to your transcripts and your summaries: the answers will then be about your accounts and your market, and not about generalities.
Identifying a trend across six weeks of calls today requires an export, a spreadsheet and the time to work through them. The same need will be expressed in a single sentence, which puts analysis within reach of the managers who do not handle files.
MCP is an open protocol published by Anthropic to connect an assistant to sources of data. The integration built for Claude will therefore rest on a public standard, and not on a bespoke development to be redone for every assistant.
The data concerned is already available to your technical team through the REST API. What changes is the cost of access: no development to plan for, and no integration to maintain over time.
A sales manager is trying to understand the drop in the meeting rate observed over the past six weeks. Today the analysis calls for exporting the calls, then opening the transcripts one by one.
With the connection, the question will be put directly to Claude, which will go through the transcripts for the period and report the objections that recur, with extracts to support them. The answer will be about the company's own calls, not about a market average.
In the meantime, the same data is available through the open REST API, and produced automatically by recording and transcription.
Frequently asked questions
Is the MCP connection available today? +
No. It is in preparation, and this page describes what it will bring. No date is being communicated at this stage. Every other feature presented on this site is, by contrast, available.
What is MCP? +
MCP, for Model Context Protocol, is an open protocol published by Anthropic. It defines a standard way of connecting a conversational assistant to sources of data and to outside tools, without writing a separate integration for each of them.
Which data will Claude be able to consult? +
The data the Skipcall REST API already exposes: contacts and segments, call history, transcripts, summaries, sequences, tasks and messages. The connection will create no new access, it will make the existing access usable without technical skill.
Will Claude be able to place calls on my behalf? +
No. Skipcall is an outbound calling tool for human sales representatives, and has no voice agent. Artificial intelligence transcribes, summarises and filters voicemail; it does not hold the conversation.
Will a Claude subscription be required? +
The connection will rest on your own access to Claude, which falls under your contractual relationship with Anthropic. On the Skipcall side, it will be activated from your workspace, like a CRM integration.
Who will decide what Claude can see? +
You alone. The authorisation is granted and revoked from your settings, and the scope remains that of your workspace: the connection will give access to no data your account is not already entitled to.
Where is the data concerned hosted? +
In France, with a French cloud provider, like the rest of your Skipcall data. The processing falls under the GDPR and European law.
In the meantime, how do I connect Skipcall to my tools? +
Through the open REST API, already available and documented. It gives access to the same data, and is the route to take for an organisation with a technical team and an immediate need.
