Reached alternatives: 8 solutions compared (2026)
This page brings together what a decision maker needs before making the call: what Reached publishes about its identity and its offer, the detail of its three plans, what its terms of service commit to, the real cost measured against the number of conversations, and the points to check if you are thinking of switching.
The essentials
- Reached is a parallel dialler published in France, founded in 2025 according to its LinkedIn page, which dials up to five lines at once.
- Its pricing is public: €99, €179 and €250 per month, with a connected call quota of 400, then 1,000, then unlimited within a ceiling of 50 hours of conversation per month.
- The entry plan is limited to three lines in parallel. The five lines start on the Pro plan, at €179 per month.
- The numbers on offer cover France and the United States, two or three numbers depending on the plan.
- The terms of service fall under French law and name the courts of Paris. The infrastructure relies on Twilio and Supabase, without the data hosting region being stated.
The 8 solutions at a glance
Eight vendors compete on this market, with positions that have nothing in common. Telling them apart avoids comparing a switchboard with an outbound dialler.

The market splits into two families. On the left, business telephony: Aircall, Ringover, JustCall. On the right, the outbound diallers: Nooks and Orum for the US market, Reached, Flunter and Minari in France.
Skipcall crosses both. The same platform equips the outbound teams with the four line parallel dialler, and every other colleague who simply needs a phone line (management, back office, customer service) with a line at €15 per month. So you do not have to run an operator for the organisation alongside a dialler for the sales team, with two contracts, two invoices and two directories.
Business telephony · Parallel dialler, 4 lines
Parallel dialling on four lines for the people who prospect, and full telephony for every other seat, in the same subscription: work number, inbound calls, voicemail, SMS, mobile and web apps, call sequences, contacts, call transcription and call summary. From €15 per licence, with no minimum.
Parallel dialler for sales teams · Parallel dialler, up to 5 lines
Public pricing from €99 to €250 per month, with a connected call quota. Three lines only on the entry plan.
Parallel dialler · Parallel dialler, up to 5 lines
The same dialling engine as Skipcall, with a narrower functional scope.
Parallel dialler · Parallel dialler, up to 5 lines
The same promise as Skipcall, with a different product logic.
Parallel dialler for large teams · Parallel dialler with virtual sales floor
Built for large US teams. Pricing on quotation.
Parallel dialler for large teams · Parallel dialler, up to 10 lines
The highest line count on the market. Pricing on quotation.
Multichannel communication platform · Power, dynamic and predictive dialler
A very wide scope, over 100 integrations. That breadth is paid for in complexity.
Cloud business telephony · Power dialler, one number at a time
Solid on inbound and on the switchboard. Three licences minimum, call transcription as an option.
Cloud business telephony · Sequential dialling
A scope close to Aircall. The parallel dialler is not available in France.
Who Reached is
Reached publishes a parallel dialler aimed at sales teams: the software calls several prospects at once and puts the sales rep through to the first person who answers. Its LinkedIn page states that it was founded in 2025 and has 2 to 10 employees. Its terms of service fall under French law and name the courts of Paris. The domain name reachedapp.com was registered on 22 February 2026: this is a young vendor, on a market where the established players count their history in decades.

Two things are missing from the public documentation consulted on 3 September 2026: the identity of the publishing company (registered name, company number, address) and the data hosting region. Both are questions to ask in writing before contracting, whichever vendor you choose.
What each plan contains
Reached publishes its prices, which is far from the rule among dialler vendors. Here is the grid as it appears on its site, with the quotas that condition it.
The annual commitment amounts to paying ten months out of twelve. The manager dashboard remains an option billed at €39 per month on all three plans.
This is the real billing unit: 400 conversations per month on the Starter plan, 1,000 on the Pro plan. The Business plan lifts the quota but replaces it with a ceiling of 50 hours of conversation per month. Across a team, that figure goes fast: at 80 calls per day per sales rep, the threshold of 400 is reached within a few weeks.
The number of simultaneous lines is what determines time spent in conversation. Reached advertises five, but the entry plan opens three: the five lines start at €179 per month. This is the first thing to check if you are comparing a call price against a dialling capacity.
The numbers on offer cover France and the United States, with two numbers on the Starter plan and three on the higher plans. If your outbound reaches other European countries, settle this point before you sign.
On its own comparison page, Reached presents its entry ticket at “99€/month (incl. tax)” and sets against it a Skipcall price advertised excluding VAT. To compare two grids, bring them onto the same basis: €99 including VAT equals €82.50 excluding VAT at a rate of 20%.
Where the data is hosted
This is the point most often missing from comparisons, and the first one your legal team will raise. Call recordings contain personal data, sometimes sensitive.
Reached
Twilio and Supabase, region not stated
The terms of service name Twilio and Supabase among the technical providers, and the privacy policy describes AES-256 encryption, HTTPS connections and row level access control on the database. None of those documents states the country or the region where the data is stored. Retention periods, by contrast, are published: 90 days for recordings and transcriptions, two years for call logs.
Skipcall
Scaleway, France
Hosting is handled by a French cloud provider, which places processing under the GDPR and European law with no transfer to a third country.
The real entry cost
Two parallel diallers compare badly on their advertised price: you have to bring the grids onto the same tax basis, then measure the cost against the number of conversations actually held.
Both offers target the same use, with two differences in scope worth knowing: Reached receives inbound calls, which Skipcall does not; Skipcall also offers a phone line at €15 for the colleagues who do not need a dialler, which Reached does not offer.

