Install the Skipcall mobile app

The Skipcall mobile app is available on iOS and Android, with calls, texts and voicemail. Here's how to download it from the web app in a few clicks.

Yes, Skipcall has a mobile app for iOS and Android. You’ll find the download links in the web app: click your name in the bottom-left corner, then Mobile app.

What you can do with the mobile app

The Mobile app window sums it up: “Your business phone, in your pocket.”

  • Calls, texts and voicemail from your phone;
  • One workspace per team;
  • Live customer record during the call.

The mobile app is included in every plan (the “Mobile App & Web” line in the plan comparison).

Download the app

  1. In the web app, click your name in the bottom-left corner.
  2. Click Mobile app.
  3. Expand the section for your device: iOS or Android.
  4. For iOS, click Open in the App Store. On a large screen, you can also scan the QR code shown (“Scan to download the app”) with your phone.
  5. For Android, click Open in the Play Store.
  6. Install the app.

FAQ

The mobile app isn’t working properly.

Check service status at status.skipcall.io. If everything is running normally, contact the Skipcall team through the chat in the web app. Describe the problem and include your phone model.
