Reviews and pricing

Skipcall: reviews, pricing and full price list (2026)

What Skipcall costs, who publishes it, what the platform actually handles each month, and why you will not find a single review on G2. Written by the team that makes the tool, with the limits stated plainly.

The short version

  • Skipcall is a parallel dialer that calls four numbers at once, filters out voicemail and puts the rep on the line with the first prospect who answers.
  • Four plans are published and can be taken out without a quotation: 25 € a month for the VoIP Entreprise plan, 75 € for Starter, 150 € for Intermédiaire, 280 € for Expert, per user per month excluding tax. One licence is enough to open an account. A fifth offer, Entreprise, is aimed at teams of six licences and more: that one goes through a quotation and its amount is not public.
  • Usage is measured, but by us alone: 868,439 calls handled in July 2026, 3,204,914 from 1 January to 31 July, for more than 300 active users. Monthly volume multiplied by eight over the period. Taken from our internal monitoring, and not auditable by a third party.
  • There is no public review on G2, Trustpilot or Capterra. We have done nothing to obtain any, and a product of this age generally has none either way: the absence is therefore not only a decision on our part. What stays true in both cases is that no independent measure of our customer satisfaction can be consulted. The next section says what to ask for instead.
  • What Skipcall does not do: no routing of inbound calls, so no voice menu, no queue, no distribution to a group. No autonomous voice agent either, twelve permitted calling countries and not one more, and a conversation quota on the first two plans.

Our bias, stated up front

This page is written by Skipcall, about Skipcall. It is not a review, it is a self-assessment, and you have to read it as one.

The other twenty-four cards in this section are about competitors, and we declare our conflict of interest on each of them. Here the conflict is total: we sell the product we are describing. No paragraph on this page should be taken on trust.

That is why it is built differently. The prices come from our public price list, the call volumes from our own monitoring, the limits are listed without being softened, and one section gives you word for word the questions to put to us before signing. If anything here looks wrong to you, write to us: we will correct it and date the correction.

Zero reviews on G2, and nothing done about it

If you are searching for “Skipcall reviews”, the honest answer is that there are none in public. A recent European parallel dialer generally has none, and we have done nothing to change that. Here is first what that absence costs you, and then why we have not tried to fill it.

Start with what it takes away from you, because that is the only part that really concerns you. With no listing on a review platform, you have no independent measure of our customer satisfaction. Neither good nor bad. You cannot read thirty comments and spot the complaint that keeps coming back. That is a real disadvantage, and we own it rather than working around it.

Now why we have not filled that hole. On those platforms, a vendor that wants to weigh pays: for its listing to be promoted, for lead generation, for placement in the comparison grids. A well-placed listing therefore measures a marketing budget first, and we have not committed that budget.

That argument suits us, and it should be counted as such. Nothing stopped us opening a listing and asking our customers to write on it, which vendors of our size do. We have not done it, and we have no better explanation to offer than that.

We are far from alone in this: Paradial, Minari, Ubic and Reached show the same zero across the three platforms, and we write it plainly on each of their cards. That does not turn our absence into a merit, it only says that this is the normal state of a product of this age on this market. The only thing we claim credit for is writing it down.

What you lose with no G2 listingWhat we can put against it
An average rating across several dozen accountsTwo customers you can call, when we have them in your sector and at your size
The recurring complaint that emerges from the commentsThe list of our limits, written below without dressing
Proof that the product is genuinely in useOur monthly call volumes, dated, quantified and unverifiable
A price verified by usersA public price list, taken out without a quotation from one licence up

None of these substitutes replaces an independent review. They can be checked one at a time, which is not the same thing, and it is the best we can offer without buying a place in a ranking.

What to do about it

Apply to us exactly the rule we recommend for any vendor without public reviews: ask for two contactable customer references, in your sector and at your team size, and call them. A vendor who refuses that ordinary request has answered you. We meet it when we have those customers on our books, and we say so when we do not rather than sending an off-target reference. Here too you have only our word: the verification is the call you will make.

What the reviews of Skipcall are worth

The only figures we can produce come from our own monitoring. They measure usage, not satisfaction, and they have to be read for what they are.