The feature by feature detail of the other solutions sits in our comparisons. This page is about the decision to switch, not about the choice between two product sheets.
If your choice comes down to these two tools precisely, the head to head criterion by criterion sits in the Skipcall vs Reached comparison.

The French legal framework since 11 August 2026
This is the parameter most comparisons ignore, even though it changes the economics of telephone prospecting in France.
Since 11 August 2026, cold calling consumers in France has moved from opt-out to opt-in: a call is lawful only if the person has given prior consent. Bloctel was withdrawn on that date. Business to business prospecting remains possible, subject to the rules that apply to data processing.
For the choice of a dialler, this moves the cursor: the number of permitted calls falls, so profitability rests on the share of attempts that become conversations. The two parameters to look at are the number of lines dialled in parallel and the quality of answering machine detection, well before the length of the product sheet.

The Reached terms of service provide for billing in advance, monthly or annually, sums that are non refundable except where the law requires otherwise, and cancellation taking effect at the end of the current period. So note your renewal date before you start: it sets the switching window.
The privacy policy sets retention of recordings and transcriptions at 90 days, call logs at two years, and provides for permanent deletion of the data 30 days after the account ends. Whatever is not exported within those windows cannot be rebuilt.
List field by field what reaches your CRM today: call outcome, note, recording, callback task. That is where the gaps between two diallers sit, far more than in the number of simultaneous lines.
Check how many numbers you actually use, in which countries, and which ones must be kept. Numbers port from one operator to another: start the process before you cancel, because the order of operations determines continuity of service.
The first 90 days after the switch
Every comparison stops at the signature. Yet the return on a change of dialler is decided afterwards. Here is what to steer, milestone by milestone, with the mistake that most often distorts how the results are read.
- Listen to ten recordings picked at random and note the dropouts, the echo and the lag
- Check that each sales rep is calling from the intended number and that callbacks come through
- Check that every call reaches the CRM the same day, with its outcome and its note
The trap. Looking only at the dashboard. An audio fault does not show up there: it is heard, and it makes the prospect hang up before the first sentence.
- Take the month before the switch and set it alongside, working day by working day
- Compare the number of conversations per sales rep per day, not the number of calls placed
- Isolate the lists: a fresh list inflates the answer rate and distorts the comparison
The trap. Comparing a run in month with a steady state month. The first month carries the learning curve: what counts is the trend of the last three weeks.
- Rank the lists by answer rate and remove those that stay below the average
- Read back the call transcriptions of the ten longest calls and pull out the recurring objections
- Revise the calling slots: the answer rate often varies more by time of day than by pitch
The trap. Changing the script and the lists on the same day. Two variables changed at once make the result unreadable.
- Record the number of conversations actually held per sales rep over the quarter
- Compare that volume against the quota of the tier you subscribed to and correct it either way
- Remove unused licences before renewal, not after
The trap. Waiting for the invoice to discover the tier. A connected call quota is consumed continuously: it is watched monthly, not at renewal.
At the end of the quarter
The 5 indicators that tell you whether the switch worked
Recorded at the same moment each month, they are enough to settle the question. None of them needs an extra tool: they are all read in the dialler dashboard and in the CRM.
- 01 Conversations per sales rep per day Good sign: the figure rises at a constant call volume. It is the only measure that directly reflects the change of dialler.
- 02 Answer rate Good sign: it holds at the previous level or beats it. If it drops while volume rises, look at the lists before the tool.
- 03 Cost per conversation Good sign: it falls. Divide the monthly cost of the tool by the number of conversations held, and follow the curve month after month.
- 04 Share of calls landing on voicemail Good sign: it drops clearly from the first month. That is exactly what answering machine detection measures.
- 05 Gap between two calls Good sign: it tends towards zero. That is the dead time parallel dialling is meant to remove. If it stays high, the configuration is at fault.
What do you actually need?
Three uses, three families of tools. Most bad choices come from confusing the first two.
Reached belongs to the first family, that of the French parallel diallers. So the question is not whether it dials well, but whether the scope it covers matches yours: a dialler alone, or a platform that also equips the rest of the organisation.
