A parallel dialer is a dialer that calls several numbers at the same time for one rep and only connects the person who answers. This list covers the 9 tools that genuinely offer that mode in 2026, with the number of simultaneous lines, the public price or “quote only”, the target market and the CRM integrations for each, all checked on vendor websites on November 5, 2026.
New to the concept? Start with our explainer on what a parallel dialer is. If you are still choosing between dialer families (power, predictive, multi-line), our hub guide to the best sales dialer software covers every type, and our sales prospecting tools roundup goes wider still. This page only covers simultaneous dialing.
How we selected and ranked these tools
A tool makes this list if it dials at least two numbers at the same time for one rep and automatically connects that rep to the first person who answers. Power dialers that call one number after another are out, as are phone systems with sequential dialing only. JustCall is included because its SalesPro plan dials up to 10 lines, even though JustCall labels that mode a predictive dialer.
For each tool, we checked the official pages on November 5, 2026 for:
- simultaneous lines advertised, and on which plan;
- public price per seat, or “quote only” when the vendor publishes none;
- seat minimum, which decides whether a small team can buy at all;
- target market: countries included, language, team size;
- CRM integrations the vendor names;
- scope: dialer only, or a full phone system with numbers, inbound calls and a mobile app.
When a page says nothing about a point, we mark it as “not stated” instead of assuming it is missing. Prices are in US dollars, excluding tax.
A word on line counts, the most heavily marketed number. When a prospect answers, the dialer cancels the other calls while they are still ringing: those prospects never picked up and see a missed call from an unknown number. The more lines you open, the more calls you cancel to people who would have answered. Our analysis of how many lines to run shows that at around a 10% answer rate, 4 lines keeps most of the conversation gain while burning far less of the list. The line count on a pricing page is therefore not a ranking criterion on its own.
The order below is not a score. Skipcall comes first because it is our product; the others are grouped by profile, from multi-line specialists to phone platforms that sell parallel dialing as an option.

The 9 best parallel dialers, tool by tool
1. Skipcall
Type: 4-line parallel dialer plus a full business phone system
Skipcall dials 4 numbers at once for each rep, screens out voicemail with AI detection and only connects live answers. The Skipcall parallel dialer is included from the Starter plan, from $70 per seat per month billed annually, with no seat minimum (full pricing). Around it sit a power dialer for one-by-one calling, pre-recorded voicemail drop, call recording and transcription, AI summaries, sequences, phone number enrichment and a mobile app.
- Published price on every plan, single-seat purchase possible
- Native HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce and Attio integrations
- Business number, inbound calls and mobile app in the same seat
- Built for European teams as well as international outbound
- 4 lines maximum, no higher setting
- No IVR or inbound call queues: it is not a contact center
- You call from Skipcall, not from the CRM record, which is updated afterwards
- No Outreach or Salesloft integration
Best fit: teams of 1 to 50 reps who want a published price, no seat minimum and native sync with HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce or Attio, especially when part of the list is in Europe.
Skip it if: you want more than 4 lines, your team lives in Outreach or Salesloft, or you need an inbound call center.
2. Orum
Type: Specialist parallel dialer for SDR teams
Orum is one of the US pioneers of simultaneous dialing. Its product page advertises “up to 5 lines at once”; the Ascend plan was advertised at 10 lines when we checked on September 3, 2026, a figure its pricing page no longer shows as of November 5. Prices are not published and the pricing page lists a 9-seat minimum. Orum connects to Salesforce and HubSpot, and to the Outreach, Salesloft, Gong Engage and Apollo engagement platforms.
- Fast dialer with a strong reputation in US outbound
- Deep Outreach and Salesloft integrations
- AI coaching available as an add-on
- 9-seat minimum, quote-only pricing
- Prospecting dialer: no business phone system presented for the rest of the team
Best fit: North American SDR teams of 9 reps or more running Outreach or Salesloft. Details in our Skipcall vs Orum head-to-head.