Calls handled per month

January to July 2026, internal monitoring figures

3,204,914 calls over the seven months, a monthly volume multiplied by eight between January and July, and a 7% rise in July alone. These figures come from our own monitoring and no third party has audited them: they measure usage, not satisfaction. We publish them because they are the only proof we can produce, and because a tool people stop using does not draw that curve.

In July 2026 the platform handled 868,439 calls, up 7% on June. From 1 January to 31 July the total reaches 3,204,914 calls, and monthly volume was multiplied by eight over the period. These figures come from our internal monitoring, closed on 31 July 2026.

A call volume proves that a product is plugged in and used daily, which is not nothing next to software bought and then abandoned. It does not prove that users are satisfied with it, and nobody can audit our figures. Treat it as a vendor statement, because that is what it is.

On service we can produce no figure at all. Accounts are looked after in English, with a named contact rather than a ticket queue: that is how we are organised, not a measured performance. We publish no first-response time, no resolution rate and no satisfaction score, and until we do, that sentence is worth what a vendor’s word about itself is worth. Two calls to existing customers will teach you more.

What Skipcall does well

Four points we would rather not write, and which are true.

Four lines, when several competitors advertise more

Paradial advertises five simultaneous lines, Nooks and Orum more. If that figure alone decides your choice, they show better than we do, and that stays true.

The ceiling is a choice and not a platform limit: the development work is the same for twenty lines. It comes down to the size of European call lists. Past two calls launched at once, several prospects answer together and the ones the rep cannot take are left with a missed call from an unknown number: that line of the list is burned. On an American list of several tens of thousands of contacts, the loss is diluted.

That reasoning has a limit, and it works against us. If your target is precisely an American list of that size, the number of lines becomes a real advantage again, and four is then less than what the tools built for that market offer. On that ground we have nothing to put against them.

Inbound calls arrive, but nothing routes them

A prospect calling back does reach the line of the person they were speaking to, and the call is logged like any other. What does not exist is everything that sits between the caller and the person: no voice menu, no queue, no distribution to a group, no opening hours. A call to your main number will therefore not be shared out across a team, and nobody will pick it up if the person called does not answer.

We present that as the scope of the product rather than as a gap, but for you the consequence is the same: if your company has to run a switchboard, with a single number, a menu and a team sharing the calls, you need conventional calling software such as Aircall, Ringover or CloudTalk, alongside us if need be, and that means two subscriptions and two invoices.

Twelve permitted countries, and nothing outside them

Calls are possible to France, Belgium, Switzerland, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Italy, Spain, the United Kingdom, the United States and Canada. Outside that list, the call does not go out.

If your target sits entirely inside that list, the limit will never show. For a team calling central Europe, North Africa, Latin America or Asia, it is a flat exclusion, and a carrier such as CloudTalk, which advertises more than 160 countries, will answer where we do not.

A conversation quota on the first two plans

Starter stops at 400 conversations a month, Intermédiaire at 1,000. Any conversation longer than ten seconds is counted. Only the Expert plan lifts the ceiling.

A team that dials all day will go past the Starter quota: the budget to compare is then that of the Expert plan, not the headline price at the top of the list.

On termination, access is cut immediately

Article 10.3 of our terms and conditions provides that termination immediately deactivates access and makes all stored content inaccessible. There is no grace period during which you could still retrieve a forgotten recording.

The practical consequence is that a full export, calls, recordings, transcripts and contacts, has to be done before the cut-off, not after. It is the clause that costs the most to discover at the wrong moment: read article 10.3 before signing, not on the day you leave.

Four native CRMs, and twenty-nine tools through the API

Four CRMs have a native integration: HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce and Attio. The twenty-nine other tools we document go through our API, or through Make, Zapier or n8n. Those are not native integrations and we do not call them that.

The difference is not one of vocabulary. An API connection needs somebody to set it up, then to repair it when it breaks. If your CRM is not one of the four, count that work into your budget, or check that automatic call logging is not the thing making you buy the tool.

Number enrichment is paid for in credits

Searching for missing numbers is available in the product, but it requires buying credits on top of the subscription. It is not included in the advertised price, and it has to enter your budget if your call list is incomplete.

A young company, with no ten-year track record to show

SKIPCALL SAS is registered with the Tours companies registry. We have neither the depth of history of a RingCentral nor its partner network, and a procurement team that requires five sets of filed accounts and an ISO 27001 certification will not keep us in.

