Paradial alternatives: 8 solutions compared (2026)
This page brings together what a decision maker needs to know before making a call: who publishes Paradial, what its public documents say about its pricing and about data hosting, what remains unverifiable to date, and how to read a comparison published by a vendor, this one included.
The essentials
- Paradial is a French parallel dialler that calls up to five numbers at once and screens out answering machines. The service is published by Paul Girard, a sole trader registered on 15 September 2020 in Agneaux, in the Manche department of France.
- The price shown on the home page is €140 per user per month, with no commitment, preceded by three days of full access for €14.
- The terms of sale in force on 11 June 2026 set out a different price list: from €29 per month on the Solo plan and €79 per month per sales rep on the Team plan. Ask in writing which one will be billed to you.
- No review profile exists on G2, Trustpilot or Capterra as of 3 September 2026. Paradial states this on its own site and invites buyers to test the platform rather than read testimonials.
- The application infrastructure is stated to be in France. The privacy policy of 15 June 2026 also lists sub-processors established in the United States for the website, payment and messaging.
The 8 solutions at a glance
Eight vendors occupy this market with very different positions. Telling them apart avoids comparing a prospecting dialler with a business phone system.

Minari
The market splits into two families. On the left, business telephony: Aircall, Ringover, CloudTalk. On the right, prospecting diallers: Nooks and Orum for the American market, Paradial, Flunter and Minari in France.
Skipcall spans both. The same platform equips prospecting teams with the four-line parallel dialler, and every other colleague who simply needs a phone line (management, admin, customer service) with a line at €15 per month. So you do not have to run a dialler for the sales team alongside an operator for the rest of the company, with two contracts, two invoices and two directories.
Business telephony · Parallel dialler 4 lines
Parallel dialling on four lines for the people who prospect, and full telephony for every other line, in the same subscription: business number, inbound calls, voicemail, SMS, mobile and web apps, call sequences, contacts, call transcription and call summary. From €15 per licence, with no minimum.
Parallel dialler · Parallel dialler, up to 5 lines
Price shown with no commitment. Published by a sole trader, registered in 2020 in the Manche department of France.
Parallel dialler · Parallel dialler, up to 5 lines
Same dialling engine as Skipcall, narrower functional scope.
Parallel dialler · Parallel dialler, up to 5 lines
Same promise as Skipcall, built on a different product logic.
Parallel dialler for large teams · Parallel dialler with a virtual sales floor
Designed for large American teams. Pricing on quotation.
Parallel dialler for large teams · Parallel dialler, up to 10 lines
The highest line count on the market. Pricing on quotation.
Cloud business telephony · Power dialler, one number at a time
Solid on inbound calls and on the switchboard. Three licences minimum, transcription as an option.
Cloud business telephony · Sequential dialling
Scope close to Aircall. The parallel dialler is not available in France.
Call centre software · Preview, power and parallel dialler as an option
Coverage of more than 160 countries. Geared to contact centres more than to prospecting.
Who is behind Paradial
Paradial is a parallel dialler built for B2B phone prospecting in France. Its terms of sale, in their version of 11 June 2026, name Paul Girard, a sole trader, as the publisher, under SIREN 888 163 722, in Agneaux in the Manche department. The French company register records a registration on 15 September 2020, a business in activity and declared as having no employees, under activity code 47.91B. On the website, Paul Girard presents himself as the founder of the product and the author of all the content published there.
It is a young and light structure, which in itself is neither a flaw nor a guarantee. It is, however, a parameter your procurement team will ask you to document, in the same way as the location of the data or the length of the commitment.

