Reached vs Flunter

Two near-identical price lists, but the top tier at Flunter counts calls where the one at Reached counts hours. The calculation that separates the two.

We build Skipcall, and we sell to the same teams as Reached and Flunter. We therefore have a commercial interest in you choosing neither, and you should read this page knowing that.

That is why Skipcall appears nowhere in the comparison below: not in the table, not in the verdict, not in the questions. Every claim here points to a dated public source, listed at the foot of the page. If something looks wrong, write to us: we will correct it and date the correction.

In short

The essentials in five sentences

  • Reached and Flunter are two French parallel dialers whose price lists published as of 8 September 2026 answer each other almost line for line: three parallel lines then five, 400 then 1,000 connected calls included, for €99, €179 and €250 a month at Reached against €89, €159 and €249 excluding tax at Flunter.
  • The decisive difference sits at the third tier: as of 8 September 2026, Flunter counts calls there, up to 20,000 a month for €249 excluding tax, while Reached counts time, 50 hours of conversation a month for €250.
  • Fifty hours is 3,000 minutes: if your conversations run longer than three minutes on average, the Reached plan at €250 a month allows fewer conversations than its own plan at €179 a month, which includes 1,000 of them.
  • The Reached entry ticket is shown including tax on its comparison page, which is €82.50 excluding tax at the 20% rate, where Flunter publishes €89 excluding tax: at the entry level, the price ranking flips depending on which basis you use.
  • Neither vendor has a product listing on G2, Trustpilot or Capterra as of 8 September 2026: the companies behind Flunter were registered in 2024, and Reached states it was founded in 2025.

Which of the two

Separate them on the average length of your conversations, not on price: ten euros between two price lists this close settles nothing. If your useful calls are short, qualification or booking meetings, the hourly ceiling at Reached works in your favour and its plan at €250 a month becomes genuinely generous. If your conversations run long, discovery or complex sales, take Flunter, whose ceiling counts calls rather than minutes: a twenty-minute conversation uses up as much there as a two-minute one. And if you stay under 400 conversations a month, the question of the tier does not arise yet: bring both entry tickets onto the same tax basis and look at hosting and integrations instead.

The point that decides

Two twin price lists, up to the tier where the unit changes

Reached and Flunter both publish their quotas plan by plan, which is rare on this market. Their first two tiers are interchangeable. The third is not, because it is not counted in the same unit.

Set side by side, the two price lists published as of 8 September 2026 all but overlap. Three parallel lines on the entry plan, five from the middle plan onwards. Four hundred connected calls included at the first tier, a thousand at the second. And prices that never move more than ten euros apart: €99, €179 and €250 a month at Reached, €89, €159 and €249 excluding tax at Flunter. On the first two levels there is nothing to choose between them.

The tipping point is identical too. The 400 connected calls of the entry plan work out at around twenty conversations per working day, which is the pace of a rep doing the job properly: with one vendor as with the other, the entry plan is sized to be used up. Moving to the next tier costs €70 more a month at Flunter and €80 at Reached, for a quota multiplied by 2.5 in both cases. Set against the volume included, that comes to €0.22 then €0.16 per conversation at Flunter, €0.25 then €0.18 at Reached, on advertised prices. A few cents separate the two vendors.

At the third tier the symmetry breaks. For €249 excluding tax, Flunter advertises up to 20,000 connected calls a month. For €250, Reached advertises unlimited connected calls, within a limit of 50 hours of conversation a month. Same price, two different units: one caps events, the other caps minutes. A consequence follows that the price does not let you guess. At Flunter, the longer your conversations, the better value the plan, since length costs nothing. At Reached it is the reverse: every extra minute brings the ceiling closer.

The calculation that separates the two comes down to one division. Fifty hours is 3,000 minutes. Divide that by the average length of your conversations and you get the equivalent in connected calls. Past three minutes of average length, the Reached plan at €250 a month allows fewer conversations than its own plan at €179 a month, which includes a thousand. Below three minutes it allows more, and the gain is real. Average conversation length is the figure nobody measures spontaneously: it is nonetheless the one to pull out of your calling tool before you sign.

The Flunter ceiling calls for the opposite remark. Twenty thousand connected calls per month per licence is out of reach for a mid-sized team, which amounts to saying that the Pro plan costs €90 more than the Hunter plan for a volume reserve the buyer will not use, plus one extra number, at the same number of parallel lines. Neither vendor is being dishonest here: one sells a ceiling you will never touch, the other a ceiling a good rep will touch. They simply are not pricing the same risk.

Which one for which use

Two situations, two answers

Reached is the right choice if

  • your useful conversations are short, qualification or booking meetings: the 50-hour ceiling of the €250 a month plan then becomes a real reserve
  • you prospect in France and the United States, the two countries its numbers cover
  • French law and the Paris courts matter to your legal team, since the terms and conditions name them explicitly
  • you need CRM integrations available right away, the vendor advertising twelve of them natively

Flunter is the right choice if

  • your conversations run long, discovery or complex sales: a ceiling counted in calls does not penalise length
  • you have to document where your data is hosted, the main infrastructure being at OVHcloud in the European Union with a processing agreement that lists the subprocessors
  • you buy on an annual commitment: the 25% discount is published and brings the Starter plan down to €67 a month
  • you compare quotes excluding tax and want a price list shown on the same basis as the rest of your suppliers

The limits

What each one does not do

Reached limits

  • The word “unlimited” on the €250 a month plan means a ceiling of 50 hours of conversation a month, which is around two and a half hours per working day, and a high-performing rep reaches it.
  • The entry ticket is shown including tax on the vendor comparison page, which makes it impossible to compare as it stands with a price list excluding tax.
  • The region where data is hosted is not specified: the public documents cite Twilio and Supabase without naming a country, and set retention of recordings and transcripts at 90 days.
  • The numbers cover France and the United States, two or three of them depending on the plan: prospecting in other European countries has to be scoped before you sign.