A funding round was raised from a French scale-up and from several business angels in the sector.

The five questions to put to them in writing

Copy these straight into an email. In writing, not on a call: a written answer is binding, a spoken one leaves no trace.

01

Contactable customer references

“You have no public reviews on G2, Trustpilot or Capterra, and you write that yourselves. Can you put me in touch with two customers in my sector and at my team size, so that I can call them before signing?”
02

The plan that actually fits my volume

“My reps make about X calls per working day. Given your definition of a conversation, that is longer than ten seconds, which plan am I really on, and from what volume do I have to move to Expert? Please confirm in writing.”
03

Total cost in the first year

“Please quote me in writing the twelve-month total for N users: subscriptions, extra numbers, SMS beyond the plan, and enrichment credits if my call list is incomplete. I want the amount I will pay, not the headline price.”
04

The countries I have to call

“My target includes the following countries: [list]. Confirm which of them are among your twelve permitted countries, and what happens for the others.”
05

Leaving and getting the data back

“If I terminate, in what format can I export my contacts, my recordings, my transcripts and my call history, how far in advance do I have to ask, and what happens to my number?”
06

How solid the company is

“You say you have raised a funding round without publishing the amount, the investors or the date. Can you send me those three in writing, along with your latest filed accounts, so that I can assess supplier risk?”
07

Processing of personal data

“Your data processing agreement is published at skipcall.io/dpa. Can you confirm in writing that it applies as it stands to my contract, send me the named list of your sub-processors, and tell me exactly where recordings and transcripts are stored?”

Who it is the right choice for, and who it is not

Skipcall is a good choice if

  • your team has two to fifteen reps whose job is to call
  • your target sits in western Europe or North America
  • you want a public price, taken out without a quotation from one licence up
  • you use HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce or Attio and you want calls logged there without re-keying
  • a named contact matters more to you than a service whose quality is publicly rated

Look elsewhere if

  • your company has to run a switchboard, with a single number, a voice menu or a queue
  • you call countries that are not on our list of twelve
  • your procurement team requires independent reviews or an ISO 27001 certification
  • you want to equip the whole company, including the teams that do not prospect
  • your CRM is not one of our four native integrations and you do not want to maintain an API connection
  • you are looking for an autonomous voice agent that calls instead of a rep

Frequently asked questions

How much does Skipcall cost in 2026? +

Four plans are published and can be taken out without a quotation. As of 7 September 2026, the Starter plan is 75 € per user per month excluding tax, or 60 € on an annual commitment, and includes 400 conversations, one number and 200 SMS. The Intermédiaire plan is 150 €, 120 € annually, with 1,000 conversations. The Expert plan is 280 €, 210 € annually, with unlimited conversations and two numbers. A VoIP Entreprise plan at 25 € covers the colleagues who do not prospect. One licence is enough to open an account. A fifth offer, Entreprise, from six licences up, is the only one that goes through a quotation: its price is not displayed. Number enrichment is paid for in credits, on top of the subscription.

What counts as a conversation at Skipcall, and when do you have to change plan? +

Skipcall counts as a conversation any exchange longer than ten seconds. As of 7 September 2026, the Starter plan includes 400 a month and the Intermédiaire plan 1,000; only the Expert plan, at 280 € per user per month excluding tax, lifts the ceiling with unlimited conversations. The VoIP Entreprise plan, meant for colleagues who do not prospect, includes 200. A team that dials all day will go past the Starter quota: the calculation to make is the plan that absorbs your real volume, not the headline price.

Does Skipcall have public customer reviews? +

No. As of 7 September 2026 there is no Skipcall listing on G2, Trustpilot or Capterra, and therefore no public review on those three platforms. We have done nothing to obtain any: they sell vendors promotion of their listing and lead generation, and we have not committed that budget. Nothing stopped us opening a listing and asking our customers to write on it either. Whatever the reason, the result is the same: no independent measure of our customer satisfaction can be consulted. Instead, ask us for two contactable customers in your sector and at your team size, and call them before signing. This answer is written by the publisher of Skipcall.

