Skipcall sequences aren't deleted: they're archived and can be restored at any time, calls included. Here's how to archive, find, and restore them.
Updated on October 27, 2026
Sequences can’t be permanently deleted: they’re archived instead. Archiving doesn’t destroy anything. The sequence and its calls stay available, and you can restore it whenever you want.
Archive a sequence
- In the left menu, click Sequences.
- Click the sequence’s ⋮ menu, then Archive.
- The window explains that the sequence and its calls will remain available in the Archive tab and can be restored at any time.
- Type the exact name of the sequence in the confirmation field.
- Click Archive. You’ll see Sequence archived.
You can also archive from inside the sequence: header ⋮ menu > Archive.
Archive several sequences
In the list, check the sequences (or use Select all), then click Archive.
Find an archived sequence
Archived sequences no longer show up in the default list.
- In Sequences, click Filters.
- Choose Status, the condition is, then the value Archived.
- Click Add filter.
Restore a sequence
There are two ways:
- From the list filtered on Archived: the sequence’s ⋮ menu > Restore.
- By opening the archived sequence: a banner says the sequence is archived. Click Restore.
An archived sequence keeps its settings, but they’re grayed out, along with the Launch sequence button, until you restore it.
FAQ
How do I permanently delete a sequence?
You can’t: sequences can only be archived. That’s what keeps their calls on record and lets you restore them later.
I archived a sequence by mistake
Filter the list on Status is Archived, then use the ⋮ menu > Restore. You can also open the sequence and click Restore in its banner.
Are the contacts of an archived sequence deleted?
No. Archiving doesn’t destroy anything: the sequence stays available and can be restored. To take only certain contacts out of a sequence, see Manage the contacts in a sequence.
