Skipcall, the most complete power dialer on the market
You stop dialling, and you stop listening to voicemails. Skipcall calls the numbers on your list one by one and connects you the moment someone picks up.

Dialling by hand costs you one hour in two
Find the record, read the number, type it in, listen to the ring, reach a voicemail, sit through it to the beep, hang up, take a note, start again. Each step takes a few seconds, and those seconds make up most of the session.
A rep dialling by hand places 20 to 25 calls an hour. That is the ceiling the power dialer lifts.
One number at a time, dialled for you, voicemails screened out
Skipcall calls the numbers on your list one after another, opens the contact record and connects you the moment a person picks up. When it is a voicemail, the AI recognises it and frees the line without making you listen. You climb to 60 to 80 calls an hour without changing the way you work.
What happens when you launch a campaign
You import a file or sync a segment from HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce or Attio. The open REST API lets you plug in any other tool in your stack. On-demand enrichment fills in the missing numbers.
You never type a number again, and you never hunt for the next record. The moment a call ends, the next one goes out. That is what takes a team from 20 to 25 calls an hour to 60 to 80.
AI screening recognises voicemail greetings with a stated 95% accuracy, along with invalid numbers. The line frees itself and dialling resumes, without you having sat through the greeting waiting for the beep.
Recording, transcription and AI summaries are included from the Starter plan, with no paid add-on. The contact record opens on its own and the outcome of the attempt is logged there.
Every attempt and its outcome flows into HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce or Attio in real time, and into your other tools through the API.
Manual dialling and the Skipcall power dialer
Orders of magnitude observed on B2B prospecting campaigns, updated on 4 September 2026. Actual output depends on the quality of the numbers in your file.
Four differences that hold up
Dialling a number takes six to ten seconds, and finding the record takes as long again. Across a two-hour session that adds up to close to an hour spent on nothing. The power dialer removes that step: you talk, you hang up, the next call goes out.
Most power diallers still make you sit through every voicemail greeting. Here the AI recognises it and frees the line. It is the same screening engine as the parallel dialer, available from the very first simultaneous call.
The number of simultaneous calls is set inside the sequence. At one, you are running a power dialer. At four, a parallel dialer. You are not buying two tools and you never migrate: you change a setting when your volume justifies it.
The Starter plan starts at €75 per month per licence, from a single licence, recording and transcription included. Several vendors impose a three-licence minimum and charge for call analysis on top.
When the volume rises, the same product opens up to four lines: see the parallel dialer. The detail vendor by vendor is in the 24 comparisons.
on the platform
Skipcall handles more than 800,000 calls a month on its platform. Scale is where infrastructure is actually judged: audio quality, line stability and the absence of dropped calls are not things a demo can show you — only volume can. That is precisely where newer or less robust solutions give way, and what this figure demonstrates.
A list of 120 target accounts is imported from HubSpot. The campaign starts at one simultaneous call: every number is dialled for the rep, the record opens, voicemails are screened out.
They keep the time to prepare each conversation, without losing the time it takes to dial. Every connected call is recorded, transcribed and pushed into HubSpot without any typing.
Frequently asked questions
What is a power dialer? +
A power dialer is software that automatically dials the numbers on a prospect list, one at a time, without the rep having to type them. As soon as a call ends, the next one goes out. It removes the time spent dialling and looking up records, and takes a team from 20 to 25 calls an hour with manual dialling to 60 to 80 calls an hour.
How many numbers does the power dialer dial at once? +
One. That is the very definition of a power dialer: dialling is automatic, but sequential. At Skipcall the number of simultaneous calls is set from one to four: at one call you are running a power dialer, above that you move to a parallel dialer.
How is it different from a parallel dialer? +
A power dialer dials one number at a time and connects you the moment someone picks up. A parallel dialer dials several — up to four at Skipcall — and only passes through the one that connects. The power dialer removes the dialling time; the parallel dialer removes the waiting time as well. At Skipcall it is the same product and a single setting.
Does the power dialer detect voicemails? +
Yes. AI screening recognises voicemail greetings with a stated 95% accuracy and frees the line without you having to listen to the message. It is the same engine used for parallel dialling, active from the very first simultaneous call.
Is there any software to install? +
No. Skipcall runs in the browser, with a headset. There is nothing to install and no hardware to plan for, and an account is up and running within minutes.
Are calls recorded and transcribed? +
Yes, and it is included from the Starter plan at €75 per month per licence, with no paid add-on. Transcripts can be read and searched, which serves both coaching and going back over a conversation.
Does Skipcall connect to my CRM? +
HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce and Attio are supported: every call, note and outcome flows in automatically. For any other tool, the open and documented REST API lets you connect Skipcall to your stack.
Is a power dialer legal in the UK? +
B2B telephone prospecting remains possible under PECR and the UK GDPR, provided you meet the usual data protection duties: a documented lawful basis, transparency towards the people you call, the right to object honoured, screening against the Corporate Telephone Preference Service, and notice before any recording. Calls to individuals require particular care: numbers must be screened against the Telephone Preference Service, and the ICO enforces this actively. A power dialer only dials for a rep who is already available, so it never produces a call with nobody on the line, unlike a predictive dialler.
Who is the power dialer enough for? +
For a rep working a short, qualified list of targeted calls, where every number counts and you would rather prepare each conversation. As soon as the volume rises and the share of voicemails climbs, parallel dialling pays off better: that is a setting to change, not a tool to replace.