Who each solution suits
Reached remains the right choice if
- five simultaneous lines are your main deciding criterion
- you need to receive calls on the dialler numbers
- a volume of 400 to 1,000 conversations per month covers your need
- your outbound is limited to France and the United States
An alternative makes sense if
- you want to know where your data is hosted and to have it written into the contract
- you also need to equip the colleagues who only need a phone line
- you want the public documentation (pricing, terms, privacy) available in French
- you prefer to start with a single licence and add seats as you go
Frequently asked questions
What is the best alternative to Reached in 2026? +
There is no single answer: the right choice depends on the scope you expect. If you are looking strictly for a parallel dialler, Flunter and Minari cover the same ground in France, Nooks and Orum on the US market. If you want the same tool to equip the colleagues who only need a phone line, look at the platforms that cover both telephony and outbound, such as Skipcall. The criteria that actually decide are the number of lines in parallel, the billing unit (licence or connected call quota), the coverage of the numbers and where the data sits.
Is Reached a French vendor? +
The Reached terms of service are governed by French law and name the courts of Paris as the competent jurisdiction. The company LinkedIn page states that it was founded in 2025 and has 2 to 10 employees. No public document consulted on 3 September 2026, however, mentions the registered company name, the company number or the head office address: those are things to ask the vendor for before you contract.
How much does Reached cost? +
Reached publishes three plans: Starter at €99 per month (€990 per year), Pro at €179 per month (€1,790 per year) and Business at €250 per month (€2,500 per year). The annual commitment amounts to paying ten months out of twelve. The manager dashboard is billed at €39 per month on top, on all three plans. On its comparison page, Reached presents its entry ticket as a price including VAT, which corresponds to €82.50 excluding VAT at a rate of 20%.
How many lines does Reached dial in parallel? +
Up to five, but not on every plan. The Starter plan at €99 per month is limited to three simultaneous lines; the five lines are available from the Pro plan, at €179 per month. Reached also states that it offers a power dialler, which dials numbers one after another.
Where is Reached customer data hosted? +
The public documents do not say. The terms of service name Twilio and Supabase among the technical providers, and the privacy policy describes the security measures applied (AES-256 encryption, HTTPS, row level access control on the database) without stating a country or a region. If hosting in Europe is a requirement from your legal team, this is information to obtain in writing. For comparison, Skipcall hosts its data with Scaleway, in France.
Are there customer reviews of Reached on G2 or Trustpilot? +
No public profile was found on G2, Trustpilot or Capterra as of 3 September 2026. The testimonials available are those the vendor publishes on its own site. That is not a fault in itself for a company founded in 2025, but it changes the method: without independent reviews, run the tool for a week on your own lists rather than relying on aggregated feedback.
What are the French alternatives to Reached? +
Flunter, Minari and Skipcall are the main alternatives published in France. Flunter and Minari cover the same ground as Reached, that of the parallel dialler. Skipcall covers a wider scope: a four line parallel dialler for outbound teams, and a phone line at €15 per month for everyone else, with data hosted with Scaleway, in France.
Does Reached offer numbers outside France and the United States? +
The published pricing grid mentions French and US numbers only, two numbers on the Starter plan and three on the Pro and Business plans. If your outbound covers other European countries, ask the vendor about the availability of those numbers before you subscribe.
How do you cancel a Reached subscription? +
The terms of service provide for cancellation from the account settings, taking effect at the end of the current billing period. Sums already paid are not refunded, unless the law requires otherwise. After the account ends, the data is kept for 30 days then permanently deleted: remember to export your recordings and your call logs before that deadline.
How long does Reached keep call recordings? +
The privacy policy sets retention of recordings and transcriptions at 90 days, call logs at two years, account data at the duration of the subscription plus three years, and billing data at ten years. If your organisation has to keep its recordings for longer, plan a periodic export.
Is there an alternative to Reached that also covers telephony for the whole organisation? +
Yes. Reached sells three dialler plans and no plain telephony plan. Skipcall offers both on the same platform: outbound licences from €75 per month, and a Business VoIP line at €15 per licence per month for management, back office or customer service. That avoids running two contracts, two invoices and two directories side by side.
