One click to call from any web page

The Skipcall browser extension will recognise the phone numbers displayed in your browser, whether in your CRM, on LinkedIn, in a directory or on a company's website. One click will be enough to call the contact or send them an SMS, with no copy-and-paste and no switching tabs.

Feature to come

This page describes an extension in preparation, not an available feature. No release date is announced. Every other feature presented on this site is operational: you can call and send SMS from the Skipcall application today.

The problem

Every copied number is a delayed call

Your prospects' numbers are everywhere: in the CRM, on LinkedIn, in a shared file, on a company's website. To call them, a sales rep selects the number, copies it, opens the phone tool, pastes it, fixes the format, then goes back to log the call.

Repeated dozens of times a day, this routine wastes time, causes dialling errors and leaves calls with no trace in the CRM.

Your browser will become a phone

The Skipcall extension will detect the numbers displayed on the page, convert them to international format and make them clickable. The call or SMS will go out from your Skipcall line, and the exchange will be attached to the contact, like any call placed from the application.

Will work on
  • HubSpot
  • Pipedrive
  • Salesforce
  • Attio
  • LinkedIn
  • and any web page showing a number

What the extension will make possible

01
Detection Numbers recognised on every page

Numbers displayed in the browser, including tel: links and national formats, will be spotted automatically and normalised to international format. They will appear underlined, ready to use.

02
Call One click to call

Clicking a number will start the call from your Skipcall line, without leaving the page you are on.

03
SMS A message sent from the same page

The same menu will let you send the contact an SMS from your Skipcall number. The reply will land in your workspace, alongside the rest of your exchanges.

04
Traceability Every exchange attached to the right contact

Calls and SMS will be linked to the contact in Skipcall, then synced with your CRM through the existing integration. Recording, transcription and summary will apply as for any other call.

05
Access Included in every plan

The extension will install in your browser and sign in with your Skipcall account. It will be included in every plan, at no extra cost, with no CRM configuration and no development.

What the extension will bring to your organisation

More time spent on calls

Removing the handling between two calls will leave more time for calling.

Fewer dialling errors

Automatic normalisation will prevent forgotten country codes and transposed digits.

A complete CRM with no data entry

Every call and every SMS will appear in the contact's history, whichever page it started from.

Your tools stay the same

The team will keep working in its CRM and its usual sources; Skipcall will be added to them without replacing them.

Use case

An SDR prospects accounts from LinkedIn and the websites of the companies she targets. For each number she finds, she copies it into her phone tool, fixes the country code, then logs the call in the CRM.

With the extension, she will click the number wherever she finds it. The call will go out from her Skipcall line, be recorded and summarised, then attached to the contact in the CRM. If the prospect does not pick up, she will send an SMS from the same menu.

In the meantime, calls and SMS are handled from the Skipcall application, and the Power Dialer lets you work through a full list of calls.

A calendar full of meetings starts with a call.