3. Nooks
Type: Prospecting platform with multi-line dialer, sequencing and coaching
Nooks sells an AI Dialer with “multi-line & power dialing”. Its help center encourages reps to work up to “5 dials at once” once they are comfortable, starting at 1 or 2. The pricing page publishes no price: everything goes through a custom quote. Nooks names HubSpot and Salesforce in its FAQ, plus Outreach, Salesloft, Gong and Apollo for the dialer.
- Full platform: dialer, sequencing, signals, coaching
- AI call notes, strongly focused on SDR workflows
- No public pricing
- Broader than a dialer: you are buying a platform
Best fit: high-volume US SDR teams that want one platform. See our Skipcall vs Nooks head-to-head.
4. Salesfinity
Type: Parallel dialer with public pricing, North America first
Salesfinity advertises unlimited dials “on up to 5 lines”. The Gold plan costs $249 per user per month billed annually, or $299 month to month; Enterprise, at $299 on a 12-month term, includes 200 mobile numbers per seat each month. The US and Canada are included; calling 120+ countries costs $50 more. Extra mobile numbers are $0.30 each. On the CRM side, Salesfinity names HubSpot and Salesforce sync.
- Published pricing, no stated seat minimum
- Unlimited calling to the US and Canada
- Highest per-seat price among the published offers
- International calling costs extra, only two CRMs named
Best fit: SDRs calling mostly North American numbers who want a known price upfront. See our Skipcall vs Salesfinity head-to-head.
5. Trellus
Type: Dialer and coaching layer that plugs into your existing stack
Trellus sells two individual plans: Power, which “calls one number at a time”, at $99.99 per seat per month, and Power + Parallel, which “calls up to five numbers at once”, at $149.99. The Business plan is custom-priced. Trellus advertises 28 integrations, including HubSpot, Salesforce, Salesloft, Outreach, Apollo, Gong Engage, Close, Attio, GoHighLevel, Google Sheets and Clay.
- Public pricing, works for a single rep
- Very wide choice of list sources, down to Google Sheets and Clay
- Prospecting dialer, with no business phone system presented around it
- Advanced coaching sits on the custom-priced Business plan
Best fit: SDRs who already work in an engagement platform and want to add simultaneous dialing to it. See our Skipcall vs Trellus head-to-head.
6. PowerDialer.ai
Type: Low-cost dialer with public pricing, scope limited to dialing
Despite the name, PowerDialer.ai offers parallel dialing: its homepage says you can “call 5 prospects simultaneously”. The pricing page lists four monthly plans, Single Line at $45, Standard Unlimited at $139 with unlimited calls to the US and Canada, Premium at $165 and Business on quote, without stating which plan unlocks parallel mode. Its FAQ names Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho and Pipedrive.
- Low published entry price
- Local presence included, voicemail drop from Standard
- The pricing page does not say which plan includes parallel dialing
- Unlimited calling limited to the US and Canada
Best fit: small North American teams on a tight budget. See our Skipcall vs PowerDialer.ai head-to-head.
7. Koncert
Type: Dialer suite (click, flow, agent-assisted, AI parallel)
Koncert offers several dialing modes. Its AI Parallel Dialer runs “1 to 4 lines” on Symphony and “1 to 5 lines” on Symphony+. Every plan leads to a contact form: there is no public price. The Salesforce integration is native and listed on AppExchange; HubSpot, Outreach and Salesloft are also named.
- Several modes in one tool, from click-to-dial to multi-line
- Native Salesforce integration
- No public price, minimum or contract term shown
- Easiest to justify for teams already on Salesforce
Best fit: Salesforce-centric sales teams that want several dialing modes. See our Skipcall vs Koncert head-to-head.
