Integrations and API
Skipcall CRM integrations
HubSpot, Pipedrive, Attio, Salesforce: how Skipcall connects to your CRM one workspace at a time, and how to keep an eye on syncing.
Updated on October 27, 2026
Skipcall connects to four CRMs: HubSpot, Pipedrive, Attio, and Salesforce. You connect them one workspace at a time from Configuration > Integrations, and a setup wizard then walks you through the sync settings.
Where to find integrations
- In the left menu, click Configuration.
- Open the Integrations tab.
At the top, you’ll see the integration that’s already connected, with a status badge, the Last sync date, and a gear icon. Below it are the available integrations, each with its own connect button.
Two ways to connect
| CRM | Method | Button |
|---|---|---|
| Salesforce | Secure authorization in a Salesforce window (OAuth) | Sign in |
| Attio | Secure authorization in an Attio window (OAuth) | Sign in |
| HubSpot | Access token you generate in HubSpot, then paste into Skipcall | Connect |
| Pipedrive | Personal API token you copy from Pipedrive, then paste into Skipcall | Connect |
Each CRM has its own step-by-step guide: HubSpot, Pipedrive, Attio, and Salesforce.
The setup wizard
Once the connection is authorized, a five-step wizard opens:
- Contacts: map each Skipcall field to a CRM field.
- Users: link each Skipcall member to a CRM user. The Auto-map by email button does the matching for you.
- Tasks: choose whether to sync your tasks.
- Calls: choose whether to attach your call recordings to the activity created in the CRM.
- Sync: review the summary, then start the sync.
Manage a connected integration
Click the integration’s gear icon in Configuration > Integrations. The management screen shows:
- the Last sync, how long ago it ran and its exact date;
- the number of Synced contacts that came from the CRM;
- an Actions block with Force a sync (Sync button), Configure, and Disconnect integration;
- the Sync history: each run, its status (Completed or Failed), how many contacts were imported and updated, and the error message if it failed.
Disconnecting the integration doesn’t delete your contacts: the app tells you they’ll be kept but no longer synced.
If the connection drops
When the authorization you gave your CRM expires or is revoked, a pale yellow banner appears at the top of the workspace pages, for example Salesforce connection interrupted, with a Reconnect now button. The integration card may also show an Invalid key badge.
- Click Reconnect now, or go to Configuration > Integrations > gear icon.
- Follow your CRM’s authorization window (or paste a new token for HubSpot and Pipedrive).
- Check the Last sync on the management screen.
- If needed, click Force a sync, then Sync.
While the connection is in error, the Sync and Configure buttons stay grayed out: you have to reconnect first.
FAQ
Which CRMs come with my plan?
The HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, and Attio integrations are included in all four plans. See the pricing page for details.
Can I build a sequence from my CRM?
With HubSpot, yes: once HubSpot is connected, the HubSpot source in Create a sequence lets you start from a HubSpot list. See connect HubSpot.
The sync isn’t bringing anything in
Open the management screen (gear icon) and read the Sync history: the error message tells you what went wrong. Reconnect the integration if needed, then run Force a sync. If it keeps failing, reach out to the Skipcall team through the chat.
A Lead status field shows up on some contact records
For a contact that came from a CRM, the record may show a Lead status field with the CRM’s icon next to it.
