Run your outreach on numbers

The Skipcall dashboard is the numbers view of the phone activity of each rep and of the team as a whole. Every attempt is classified automatically: real conversations, voicemails, invalid numbers, calls that never connected. You know which lever to pull.

The problem

Call volume tells you nothing about performance

1,284 numbers dialled for 341 real conversations: the gap is spread across voicemails, invalid numbers, disallowed country codes and calls that never connected. As long as those reasons stay lumped together, there is no way to know what to fix.

The Skipcall dashboard breaks every attempt down by status.

Seven call statuses, not one headline figure

Connected, voicemail, wrong number, wrong country, cancelled, not connected, failed: every attempt is classified automatically and shown in a single breakdown.

A high number of wrong numbers points to a list problem. A high number of voicemails points to a time-of-day problem. A low conversion rate on connected calls points to a pitch problem.

What you read on the dashboard

01
Conversion Two conversion rates, two readings

Conversion on connected calls: the share of your real conversations that turns into a lead. That is the measure of how well your pitch works. Conversion on calls: the share of total volume that turns into a lead. That is the measure of how well your targeting and your list work. Tracking them separately is what tells you which lever to pull.

02
Talk time The time actually spent on the phone

Total cumulative duration and number of calls over the period. You measure the time genuinely spent in conversation, as distinct from the time spent dialling.

03
Dormant opportunities Contacts never worked surface on their own

The "Not contacted" block isolates contacts with no status and cancelled calls. These are the opportunities still available in your lists, the ones that stay invisible in conventional reporting.

04
Filters Three filters to isolate what you are looking for

Period, team member and sequence. You compare two reps on the same campaign, or two campaigns for the same rep.

05
Weekly rhythm A reading for each day of the week

Call and lead volumes are broken down from Monday to Sunday, with the status detail. You identify your most productive days and adjust your organisation accordingly.

Multi-account One dashboard per client, inside a single account

With workspaces, each client or each team gets its own statistics, kept separate. Agencies run all of their accounts without mixing data.

Use case

Over one week, a team dials 1,284 calls for 18 h 24 of conversation. The breakdown shows 402 voicemails and 341 connected conversations, for 82 leads.

Conversion on connected calls reaches 24%, which puts the pitch at a good level. Conversion on calls drops to 6.4%: the gap comes from the 137 wrong-number and wrong-country attempts, and from the 402 voicemails.

The priority is therefore not the script, but cleaning the list and choosing better calling windows.

A calendar full of meetings starts with a call.

Frequently asked questions

Which call statuses does the dashboard distinguish? +

Seven statuses: connected, voicemail, wrong number, wrong country, cancelled, not connected and failed. Every attempt is classified automatically, with no data entry from the rep.

What is the difference between conversion on connected calls and conversion on calls? +

Conversion on connected calls measures leads against the conversations actually established: it tells you how well your pitch works. Conversion on calls measures them against total volume dialled: it tells you how good your targeting and your list are.

How do I know whether the problem is my list or my pitch? +

By comparing the two conversion rates. A large gap between them comes from attempts that never reached a conversation: wrong numbers, wrong countries and voicemails, which is to say list quality and calling windows. A low rate on connected calls, by contrast, points back to the pitch.

Are voicemails counted as answered calls? +

No. Voicemails form a distinct status, separate from connected conversations. That is what lets you spot a time-of-day problem rather than a pitch problem.

Can I compare two reps on the same campaign? +

Yes. Three filters are available: period, team member and sequence. So you can compare two reps on one campaign, or two campaigns for one rep.

Where do I find the contacts nobody has called? +

In the "Not contacted" block, which isolates contacts with no status and cancelled calls. These are the opportunities still available in your lists, invisible in conventional reporting.

Can I track several clients or several teams separately? +

Yes. With workspaces, each client or each team gets its own statistics, kept separate, inside a single account. Agencies can therefore run all of their accounts without mixing data.

Can I pull these metrics through the API? +

Yes, call volumes, pick-up rates and sequence outcomes are available through the API.
