Read the Analytics dashboard

Understand Skipcall's Analytics screen: filter by date range, member and sequence, and read call statuses, leads and conversion rates.

Updated on October 27, 2026

The Analytics screen sums up your workspace’s phone activity over a date range: call volume and duration, breakdown by status, contacts not yet reached, leads and conversion rates.

Pick the date range, member and sequence

The filters sit at the top of the screen.

  • Date range: the last 7 days by default. Choose your dates in the From / To calendar, or use a shortcut (Today, Yesterday, Last week, Last month, Last 3 months, Last 12 months, Current month), then click Apply.
  • Member: All members or one specific member, with a search box. As an admin, you can view the whole team or a single rep.
  • Sequence: All sequences or just one, searchable by name.

To compare several workspaces, open the switcher at the top of the left menu > All my workspaces > Analytics, then filter by workspace.

The dashboard blocks

  • Call statistics: total call duration, number of calls, and a colored bar that breaks calls down by status, with the count for each one.
  • Not contacted: No status and Canceled calls. No status normally counts the contacts in your sequences that haven’t received any call status yet (not every contact in your base that was never called).
  • Call performance: Connected, Leads, Conversion on connected and Conversion on calls (as percentages).
  • Number of calls: a daily bar chart, stacked by status.
  • Leads: a separate chart on the right showing leads for the period.

What each status means

Click the ⓘ icon in the Call statistics block to open the status definitions. Here’s what the app says:

  • Connected: you were put through and the conversation took place.
  • Voicemail: the call went to voicemail.
  • Busy: the line was busy and voicemail wasn’t reached.
  • No answer: the call rang with no answer.
  • Missed: an incoming call the agent didn’t pick up in time.
  • Canceled: hung up while ringing, before the conversation started.
  • Number errors: the number is invalid or unreachable.
  • Country errors: the country isn’t allowed for your calls.
  • Failed calls: a technical error prevented the call.

In a sequence, the Call status filter uses similar labels: Connected, Voicemail, Busy, No answer, Missed call, Canceled, Invalid number, Error, plus No status. See call statuses.

How to read the rates

Going by their names, Conversion on connected normally compares your leads to connected calls, and Conversion on calls compares your leads to all calls.

Leads should correspond to contacts carrying the Lead tag, the one with a crown icon. Skipcall provides this tag, and it can’t be renamed or deleted.

Common questions

I made calls but total duration shows 0 seconds

Total duration appears to count only Connected calls. If all your calls went to voicemail, were canceled or got no answer, 0 seconds is expected. Check the breakdown under the colored bar.

My leads stay at 0 even though I booked meetings

Leads are normally counted from the Lead tag, so it needs to be on the interested contacts. If you’re not sure where to add it, contact the Skipcall team through the chat.

What’s the difference between “Missed” and “No answer”?

Missed is about incoming calls you didn’t pick up. No answer is about your outgoing calls that rang without the other person picking up.

What does “Country errors” mean?

The app defines it as: the country isn’t allowed for your calls. The list of allowed countries isn’t shown in the app. Make sure the number is in international format (+33…), then contact the Skipcall team through the chat to find out which countries are open.

Can I compare two periods?

No, the screen shows one date range at a time. Switch the range and note the figures for each.
