Head to head
Skipcall vs Paradial: which one to choose
Both tools dial several numbers in parallel: on that point, they play the same game. What separates them is the scope covered around the call and the invoice for the whole team. This page settles one question only: which of the two for yours. It compares a full working day, the cost per conversation, the quotas and the features, with the calculation method on show.
Data verified on
The verdict, in three lines
The deciding criterion is neither the number of lines nor the feature list: it is the number of people to equip in your company, on top of those who prospect.
Choose Paradial if
Your need stops at the dialler, for a prospecting team on its own.
A parallel dialler advertised at up to five lines, list imports, call scripts, transcription and reporting. If nobody else in the company needs a phone extension and the rest of your software stack is already in place, a tool focused on that single job does the work.
Choose Skipcall if
You have fewer than a hundred employees, a team that prospects and the rest of the company to equip.
One tool for everyone: parallel dialling on four lines for the people who prospect, and a business number, inbound calls, voicemail, SMS and mobile and web apps for the others, from €15 per licence. Same directory, same contract, same invoice.
If you are still weighing up several tools and not only these two, the page devoted to Paradial alternatives compares eight solutions on the market and sets out the company, the hosting and the public reviews of each one.
What Paradial does better than us
Four points where they are ahead. Knowing them before you buy avoids a project that derails in the third month.
Five lines in parallel rather than four
On its home page, Paradial advertises dialling of up to five simultaneous numbers, with a three or five line setting. Skipcall dials four. At equal list volume, a burst of five lines launches one more attempt than a burst of four: if the number of lines is your deciding criterion, it sits on their side.
The demonstration without creating an account
You can browse the platform presentation on paradial.io without creating an account or entering a card, and their terms and conditions also provide for a seven day trial with no card. With us, you have to open an account to see the product. On exit terms, however, the two contracts are equal: a monthly subscription on both sides, cancellable at any time from the account, taking effect at the end of the current period.
The entry price for the dialler alone
Article 7 of their terms and conditions publishes a Solo plan from €29 per month and an Équipe plan, their team plan, at €79 per month per sales rep, while our first prospecting plan is €75. If the €29 Solo plan really is the one you will be billed, the gap is real for a freelancer, and it plays against us. We write “if” because the paradial.io home page shows €140 per user per month: both amounts coexist in their public documents and we cannot settle which one applies. Ask them for the price in writing before you compare anything.
The Zoho integration
Paradial advertises synchronisation with HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive and Zoho. Our four native integrations are HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce and Attio. If your CRM is Zoho, the question is settled before you compare anything else: Paradial covers it, we do not.
What Skipcall does better than Paradial
The same exercise, the other way round, and verifiable in the same way: six areas where the gap plays in our favour.
What a single licence covers
Outbound call sequences, SMS messaging, task management, built in contacts, number enrichment, workspaces and the call summary are included in Skipcall plans. None of these features appears in the public documents published by Paradial on 3 September 2026. Call dialling is comparable on both sides, the work around it is not.
One contract for the whole company
On a team of ten people, three of whom prospect, Skipcall bills three prospecting plans and seven extensions at €15 per licence, in a single contract, with a single directory. The offer published by Paradial covers outbound dialling: the seven other extensions call for a second telephony subscription, with another vendor.
A single price list
Skipcall publishes one price list: €15, €75, €150 and €280 per licence per month, with no minimum, with the conversation quota attached to each plan. The public documents published by Paradial contain two on 3 September 2026: €140 per user per month on the home page, a Solo plan from €29 and an Équipe plan at €79 per sales rep in article 7 of the terms and conditions dated 11 June 2026. The trial arrangements also differ from one document to the other. Ask in writing for the amount that will appear on your invoice.
Windows only, and outside the browser
The Paradial download page states it: the product is used from an application you install and not from the browser, and it currently runs on Windows only. A sales rep on a Mac, on a machine managed by the IT department or on the road cannot use it. Skipcall runs in the browser, with nothing to install, plus an iOS app published on the App Store.