8. CloudTalk
Type: Cloud phone system for SMBs, parallel dialing as an add-on
CloudTalk is a full business phone system. Its parallel dialer, which can “dial up to 10 numbers at once”, is a paid add-on billed per seat per month on top of the Starter, Essential or Expert plan (Expert requires 3 seats). The pricing page we checked lists that add-on at 39 per seat per month, billed annually, in its European price list. HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho and Salesforce integrations require at least the Essential plan.
- Full phone system including inbound, with numbers in many countries
- Wide range of CRM integrations
- Parallel dialing is a separately billed add-on
- No CRM integration on the entry plan
Best fit: SMBs that also need a real inbound call center and numbers in several countries. See our Skipcall vs CloudTalk head-to-head.
9. JustCall
Type: Cloud phone and SMS, multi-line dialer on SalesPro
JustCall publishes prices for its communication suite (Team at $29, Pro at $49, Pro Plus at $89 per user per month billed annually, 2-seat minimum), which includes a power dialer from Pro. Multi-line dialing sits on SalesPro, which is quote-only: a “predictive dialer (up to 10 lines)” alongside power and dynamic dialers. JustCall names Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo, Outreach and Salesloft on SalesPro, and lists Pipedrive among its integrations.
- SMS and voice in one tool
- Very broad integration catalog
- Multi-line mode is quote-only and labelled predictive
- 2-seat minimum, 10 on the Business plan
Best fit: teams that want SMS, voice and a dialer in one suite. See our Skipcall vs JustCall head-to-head.
Which parallel dialer fits your team?
You call mostly North America with 9+ reps. Orum and Nooks are the established platforms, with deep Outreach and Salesloft integrations. Budget for a quote and an annual contract conversation.
You are a solo SDR or a small US team. Salesfinity, Trellus and PowerDialer.ai publish their prices and include US and Canada calling. Compare them on what is included, not only on the seat price.
You prospect in Europe, or across several regions, with 1 to 50 reps. Look for a published price, no seat minimum and native CRM sync. Skipcall covers that with HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce and Attio. CloudTalk is the alternative if you also need an inbound call center.
You run a 2 or 3 rep team. Avoid seat minimums (Orum, JustCall). The break-even math at that size is in our article on whether a parallel dialer is worth it for a small team, and our which dialer quiz points you in the right direction in a few questions.
Before signing, model your cost per meeting with each price, and read our parallel dialing best practices: line count, list quality and voicemail strategy matter as much as the tool.
Why “more lines” is the wrong buying criterion
A rep can only talk to one person at a time. Opening more lines cuts dead time between conversations, but it does not create talk time. In our model at a 10% answer rate, going from 4 to 10 lines adds 18% more conversations, but consumes 56% more contacts and multiplies reachable prospects lost by 3.9: the people who would have answered but whose call was cancelled (full calculation).
On a finite B2B list, those losses add up fast: the list runs dry, caller numbers pile up missed calls and get answered less. Our article on the burned prospect list covers the warning signs. Compare tools on cost per conversation and CRM sync quality, not on the line count in the headline.
Still weighing simultaneous against one-by-one dialing? Our parallel dialer vs power dialer comparison lays out when a power dialer remains the better choice.
What to remember
- 9 tools offer true simultaneous dialing in 2026. Only 5 publish a price for that mode: Skipcall, Salesfinity, Trellus, PowerDialer.ai and CloudTalk (as an add-on).
- The US specialists (Orum, Nooks, Salesfinity, Trellus, PowerDialer.ai) are built for North American lists and English-language engagement stacks.
- Skipcall is the most direct choice for teams that want 4 lines, a published price from $70 per seat per month billed annually, no seat minimum and native HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce or Attio sync. It is not the right pick if you want more than 4 lines, live in Outreach or Salesloft, or need an inbound call center.
- The advertised line count does not measure performance: around 4 lines keeps most of the gain without burning your list.
- Check three things before signing: the seat minimum, what the CRM integration actually does, and the cost per conversation, not just the cost per seat.
