The top plan advertises unlimited connected calls. The next sentence states the limit: fifty conversation hours a month. Both claims coexist, and the second is the real one.

Fifty hours a month is about two and a half hours of conversation per working day. For a rep whose job is talking on the phone, that is not a theoretical ceiling: it is the target of a well-filled day.
To be fair: fifty hours of net conversation, excluding dialing, excluding filtered voicemails, excluding research time, corresponds to sustained activity. Many reps do not reach it. But a good rep will, and that is precisely the one you want to equip.
The word unlimited therefore does not carry its usual meaning. Here it means unlimited in number of calls, capped in duration. That is not dishonest, it is imprecise, and the nuance changes your calculation.

What to do about it
Estimate your real monthly conversation time per rep, not your call count. That is the figure that determines your plan, and the one nobody measures spontaneously. Then ask what happens at the fifty-first hour: cut-off, hourly billing, or a move to the next plan.

No product listing exists on the three reference review platforms as of 7 September 2026. For a company founded in 2025 that is expected, and it says nothing about product quality.
It does say something about the nature of your decision: you are buying with no independent measurement. The only available check is a measured trial on your own lists, and customer references you call yourself.
One positive point in that context: the terms are governed by French law and the courts of Paris. Facing a young vendor, knowing which jurisdiction would settle a dispute is not trivial.

Four points we would rather not write, and which are true.
The price list is published, quotas included
Prices, line counts, call quotas and the hourly limit all appear on the site. Including the fifty-hour limit, which the vendor could have kept quiet. Publishing it is to its credit, even if sitting it next to the word unlimited invites confusion.
French law and the courts of Paris
On a market where a large share of competitors put their contracts under Delaware or California law, that is a concrete advantage for a French buyer, and it costs nothing to acknowledge.

Reached advertises five lines where we dial four. As with other dialers showing that figure, our ceiling is a choice and not a technical limit. None of which changes the fact that Reached advertises one more.
An accessible entry plan
Ninety-nine euros a month for three parallel lines is one of the lowest entry tickets on the parallel dialer market. For testing the method without committing a team budget, that is relevant.