What the vendor publishes
Paradial is operated by a French entreprise individuelle, a sole trader business, registered in 2020, with no employee declared on the register, and no funding round is published. On security, the home page announces local hosting and data that stays in France, without naming the host, and states that the DPA is available on request, so not readable online. The vendor also has no public review profile on G2, Trustpilot or Capterra, which it acknowledges itself by describing a young product. None of this says anything about the quality of the software, but these are the things you look at when you hand your telephony to a supplier for several years.
Self service sign up
On paradial.io, the three call to action buttons, Tester gratuitement, Tester maintenant and Explorer la plateforme, all point to the same presentation section of the home page. There is no sign up path: access is opened through Réserver une démo, in other words a sales appointment. With Skipcall, you create your account, choose your plan and call the same day, without going through anyone.
Two families of tools, and only one that covers both
Most companies that prospect end up with two subscriptions: a telephony tool for everyone, a dialler for the sales reps. That is the real hidden cost of this market, and it appears on no price list.
Business telephony
Carriers and cloud phone systems.
Reception, switchboard, call queues, customer service, international coverage, a large catalogue of integrations.
No parallel dialling. Your sales reps are capped at the number of calls they can place one by one.
Specialist parallel diallers
This is the family Paradial belongs to.
Simultaneous dialling on several lines, answering machine detection, callback cadences. Very effective for prospecting.
No telephony layer. The rest of the company, which just needs a number and the ability to receive calls, has to be equipped elsewhere. So a second subscription.
Skipcall
Both, in the same tool.
Parallel dialling on four lines, on a par with the best specialists, and the full telephony layer: business number, inbound calls, voicemail, SMS, mobile and web apps.
Fewer reception features than a large telephony vendor. That is a deliberate choice: beyond a hundred or so employees, an inbound specialist is the better fit.
In practice: with Skipcall, a €15 licence is enough to equip someone who simply needs a business number, an app and the ability to receive calls. The reps who prospect take a plan from €75, with parallel dialling. Same tool, same directory, same invoice.
The dialling mode will not decide it for you
What both do the same way
Several numbers go out at the same time. As soon as someone picks up, the other lines are released and the sales rep is connected. Answering machines are filtered out before they reach them, and the waiting time between two calls disappears. Paradial advertises up to five simultaneous lines, with a three or five line setting. Skipcall dials four, with answering machine detection by artificial intelligence. As no answer rate measured on five lines is published, we do not compare the two engines on that ground.
What sets them apart
What happens around the call, and the number of people the subscription covers. With Skipcall, the outbound call sequence, the callback task, the follow up SMS, the transcription, the summary and the contact record sit in the same tool, and the colleagues who do not prospect get a phone extension there at €15 per licence. With a specialist dialler, those pieces are bought elsewhere, and the rest of the company is still to equip.
In other words, the decision is not made on the number of lines dialled but on the scope covered and on the invoice for the whole team. That is what the two tables below put into figures.
A typical day, hour by hour
As both tools dial in parallel, this projection holds for either one. It does not set them against each other: it sets the monthly volume that feeds the cost calculation just below.
| Time slot | What happens | Calls | Conversations |
|---|---|---|---|
| 09:00 to 10:30 | First burst on the list of the day | 150 | 12 |
| 10:30 to 12:30 | Rest of the list and scheduled callbacks | 200 | 16 |
| 14:00 to 15:30 | Back on the numbers not reached in the morning | 150 | 12 |
| 15:30 to 17:30 | Last burst and end of day notes | 200 | 16 |
| Total for the day | 700 | 56 | |
| Over twenty working days | 14,000 | 1,120 | |
Assumptions on show: four working slots, twenty working days and an answer rate of 8% in parallel dialling. That figure is published by Skipcall, applied to a dialling mode and not to a brand. As the rate specific to dialling on five lines is published nowhere, it is neither reused nor estimated. The detail is in the Method and sources section, further down.
