Sequences and dialer

Manage the contacts in a sequence

Find, filter, add, remove, or reassign contacts in a Skipcall sequence, and learn why some contacts seem to disappear from the list after you call them.

Updated on October 27, 2026

The table under Call settings lists the contacts in the sequence. When you open it, it only shows contacts that haven’t been called or qualified yet. That’s on purpose, so you see who’s left to call first.

The default filters

When you open a sequence, two filters are already on: Call status = No status and Tags = No tag. The Active filters line reminds you, with the “Status is empty” and “Tag is empty” chips.

As soon as a call gives a contact a status (including No answer, Busy, Voicemail, or Canceled) or a tag is added, the contact leaves this view. They’re still in the sequence.

Find a contact

  1. Click Clear all on the Active filters line.
  2. Type the name, company, or phone number in the Search for a contact, a company, … field.

Filter contacts

  • Call status: No status, Connected, Voicemail, Busy, No answer, Missed call, Canceled, Invalid number, Error. Clear removes the filter.
  • Tags: No tag, then every tag in the workspace (for example Lead or Call back).
  • Filters (advanced): First name, Last name, Email, Company, City, Job title, Country, URL, Created on, Last call, Number of calls, Status, Tag, Voicemail dropped, SMS sent, Content of voicemail dropped, Content of SMS sent, and your custom fields.

For example, to call back everyone who didn’t pick up, choose Call status > No answer.

The Columns icon lets you pick which columns are shown. At the bottom of the table, Previous, Next, and Rows per page (50 by default) let you page through the list.

Add contacts to an existing sequence

  1. Open Contacts.
  2. Check the contacts you want to add.
  3. Click Add to a sequence in the selection bar.
  4. Pick the sequence under Choose a sequence.
  5. Click Add to sequence.

Remove a contact without deleting it

  • For one contact: the row’s ⋮ menu > Remove.
  • For several: check the rows, then click Remove in the selection bar.

The contact leaves the sequence but stays in Contacts.

Reassign contacts to another member

Check the contacts, then click Reassign to a member in the selection bar. The chosen member shows up in the Assigned to column.

Enrich the contacts in a sequence

Check the contacts, then click Enrich contacts to look up missing emails or phone numbers. See Enrich your contacts.

Export the contacts in a sequence

The Export to CSV button sits in the sequence header. If you have the Member role and don’t see it, exporting is normally limited to workspace admins: an admin can open it up to members under Configuration > Permissions > Allow members to export from a sequence.
