Calls placed from a personal mobile escape the company entirely
Away from the office, employees use their personal phone. The conversations take place, commitments are made and meetings are booked, but nothing of it remains in the company's systems: no activity in the CRM, no history on the contact record, no written account. The company loses the traceability of part of its customer relationship.
The customer, for their part, keeps hold of a personal number. They will use it outside working hours and will go on dialling it long after the employee has left. Mobility is therefore paid for twice: in lost information, and in a customer relationship that stops belonging to the company.
One account, one history, from the workstation to the mobile
The iOS and Android app puts the company's business line, and access to its contacts, on the employee's own phone. Calls placed on the move feed the same systems as the ones placed from the workstation: contact record, recording, transcription and CRM. Mobile call activity stops escaping the company.
How that continuity is put in place
iOS, Android and the browser share the same account. There is no handset to order, no box to install and no engineer visit to schedule: the employee signs in and places their calls.
The company number is what appears on your contact's screen, from the mobile just as from the workstation. The employee's personal number is never exposed, and therefore does not remain in your customers' address books after they leave.
The same account, the same contacts, the same history. The employee reviews the record before dialling, on the move as well as at their desk, and finds back at the office everything that was handled outside it.
Date, duration and outcome reach the contact record automatically, alongside the calls placed from the workstation and the SMS messages. Recording, transcription and the AI summary are included from the Starter plan.
The call is sent to HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce or Attio on exactly the same terms as a call placed from the browser. No re-entry is asked of the employee at the end of the day.
The Business VoIP plan covers fixed and mobile telephony for the entire company, at 15 € per month per user. Your current numbers, fixed and mobile alike, are portable and remain yours.
The same team on the move, with and without the app
Updated 4 September 2026. The iOS and Android app and the browser access run on the same account. The Business VoIP plan is 15 € per month per user, and prices are shown excluding tax.
What it changes inside the company
A manager, a partner or a tradesperson gives out their personal number today because they are not at their desk. They then live with it during weekends and holidays, and can never hand it over to anyone. With the app, it is the company number that goes out, from a phone that remains their own.
Twenty minutes waiting at a customer site and three follow-up calls placed on the way: until now, those calls existed nowhere. Placed from the app, they reach the contact record and the CRM like the morning ones, with their recording and their summary.
There is no forwarding rule to set up on Friday evening and undo on Monday morning, and no second number to circulate. The business number belongs to the person, not to a handset sitting on a desk, and follows them from one device to the next.
When someone leaves, what they knew about their accounts does not leave with their device. The calls placed on the move are on the contact record, with the others, and their successor picks the relationship up by reading rather than by calling back to have it explained again.
A sales rep prepares a call at the office, reaches a voicemail, and leaves for a meeting. The prospect calls back an hour later, while the rep is waiting in a reception area. They take the call on their phone, inside the app, and note the essentials in thirty seconds.
The next day they are on leave. Their colleague opens the contact record: the previous day's call is there, with its duration, its recording and its summary, among the calls placed from the office. Nothing indicates where it was placed from, and that is precisely the intended result.
Calls placed from the mobile are recorded, transcribed and summarised like the others, and sync to your CRM. To equip the whole company with fixed and mobile telephony, see the Business VoIP plan.
Frequently asked questions
Which devices does Skipcall run on? +
On iOS, on Android and in the browser, with the same account. You move from one to the next without reconfiguring anything: the same contacts, the same history and the same business number.
Can the people I call see my personal number? +
No. The business number is the one displayed, whether the call is placed from the mobile or from the workstation. Your personal number is not exposed and does not end up in your customers' address books.
Do we need to buy phones or install hardware? +
No. There is no handset, no box and no installation. Your employees call from the mobile app or from their browser, on the devices they already have.
Do calls placed from the mobile reach my CRM? +
Yes, exactly like the ones placed at the office. The call reaches the contact record and syncs to HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce or Attio. That is the whole difference with a call placed from a personal mobile, which leaves no record at all.
Is a call placed from the mobile recorded, transcribed and summarised? +
Yes, on the same terms as the others. Recording, transcription and the AI summary are included from the Starter plan, at 75 € per month per licence, from a single licence.
Can we keep our current numbers? +
Yes. Number portability covers fixed and mobile numbers alike: you keep the ones your customers know, and those are the numbers displayed from the app.
What does it cost to equip the whole company? +
The Business VoIP plan covers fixed and mobile telephony for the entire company at 15 € per month per user. The Starter, Intermediate and Expert plans are added on top for the teams that prospect by phone.
Where is my call data hosted? +
In France, with a French cloud provider. Calls placed from a mobile are handled like the others: the GDPR and European law apply, with no transfer to a third country to document.
Does Skipcall answer on my behalf when I am away from the office? +
No. Skipcall is not a voice agent: neither a person nor an artificial intelligence holds the conversation in your place. The app lets you call and be reached on your business number from your own phone, and documents what was said.
