Enrich your contacts (email and phone)

Automatically find the missing email address or phone number for your contacts. Credits are only charged when the search succeeds.

Updated on October 27, 2026

Enrichment automatically looks up the email addresses and phone numbers your contacts are missing. It uses enrichment credits, which are only charged when the search actually finds the data.

Three ways to start an enrichment

  • From the Contacts table: a contact with no phone number shows an Enrich button in place of the number, in the Phone 1 column.
  • From the contact record: when the email is missing, the Email field shows an Enrich button.
  • For several contacts: check them, then click Enrich contacts in the selection bar. The same button is available in a sequence’s selection bar.

Run the enrichment

  1. Use one of the buttons above. The enrichment window opens and shows how many contacts you picked.
  2. Under Which data do you want to enrich?, check Email addresses, Phone numbers, or both.
  3. Click Start enrichment.

To enrich a whole list, filter your contacts first, check one row, then click Select the N contacts before Enrich contacts. See search, filter and sort your contacts.

Which contacts can be enriched?

A contact is eligible if it has:

  • a first name;
  • a last name;
  • a LinkedIn URL or a company name;
  • and it’s missing the data you asked for.

If none of the selected contacts meet these conditions, Skipcall tells you that no selected contact is eligible: they either already have the requested data or are missing required fields (first name, last name, and LinkedIn URL or company name).

When that happens, fill in the missing fields from the contact record (Edit), or uncheck the data the contact already has, then try again.

What it costs

You can buy enrichment credits in Settings > Credits, with no minimum purchase. Current rates are listed on the pricing page and in that screen of the app, which is always the reference. See also credits.

Track your enrichments

  1. Open the profile menu (bottom left), then Settings > Credits.
  2. In the Enrichment balance, check the Usage history: each line shows the date, the type (Debit or Top-up), the quantity, the member and the detail (for example Enrichment or Enrichment refund).
  3. Click See details to open the enrichment operations window. For each contact, it shows the data searched (Email, Phone), the result and the Credits used (0 if nothing was found).

Common questions

Enrichment won’t accept my contacts

They already have the data you asked for, or they’re missing the first name, the last name, or both the LinkedIn URL and the company name. Fill in those fields and try again.

Am I charged if nothing is found?

No. When a search fails, the credits are refunded automatically and an Enrichment refund line appears in your usage history.

I can’t text a contact

If the contact is grayed out with a “no SMS number” label, their record has no usable number. Add one (record > Edit) or run a phone enrichment.
