Error messages and alerts: what to do
What Skipcall's error messages, banners and alerts mean (CRM, enrichment, texts, payments, connection) and what to do about each one.

Seeing a message on screen and not sure what to do? Find it below, along with where it appears and how to handle it.
Banners at the top of the screen
”Reconnecting to server…”
The connection between your browser and the Skipcall server was briefly lost. Wait for the green “Reconnected successfully” banner, which confirms you’re back online.
If the banner doesn’t go away, check your internet connection, reload the page, then check service status at status.skipcall.io (or profile menu > Status).
”Salesforce connection interrupted - Your Salesforce integration has been revoked. Your contact sync is currently interrupted.”
This pale yellow banner appears at the top of your workspace pages when the authorization you gave your CRM has expired or been revoked. A similar banner can appear for another CRM.
- Click Reconnect now in the banner (or go to Configuration > Integrations and click the integration’s gear icon).
- Follow your CRM’s authorization window.
- On the integration screen, check the Last sync.
- If needed, run Force a sync with the Sync button. This button stays grayed out while the connection is in error.
CRM integrations
”Invalid key”
This badge appears on the integration card in Configuration > Integrations. Reconnect the integration: click the gear icon, then the reconnect button.
”Authentication problem: Your Salesforce connection has expired or been revoked. Reconnect via OAuth to restore the integration.”
This alert appears on the integration’s management screen (gear icon). Click Reconnect with Salesforce and follow the authorization window.
”Error: Your API key is invalid or has been revoked. Please reconnect your account with a new key.”
This message shows up in the integration’s Sync history, on a failed sync. Reconnect the integration, then run Force a sync.
”No HubSpot account connected. Connect HubSpot in the integration settings to continue.”
You’re trying to create a sequence from a HubSpot list, but HubSpot isn’t connected to the workspace. Click Connect HubSpot in the window, or connect it from Configuration > Integrations. See Connect HubSpot.
Contacts, enrichment and texts
”None of the selected contacts are eligible for enrichment.”
The full message explains: “They already have the requested data or are missing required fields (first name, last name and LinkedIn URL or company name).”
- Fill in the contacts’ first name, last name and LinkedIn URL or company name, then try again.
- Or uncheck the data the contacts already have.
See Enrich your contacts.
”no SMS number”
In New conversation (texts), a contact is grayed out with this label: their record has no phone number. Add a number from their record (Edit), or enrich their phone number.
Payments and workspaces
”The last payment for this workspace failed. Try again to reactivate billing.”
This message appears on the workspace card, with a red Failed badge, in the All my workspaces view. Check your card in Settings > Payment method, then click Retry payment. If it keeps failing, contact the Skipcall team through the chat.
”Failed” or “Expired” status on invoices
The payment for that row didn’t go through: no invoice was issued and the Download button is grayed out. See Invoices and payment.
”This workspace can’t be archived. Contact support”
This message appears in Configuration > General. Archiving a workspace isn’t self-service, so contact the Skipcall team through the chat.
”No workspace matches the filters.”
In the Workspaces view, the selected tab or search returns no results. Switch tabs (Active, Archived, All) or change your search.
Voicemail
”No transcript available.”
This voicemail has no transcript. You can still listen to the audio, but there’s nothing else to do with the transcript.