The cost per conversation, then the invoice for the team
At equal volume, here is what one conversation costs on each side, based on the typical day above and twenty working days per month. On the Paradial side, the calculation uses the €140 per user per month shown on paradial.io on 3 September 2026, that is the price a buyer sees on their site. Their terms and conditions publish other amounts, which this page notes further up.
Paradial
€0.13
per conversation
Price shown on their site: €140 per user per month
Conversations: 1,120 per month
Scope: the dialler
Skipcall Expert
€0.25
per conversation
Licence: €280 per month
Conversations: 1,120 per month
Scope: dialler and telephony
On that calculation alone, a conversation still costs less with Paradial, and it has to be said that way. The licence used on our side is the one whose quota actually covers the projected volume: at that pace, the 1,120 monthly conversations go past the Intermediate tier, which takes the plan to €280. What that amount covers in addition is the telephony layer and everything around the call.
The real invoice for a team of ten
Take a company of ten people, 3 of whom prospect. With Skipcall: 3 plans at €280 and 7 extensions at €15, that is €945 per month, under a single contract. With Paradial: 3 subscriptions, that is €237 per month on the Équipe plan of the terms and conditions, €420 at the rate shown on the home page, plus a second telephony subscription for the 7 other extensions, whose amount depends on the vendor chosen and which we do not price here. That missing line is the one to add before comparing two quotes.
Amounts excluding tax, on monthly billing, as published by each vendor on 3 September 2026.
Our plans carry a conversation quota. Here is the one that suits you
Paradial publishes no conversation quota, Skipcall sets one on three of its four plans. Better to explain it plainly: badly chosen, the plan becomes the real hidden cost.
| Plan | Price | Conversations | Who it suits |
|---|---|---|---|
| Business VoIP | €15 | 200 | Extensions that need a business number and a few calls a day, with no prospecting. |
| Starter | €75 | 400 | A rep who prospects half time, or a team getting started. Around 20 conversations per working day. |
| Intermediate | €150 | 1,000 | A rep whose main job is phone prospecting. Around 50 conversations per working day. |
| Expert | €280 | Unlimited | Very high volume teams, and those who would rather not watch a counter. |
Any conversation longer than ten seconds is counted. Calls under ten seconds, answering machines and invalid numbers use nothing. Included SMS volumes run from 100 to unlimited depending on the plan, and the list of countries you can call is on the pricing page.
Our artificial intelligence serves the sales rep, it does not replace them
This is the deep difference between Skipcall and part of the market, in both directions: we put more of it in than the tools that have none, and we refuse to put it where others place it.
What our artificial intelligence does
It filters out answering machines, switchboards and invalid numbers before they reach the sales rep. It transcribes the call and produces a summary. In other words, it removes work that has no value and leaves the work that does.
What it does not do
It does not speak for you. We do not offer a voice agent, and this is not a feature we are late on: it is a position. To call a prospect or answer a customer, the best person for your company’s image is still a member of your team.
Why the relationship matters
A company that hands its conversations to a machine loses the direct link with its contacts. That link is hard to rebuild, and its weakening does not show on a dashboard for several months.
Why cost matters too
Voice agents are billed per minute or per credit consumed. The invoice follows volume, it is hard to forecast, and the real effect on the customer relationship is hard to measure. A fixed price licence stays a budget you control.
In one sentence
We automate what wastes your sales reps’ time, never the conversation itself.
Dialling, discarding an answering machine, spotting an invalid number, transcribing, summarising: the machine does it better and never tires. Talking to a customer or a prospect, no. That limit is also what keeps your budget predictable: a fixed price licence, and not per minute billing that follows your volume.

Paradial scope recorded on paradial.io and in its terms and conditions on 3 September 2026. The wording “not advertised” means the feature does not appear in the public documents of the vendor on that date, not that it is absent from the product. Offers change: check the vendor’s pricing page before you decide.
