The right plan for every user
Your teams do not have the same telephony needs. Multi-plan makes it possible to assign a different plan to each employee and to pay only for what each one actually uses.

This page describes a feature in preparation, and not a feature that is available. No release date is being announced. The four plans quoted exist and are accessible from a single licence: what remains to come is the possibility of combining them within a single team.
An identical licence for uses that are not identical
Most business software is billed per licence, at the same rate for every user. The plan chosen is then the one your most demanding team needs, and the company pays it for everyone.
Yet a customer success team, a prospecting team, a recruitment department and account managers do not use the telephone in the same way. Aligning their costs amounts to overpaying for some and under-equipping the others.
The plan follows the usage
Multi-plan will make it possible to assign each user the plan that matches their actual usage, from a simple telephone line at 25€ per month up to the Expert plan. The company keeps a single contract, and pays the sum of actual uses rather than a common denominator.
Putting it in place, step by step
An inside sales representative, a recruitment officer and an account manager do not use the telephone in the same way. The starting point is not the number of people to equip, but what each of them does with their line.
Each user will be assigned the plan that matches their usage: 25€ per month for a business line, 75€ for prospecting, 150€ or 280€ for the highest volumes.
An employee who changes role will change plan, without losing their number, their history or their contacts. The line follows the person, the plan follows the usage.
The company will keep one contract and one invoice. The breakdown by user will allow each team manager to attach the expense to their own scope.
The dashboard already brings together the call volume of each sales representative. Set against the plan assigned to them, it will show where the budget is well placed and where it is not.
Single licence and multi-plan
The right-hand column describes a feature in preparation. The left-hand column describes the single licence billing model, common among software vendors, without targeting any vendor in particular.
What this feature will bring to your organisation
In a single licence model, the plan chosen is the one your most intensive team needs, and the company pays it for everyone. A customer success team that places a few calls a week is billed at the same rate as a prospecting team that places hundreds of them a day.
Today, moving a single team up a tier means moving everyone up. With one plan per member, the decision is taken where it is justified: on the roles whose call volume requires it, without touching the others.
A role that needs a business line, but not a dialler, costs 25€ per month. Many organisations give up equipping these roles today because a single licence would make them too expensive, and leave them on personal phones.
An overall telephony budget is hard to defend in committee. An expense attached to identified usage, set against the call volume the dashboard already measures, is defended with figures rather than with an estimate.
A company of thirty people has six sales representatives in prospecting, four account managers, three customer success officers and some fifteen employees who simply need a business line.
Today, it chooses a single plan and pays for it thirty times. With multi-plan, it will equip its six sales representatives with the plan that matches their volume, and the fifteen other roles at 25€ per month each.
The detail of the four plans is set out on the pricing page, and the uses that justify each of them are measured by the dashboard.
Frequently asked questions
Is multi-plan available today? +
No. It is in preparation, and this page describes what it will bring. No date is being communicated at this stage. The plans themselves exist and are available: what does not yet exist is the possibility of combining them within a single team.
In concrete terms, what will I be able to combine? +
The four published plans: 25€ per month per user for business telephony, 75€ for the Starter plan, 150€ for the Intermediate and 280€ for the Expert. Each user will be assigned one of them, independently of the others.
Will there be a minimum number of licences? +
No. Skipcall starts today from a single licence, and multi-plan will not change that principle. Several vendors impose a minimum of three licences, which is precisely what makes any fine adjustment by team impossible.
Will I receive several invoices? +
No. The company keeps a single contract and a single invoice, itemised by user. It is that breakdown that makes it possible to attach the expense to each team without multiplying subscriptions.
What happens when an employee changes role? +
Their plan changes, their account remains. They keep their business number, their call history and their contacts: the line follows the person, and the plan follows the usage.
How do I know which plan to assign to whom? +
The dashboard already measures call volume, the pick-up rate and the outcome of sequences for each sales representative. These measurements show which roles justify a higher plan and which draw no benefit from one.
Will a change of plan be reversible? +
Adjusting downwards as well as upwards is part of the point of the feature: a plan that could not be brought back down would amount to the model it is meant to replace.
Where can I find the detail of the plans? +
On the pricing page, which sets out the four plans, what they contain and the discounts applicable to quarterly and annual billing. The amounts quoted here come from it.
