Sub-processors

List referred to in Article 2 of the Data Processing Agreement (DPA)

To provide its Services, SKIPCALL engages the sub-processors listed below. For each of them, the list states the purpose for which it is engaged, the country of processing and, where data is processed outside the European Union, the safeguard governing that transfer under Chapter V of the GDPR.

In accordance with Article 2.2 of the DPA, SKIPCALL informs its clients of any addition or replacement of a sub-processor at least 15 days before it is put into service. Leave your address to receive these notifications by email.

The Client may object to an addition or replacement on legitimate grounds relating to data protection, under the conditions of Article 2.3 of the DPA.
