Native integration
Skipcall and Attio: calls in a CRM you shaped yourself
Your calls reach your records and your lists, in the structure your team defined. The integration fits into your model instead of imposing another one on you.

In brief
- Yes, Skipcall integrates natively with Attio. No development, no third-party connector.
- The integration fits into your data model instead of imposing its own: it creates no objects and no attributes of its own.
- Every call reaches the person and the company, which remain the two anchor points whatever your objects are.
- A working list becomes a call session, with no file to export.
- Setting it up takes about five minutes.
Why it matters in Attio
Attio is not like the other three. You do not adopt a ready-made data model there: you build it. The objects, the attributes and the views are the ones the team decided on, often because no generic tool matched the way it works.
That puts a particular constraint on any integration: what gets logged has to find its place in a structure it does not know in advance. An integration that imposes its own fields cancels out the very reason Attio was chosen.
This is why the person and the company remain the two anchor points: they are the only objects present in every workspace, whatever model is built on top.
What lands in Attio
✓The outcome of the call
Answered, voicemail, wrong number, refused, meeting booked: the status chosen updates the record without anyone typing it in.
✓The recording and its transcript
The audio and the full text of the conversation stay readable from the record, without switching tools.
✓The AI-written summary
The key points in a few lines, attached to the record. It is what the colleague who picks the account up six weeks later actually reads.
✓The date, the duration and the caller
Every call is dated, timed and attributed. Activity becomes measurable without anyone declaring it.
Where the information goes
The objects below are the ones most Attio workspaces use, under their English names: this interface is not localised. If your model has others, calls reach the person and the company, which remain the two constant anchor points.
| Attio object | What attaches to it |
|---|---|
| Person | the record of the person called |
| Company | the organisation it is attached to |
| Deal | the open deal, if you use that object |
| Note | the summary and the notes from the conversation |
| List | the working list the call session starts from |
Getting started
Allow five minutes. There is no bespoke development, no package to deploy and no file to prepare.
- Connect your Attio workspace From Skipcall, you authorise access to Attio. No development, no field to create beforehand, no structure imposed.
- Choose what gets logged Recording, transcript, summary, call outcome: you decide what reaches your records and what stays in Skipcall.
- Call from your lists A working list becomes a call session. What happens during the session reaches Attio as it goes.
What it changes day to day
For a team that has built its workspace to fit, the value lies less in automation than in consistency: the phone stops being the one channel whose trace depends on someone typing it in.
- The working list becomes a call queue. You move from reading to acting without changing tools or exporting a file.
- The context stays in the same place as everything else. The call summary sits next to the notes and the emails, in the structure you defined.
- Call data becomes usable. Number of attempts, answer rate, average duration: elements you can filter on like any other, in your views.
20 to 25
calls an hour when dialling by hand
60 to 80
with a power dialer, one number at a time
150 to 200
with a four-line parallel dialer
Those rates are exactly why automatic logging matters: at twenty-five calls a day, a rep can still write things up by hand. At a hundred and fifty they will not, and the data in Attio becomes wrong without anyone noticing.
Before you switch recording on
Recording a call requires a documented lawful basis under the UK GDPR, information given to the people concerned beforehand, and a defined retention period; PECR governs the marketing calls themselves, and the ICO is the supervisory authority. These duties apply even when the recording is only used for internal training. The settings are configurable, so they can follow your own policy.
Beyond Attio
If your organisation also leans on other tools, the three other native integrations are HubSpot, Pipedrive and Salesforce.
What syncs, whichever tool you use, is set out on the CRM integration page. An open, documented REST API connects Skipcall to the rest of your systems, and the MCP connector opens your call data up to an assistant.
For what gets said once the line is open, the call script library gathers twenty ready-made frameworks. Plan details are on the pricing page.
Frequently asked questions
Does the integration impose a structure on my Attio workspace?
No, and that is the important point. Attio is shaped by you: your objects and your attributes are the ones your team defined. The integration fits into them rather than imposing a model, and creates no objects of its own.
Can you call from an Attio list?
Yes. A list becomes a call session: the dialler works through the numbers and only puts through the exchanges that connect.
What happens if we do not use the Deal object?
Nothing awkward. Calls reach the person and the company, which are the two constant anchor points. If you add an object later, the calls that follow attach to it without any need to reprocess existing data.
Attio is recent: is the sync as complete as on the other tools?
The call outcome, the recording, the transcript, the summary, the date and the duration are all logged the same way. What differs from one tool to the next is not what is sent, it is how each one files it.
Does call data become usable in my views?
Yes. Number of attempts, outcome, duration: these arrive as data like any other, so you can filter and sort on them as you do on the rest of your workspace.
How much does the Attio integration cost?
Nothing beyond your licence. It is included from the Starter plan, at €75 per licence per month, from a single licence and with no commitment.