How many lines does Skipcall dial in parallel? +

Skipcall dials four simultaneous lines, a figure unchanged as of 7 September 2026. That ceiling is a choice and not a technical limit: nothing stopped us advertising twenty. Past two calls launched at once, several prospects answer together and the ones the rep cannot take are left with a missed call from an unknown number, which burns that line of the list. On an American list of several tens of thousands of contacts the loss is diluted; on a European list it is paid for. A European team is better off staying at two. On a large American list, on the other hand, where the loss is diluted, the tools advertising five lines or more keep an advantage we do not have.

Who publishes Skipcall? +

As of 7 September 2026, Skipcall is published by SKIPCALL SAS, whose registered office is at 1 impasse du Palais, 37000 Tours, France, registered under number 940 199 185 with the Tours trade and companies registry, SIRET 940 199 185 00031. The company has raised a funding round from a French scale-up and from several business angels in the sector, and publishes neither the amount, nor the names, nor the date.

How many calls does Skipcall handle? +

In July 2026 the platform handled 868,439 calls, up 7% on June. From 1 January to 31 July 2026 the total reaches 3,204,914 calls, and monthly volume was multiplied by eight over the period, for more than 300 active users. These figures, taken on 7 September 2026, come from our internal monitoring and cannot be audited by a third party: they are vendor data, and should be treated as such.

Can you receive calls with Skipcall? +

Yes, but with no routing at all, and that distinction decides everything. As of 7 September 2026, an inbound call reaches the line of the user it is for and is pushed to the CRM like an outbound one. What does not exist is an interactive voice menu, a queue, distribution to a group or opening-hours handling: nobody picks the call up if the person it is for does not answer. If your company has to run a switchboard, you need business calling software such as Aircall, Ringover or CloudTalk, alongside Skipcall if need be, which means two subscriptions.

Which countries can you call with Skipcall? +

Skipcall permits twelve calling countries as of 7 September 2026: France, Belgium, Switzerland, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Italy, Spain, the United Kingdom, the United States and Canada. Outside that list, the call does not go out. If your target is in central Europe, North Africa, Latin America or Asia, a carrier with wide coverage such as CloudTalk will answer where we do not.

Where does Skipcall host data and recordings? +

Skipcall customers’ data and recordings are hosted in France, with a French cloud provider: processing falls under the GDPR and European law. Recording, retention and deletion settings are configurable to your internal policy, and our article 28 GDPR data processing agreement is published at skipcall.io/dpa, verifiable as of 7 September 2026. This answer is the publisher’s own: for a compliance file, have us confirm in writing exactly where recordings and transcripts are stored, and ask for the named list of our sub-processors.

How do you cancel a Skipcall subscription, and what happens to the data? +

Article 10.3 of Skipcall’s terms and conditions, in the version consulted on 7 September 2026, provides that termination immediately deactivates access and makes all stored content inaccessible. There is no grace period during which a forgotten recording could still be retrieved. A full export of calls, recordings, transcripts and contacts therefore has to be done before the cut-off, and never after. Ask in writing for the format of that export and the notice period needed to obtain it.

Which CRM integrations does Skipcall offer natively? +

As of 7 September 2026, four CRMs have a native, ready-to-use integration: HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce and Attio. Every call, its outcome, its transcript and its summary are logged there automatically on the contact record, with no re-keying. Twenty-nine other tools are documented, but they go through an open REST API, or through Make, Zapier and n8n: those are API connections, and we do not call them native. If your CRM is not one of the four, setting up and maintaining the connection is at your expense.

Can this page, written by Skipcall, be trusted? +

Not on trust, no. This page, whose contents were checked on 7 September 2026, is written by SKIPCALL SAS about its own product: it is a self-assessment and not a review, the conflict of interest is total, and the page says so in its second paragraph. What you can do instead is verify it: the prices are on our public pricing page, the identity of the company on our legal notice and at the companies registry, the absence of reviews on G2 can be checked with one search, and our limits are listed without being softened. On the one unverifiable point, our call volumes, we flag it ourselves. Then ask us for two contactable customers: that is the verification worth more than this whole page.

And if Skipcall is not right for you

We keep a page that puts Skipcall and eight alternatives in the same table, with the same columns, and that sets out what CloudTalk, Nooks and Orum do better than us. It is written by us, with the same bias as this page, but it names the cases where another tool is the right choice.