Flunter limits

  • CRM integrations and the AI features, script generation, coaching and campaign optimisation, are presented as forthcoming in the vendor documentation rather than as delivered.
  • Prospect contact details are billed on top of the licences, at €0.70 each below 2,000 leads, €0.65 from 2,000 to 5,000 and €0.60 above that.
  • Between the Hunter plan at €159 and the Pro plan at €249, only the quota and one extra number change: €90 more a month buys a volume reserve a mid-sized team does not reach.
  • Despite European hosting for the main infrastructure, telephony and recordings run through Twilio and artificial intelligence processing through OpenAI, two providers established in the United States.

What neither of them does

  • Neither of the two has a product listing on G2, Trustpilot or Capterra as of 8 September 2026: you are buying without an independent measure of satisfaction, in one case as in the other.
  • Neither of the two includes the manager dashboard in the advertised price: it is an add-on billed at €39 a month with one as with the other.
  • Neither of the two publishes what happens when the quota is exceeded, whether the service is cut off, billed per unit or moved automatically to the next tier: the question is one to put in writing before you sign, in both cases.
  • Neither of the two has been in existence for more than two years: the companies behind Flunter were registered in July and September 2024, and Reached states it was founded in 2025.

Frequently asked questions

Short answers

Reached or Flunter, which is cheaper in 2026?

On the prices advertised as of 8 September 2026, Flunter is ten euros cheaper at every tier: €89, €159 and €249 a month excluding tax, against €99, €179 and €250 at Reached. The comparison flips on the entry plan once you restore the tax basis, since Reached shows its €99 including tax on its comparison page, which is €82.50 excluding tax at the 20% rate. On an annual commitment, Flunter takes the lead back with a published 25% discount, so €67 a month on its Starter plan, against €990 a year at Reached, which is €82.50 a month.

What does “unlimited” mean at Reached, and “20,000 calls” at Flunter?

At Reached, the plan at €250 a month advertises unlimited connected calls within a limit of 50 hours of conversation a month, around two and a half hours per working day: the ceiling exists, it is counted in time. At Flunter, the Pro plan at €249 excluding tax advertises up to 20,000 connected calls a month, a volume no mid-sized team reaches: the ceiling is counted in number of conversations. Both figures are published by the vendors as of 8 September 2026, but they do not compare directly.

Which one should you choose if your conversations run long?

Flunter, whose ceilings are counted in connected calls rather than minutes: a twenty-minute conversation uses up the same quota there as a two-minute one. At Reached, the top plan is capped at 50 hours of conversation a month, or 3,000 minutes: past three minutes of average length, it allows fewer conversations than the Reached plan at €179 a month, which includes 1,000 of them. Pull your average conversation length out of your calling tool before you decide, that is the figure that settles it.

Which of the two for prospecting from France?

Both are published in France and offer French numbers. They separate on two different points. Flunter documents its hosting: main infrastructure at OVHcloud in the European Union, with a data processing agreement that names its subprocessors. Reached documents its contractual framework: its terms and conditions are governed by French law and the Paris courts, but no public document states the region where data is hosted. Depending on whether your sticking point is compliance or the contract, the answer changes.

How many lines does each one dial in parallel?

Three lines on the entry plan and five from the next tier upwards, with one as with the other. At Reached the five lines start on the plan at €179 a month; at Flunter, on the Hunter plan at €159 excluding tax. For reference, a two-line setting is often the most profitable on a European list: above that, the prospects the rep cannot take are left with a missed call and become hard to call back.

What happens if you go over the quota with one or the other?

Neither Reached nor Flunter publishes the answer as of 8 September 2026. Three outcomes are possible and they do not carry the same annual cost: the service is interrupted, it is billed per call or per hour, or it moves automatically to the next tier. Get it stated in writing, before you sign, what happens at the 401st connected call at Flunter and at the fifty-first hour of conversation at Reached, along with the rate that would then apply.

Can you move from one to the other mid-year?

Yes, but at the end of the current period in both cases. Flunter bills a one-month subscription that renews automatically, cancellable from the interface or in writing, with no pro rata refund. Reached bills in advance, monthly or annually, amounts that are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise, with cancellation taking effect at the end of the period. Two points need handling before the switch: porting the numbers assigned by the vendor, and exporting the history, bearing in mind that Reached keeps recordings and transcripts for 90 days and permanently deletes data 30 days after the account ends.

Which one has the better customer reviews?

Neither of the two: as of 8 September 2026, neither vendor has a product listing on G2, Trustpilot or Capterra. That is consistent with their age, the companies behind Flunter having been registered in 2024 and Reached stating it was founded in 2025. So no independent measure of satisfaction exists to separate the two: the only check available is a measured trial on your own lists and two customer references you call yourself.