What can be verified publicly
With a recent vendor, the question is not what users say: there are not enough of them for that to mean anything. The question is what you can check yourself, and what will stay unverifiable until you call some customers.
The identity of the publisher and its registration number, the date the business was created, the price shown, the terms of sale, the privacy policy and the list of sub-processors are all available without creating an account. The platform itself can be tried without signing up.
No product page exists on G2, Trustpilot or Capterra, and the website shows no customer testimonial. Paradial puts this down to how young the product is and points buyers to a trial of the platform instead. There is therefore no independent measure of user satisfaction.
Two published price lists
Recorded on 3 September 2026
Price presented as all inclusive and without commitment, preceded by three days of full access for €14.
Solo plan from €29, Team plan at €79 per sales rep, Agency plan on quotation, excluding tax.
Free trial period with no card details required, where the home page offers three days for €14.
Both documents are available online and dated June 2026. Nothing stops a vendor from updating its price list faster than its terms of sale. The practical point, for you, is to get in writing the one that will apply to your contract.
The service is published by a sole trader, registered under SIREN 888 163 722 and declared as having no employees in the French company register. This is neither a flaw nor a guarantee: it is a business continuity parameter your procurement team will ask you to document.
The price shown on the website and the one written into the terms of sale do not match as of 3 September 2026. Ask in writing for the amount that will appear on your invoice, the number of users it covers and the plan it corresponds to.
The terms of sale state that the infrastructure of the service is hosted in France. The privacy policy also lists sub-processors established in the United States. Have the publisher spell out which is which for your recordings and your transcriptions.
With no public review profile, the only check available is a direct one: ask for two customers in your sector and at your team size, whom you can call. This is a routine request in software buying and it is rarely refused.
Where the data is hosted
This is the point most often missing from comparisons, and the first one your legal team will raise. Call recordings contain personal data, sometimes sensitive.
Paradial
France, with sub-processors outside the European Union
The terms of sale of 11 June 2026 state that the infrastructure of the service is hosted in France. The privacy policy of 15 June 2026 specifies that the application infrastructure, calls and customer data, is hosted in France, that the website is hosted with Netlify in the United States, and names Stripe, Netlify, Tawk.to, Google, Composio and Slack as sub-processors, along with product-insight in France.
Skipcall
Scaleway, France
Hosting is handled by a French cloud provider, which places the processing under the GDPR and European law with no transfer to a third country.
The two statements published by Paradial do not necessarily contradict each other: the application hosting and the peripheral tools of a website can come from different providers. They simply are not enough, on their own, to establish where your recordings are stored. The document that counts is the processing agreement required by article 28 of the GDPR.
The real entry cost
With no single price list, the simulator below lets you choose which of the two public sources to apply. Both amounts are the ones published by the vendor, in the places indicated.

On the dialler alone, the price shown by Paradial is lower than that of a Skipcall licence. The gap moves as soon as the scope widens: call sequences, SMS messaging, task management, data enrichment, a read API and phone lines for the staff who do not prospect. It is the scope, not the unit price, that separates the two.
If your choice comes down to these two tools precisely, the head to head criterion by criterion is in the Skipcall vs Paradial comparison.

The tool that lifts your team's performance. One licence is enough, and the data stays hosted in France.

French law from 11 August 2026
Between two parallel diallers, the dialling mode no longer decides much. What decides is the ability to document what you do with the list, the recordings and the consent.
From 11 August 2026, cold calling consumers in France moves from opt-out to opt-in: a call is lawful only if the person has given prior consent. Bloctel, the French opt-out register, disappears on that date. Business to business prospecting remains possible, subject to the rules that apply to data processing.
The direct consequence for the choice of a tool: the question is no longer only how many lines are dialled, but traceability. Where the recordings are stored, who the sub-processors are, in what format the call logs are exported, and which contractual document you will rely on in the event of an audit.