Method and sources
A comparison published by one of the two vendors is only worth something if its method can be checked. Here is where every figure on this page comes from, including what it does not prove.
Pricing
Skipcall prices are those of the public price list, excluding tax, on monthly billing: €15, €75, €150 and €280 per licence, with no minimum. On the Paradial side, two amounts appear in the public documents on 3 September 2026: €140 per user per month on the paradial.io home page, preceded by three days of full access at €14, and a Solo plan from €29 per month with an Équipe plan at €79 per month per sales rep in article 7 of the terms and conditions dated 11 June 2026. Both are quoted as they appear at source. Ask in writing for the one that will be billed to you.
The trial and cancellation
Article 6 of the Paradial terms and conditions, drawn up under French law, provides for a seven day free trial with no card entry, while the home page offers three days of full access billed at €14. Article 9 provides for a monthly subscription with no commitment, cancellable at any time, taking effect at the end of the current period and with no refund of that period. On the Skipcall side, article 10.1 of our own French terms and conditions provides for the same arrangement: a monthly subscription, cancellable at any time from the account, taking effect at the end of the current period. On exit terms, the two contracts are equivalent.
Answer rates
The 8% rate in parallel dialling is a figure published by Skipcall on its product pages. It is our own figure, not an independent measurement, and it describes a dialling mode, not a brand. As both tools dial in parallel, that rate does not separate them: it only serves to size the monthly volume that feeds the cost per conversation calculation. The answer rate specific to dialling on five lines is published nowhere, and we do not estimate it.
The typical day
The hourly table is an arithmetic projection based on call cadences and the rate above, over four working slots and twenty working days per month. It is not the record of a real day. Your figures will depend on your list, your sector and your calling hours.
What we do not compare here
The identity of the vendor, its legal form, data hosting and public reviews are not on this page. They are covered, with sources, on the Paradial alternatives page.

Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between Skipcall and Paradial? +
The dialling mode is the same: both tools dial several numbers in parallel and filter out answering machines. The difference is the scope. Paradial is a specialist parallel dialler, focused on the outbound calls of sales reps. Skipcall adds call sequences, SMS messaging, task management, enrichment, workspaces, a read only API, and the full telephony layer for the colleagues who do not prospect, from €15 per licence.
How many lines does each one dial in parallel? +
On its home page, Paradial advertises dialling of up to five lines, with a three or five line setting. Skipcall dials four, with answering machine detection by artificial intelligence. The answer rate obtained on five lines is published nowhere: we do not compare it, and nobody should do so from an estimated figure.
How much does Paradial cost? +
Two amounts appear in its public documents on 3 September 2026. The paradial.io home page shows €140 per user per month, with no commitment, preceded by three days of full access at €14. Article 7 of the terms and conditions dated 11 June 2026 states a Solo plan from €29 per month and an Équipe plan, their team plan, at €79 per month per sales rep, with the Agence plan quoted on request. Ask in writing which one will apply to your contract.
Paradial or Skipcall to equip a whole company? +
The offer published by Paradial covers outbound dialling for sales reps, not the general telephony of a company: management, administration and support will have to be equipped under a second contract. Skipcall carries both, with an extension at €15 per licence that gives a business number, inbound calls, voicemail and the mobile and web apps. Skipcall, on the other hand, offers no voice menu, no call queue and no live monitoring: for a structured customer service, you need an inbound specialist.
Which CRM integrations are available on each side? +
Paradial advertises synchronisation with HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive and Zoho. Skipcall offers four native integrations, on every plan: HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce and Attio, plus a read only API to connect other tools. If your CRM is Zoho, Paradial covers it and we do not. If it is Attio, it is the other way round.
How many conversations are included in a Skipcall plan? +
400 per licence per month on the Starter plan, 1,000 on the Intermediate, no limit on the Expert, and 200 on the Business VoIP offer. Any conversation longer than ten seconds is counted. Paradial publishes no conversation quota: on that point, our price list forces a choice of tier that theirs does not.