Two price lists coexist in the public documents: €140 per user per month on the home page, €29 and €79 per sales rep in article 7 of the terms of sale. Before any decision, get the amount, the plan and the number of users covered in writing.
Article 9 of the terms of sale provides that access to the service is switched off on termination and invites the customer to export their data before that date. So ask which export format is available, and start the job while the account is still active.
Your numbers belong to you and can be ported from one operator to another. Start the process with the new operator before you cancel: continuity of service depends on the order of operations, not on how fast the new tool is set up.
The processing agreement required by article 28 of the GDPR is the document that counts, not the line shown on a home page. Ask for it, and check that it covers the storage of recordings and transcriptions by name.
How to read a comparison published by a vendor
This page is published by a vendor selling a solution that competes with Paradial. So is almost every comparison you will read on the subject, whatever the name at the top of the page. Here are the four reflexes that let you use them without being steered, this one included.
- Look for the name of the publisher in the legal notice or the terms of sale, not just the brand shown at the top of the page
- Check whether the publisher appears in the table itself, and where it ranks itself
- Check that the page is signed by an identifiable person, with a professional profile you can consult
The trap.Taking a comparison for a neutral ranking. An alternatives page is published by a competitor, including the one you are reading: it is a useful source, not an independent verdict.
- Find the date the data was last verified, not just the year shown in the title
- Trace every price back to its source: the pricing page of the vendor concerned, the terms of sale, or nothing
- Set aside any figure given without a link to the exact place it was recorded
The trap.A price copied from one comparison to the next for two years. Price lists change, pages do not follow, and the error spreads with nobody correcting it.
- List the columns of the table, then list the ones you would have kept and that are not there
- Check that the scope compared matches the same plan tier on both sides
- Look for the criteria that are expensive to document: hosting, sub-processors, data export, support
The trap.A table that compares a feature available on the most expensive plan on one side and on the entry plan on the other. The line is accurate, the comparison is not.
- Open the company register for the identity, the registration date and the legal form
- Look for an independent review profile, and treat its absence as information in itself
- Ask for two customer references you can call, in your sector and at your team size
The trap.Settling for the screenshots and customer logos shown on a website. Neither of them can be verified without picking up the phone.
Before you decide
The 5 checks to run before believing a comparison table
Applied to this page as to any other, they take ten minutes and stop you basing a decision on an out of date figure.
- 01Is the price quoted the entry price actually billed, or the price shown on the website?
- 02Is the feature compared available on the same plan tier at both vendors?
- 03Does the review score cover enough reviews to mean anything?
- 04Does the stated hosting cover the recordings and the transcriptions, or only account data?
- 05Does the page give a last updated date, and is that date recent?
What is your real need?
Three uses, three families of tools. Paradial clearly belongs to the first: it is a prospecting dialler, and it compares with the other diallers, not with telephony operators.
Skipcall sits in the first family and also covers the third: the same platform provides the dialler for the sales team and the phone lines for the rest of the company. That difference in scope matters more than the number of lines dialled in parallel.
Who each solution suits
Paradial remains the right choice if
- your need is limited to a parallel dialler for a small prospecting team
- you want to try a platform without creating an account or starting a sales process
- five lines in parallel rather than four is the criterion that decides it for you
- the size of the publisher is not a criterion in your buying process
An alternative makes sense if
- you also need to equip the staff who do not prospect, with a line at €15 per month
- call sequences, SMS messaging, task management and data enrichment have to sit in the same tool
- your procurement team requires a single price list, consistent between the website and the contract
- your legal team asks for the list of sub-processors and the storage location of the recordings
Frequently asked questions
What is Paradial?+
Paradial is a French phone prospecting tool, presented by its publisher as a parallel dialler: it calls up to five numbers at once, automatically screens out answering machines and puts the sales rep on the line with the first prospect who picks up. The service also covers list imports, call scripts, transcription by artificial intelligence, reporting and synchronisation with HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive and Zoho.
Who is behind Paradial?+
Paradial is published by Paul Girard, a sole trader, whose terms of sale give SIREN 888 163 722, SIRET 888 163 722 00018 and the address 5 impasse du Moulin, 50180 Agneaux, France. The French company register records a registration on 15 September 2020, a business in activity with no employees, under activity code 47.91B. On the website, Paul Girard presents himself as the founder of Paradial and the author of all the content published there.
How much does Paradial cost?+
Two different amounts appear in the public documents as of 3 September 2026. The paradial.io home page shows €140 per user per month, with no commitment, preceded by three days of full access for €14. Article 7 of the terms of sale, in their version of 11 June 2026, states a service offered from €29 per month on the Solo plan and €79 per month per sales rep on the Team plan, with the Agency plan quoted on request. Ask the publisher which of these price lists will apply to your contract.
Does Paradial offer a free trial?+
The two public sources also differ on this point. Article 6 of the terms of sale provides for a free trial period of seven days, with no card details required. The home page, for its part, offers access to the platform without creating an account, then three days of full access billed at €14 before the monthly subscription starts.
Where is Paradial customer data hosted?+
Article 13 of the terms of sale states that the infrastructure of the service is hosted in France. The privacy policy of 15 June 2026 specifies that the application infrastructure, calls and customer data, is hosted in France, that the website itself is hosted with Netlify in the United States, and lists Stripe, Netlify, Tawk.to, Google, Composio and Slack among the sub-processors. For a compliance file, ask for the processing agreement required by article 28 of the GDPR and check that it covers the recordings by name.
Does Paradial have public customer reviews?+
No. As of 3 September 2026, no Paradial product profile exists on G2, Trustpilot or Capterra, and the website shows no customer testimonial. The publisher puts this down to how young the product is and offers instead to let you test the platform with no account and no card. In practice, the only independent check available is to ask for customer references you can call.
How many lines does Paradial call in parallel?+
Up to five simultaneous lines according to the publisher home page, with a setting for three or five lines. For comparison, Skipcall calls four lines in parallel with answering machine detection by artificial intelligence, Flunter and Minari also state five lines, and Orum goes up to ten lines on the American market.
What is the best alternative to Paradial in 2026?+
There is no single answer: the right choice depends on the scope you expect. If the need is limited to the dialler, Flunter and Minari cover the same ground in France. If the tool also has to carry call sequences, SMS messaging, task management, data enrichment and the phone lines of the rest of the company, Skipcall covers that scope with a line at €15 per month for staff who do not prospect. For large English-speaking teams, Nooks and Orum remain the references.
What are the French alternatives to Paradial?+
Skipcall, Flunter and Minari are the main alternatives published in France. Flunter and Minari focus on parallel dialling. Skipcall adds call sequences, SMS messaging, task management, data enrichment, a read API and a business telephony plan at €15 per licence to the dialler, with data hosted at Scaleway, in France.
How do you cancel a Paradial subscription?+
Article 9 of the terms of sale provides for a monthly subscription with no minimum term, renewed by tacit agreement. The customer can cancel at any time from their account or by a request sent to support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, with no refund of amounts already paid for that period. Remember to export your data before access is switched off.
Can Paradial replace a business phone system?+
No. The offer published by Paradial covers outbound dialling for sales reps, not the general telephony of a company. If you also have to give management, admin staff or customer service a line, you will need a second contract, or a platform that covers both uses.
