Flunter alternatives: 8 solutions compared (2026)
This page brings together what a decision maker needs to know before making the call: who publishes Flunter, what each plan actually includes, where the data is hosted, what a full team costs once the options are counted, and the points to check if you are considering a switch.
The essentials
- Flunter is a French parallel dialler, published from Paris by Raliance, a company registered on 10 July 2024. The company Flunter, chaired by Raliance, was registered on 9 September 2024.
- Pricing is public and charged per licence: €89 for Starter, €159 for Hunter and €249 for Pro, per month excluding VAT, with 10% off on quarterly billing and 25% off on annual billing.
- The number of lines dialled in parallel depends on the plan: three on Starter, five on Hunter and Pro.
- Each plan is capped by volume: 400 connected calls on Starter, 1,000 on Hunter, and up to 20,000 calls per month on Pro.
- Primary hosting is provided by OVHcloud in the European Union. Telephony and recordings run through Twilio, and AI processing through OpenAI, in the United States.
The 8 solutions at a glance
Eight vendors compete in this market, with positionings that have nothing in common. Telling them apart avoids comparing a business phone system with a prospecting dialler.

Two families of tools, and one platform that covers both
Telephony
Ringover
Aircall
CloudTalk
Prospecting
JustCall
Nooks
Orum
Flunter
Minari
The market splits into two families. On the left, business telephony: Aircall, Ringover, CloudTalk. On the right, the prospecting diallers: Nooks and Orum for the American market, Flunter and Minari in France.
Skipcall spans both. The same platform equips prospecting teams with the four line parallel dialler, and every other colleague who simply needs an extension (management, admin, customer service) with a line at €15 per month. So you do not have to run a dialler for the sales team alongside a carrier for the rest of the company, with two contracts, two invoices and two directories.
Business telephony · Parallel dialler 4 lines
Parallel dialling on four lines for the people who prospect, and full telephony for every other role, in the same subscription: business number, inbound calls, voicemail, SMS, mobile and web apps, call sequences, contacts, call transcription and call summary. From €15 per licence, with no minimum.
Parallel dialler · Parallel dialler up to 5 lines
Public price list from €89 to €249 per licence. Volume capped by plan, leads as an option.
Parallel dialler · Parallel dialler up to 5 lines
The same promise as Flunter, with a different product approach.
Parallel dialler for large teams · Parallel dialler with a virtual sales floor
Built for large American teams. Pricing on request.
Parallel dialler for large teams · Parallel dialler up to 10 lines
The highest line count on the market. Pricing on request.
Multichannel communication platform · Power, dynamic and predictive dialler
A very broad scope, more than 100 integrations. That breadth is paid for in complexity.
Cloud business phone system · Power dialler, one number at a time, Professional plan
Solid on inbound calls and the switchboard. Three licences minimum, transcription as an option.
Cloud business phone system · Sequential dialling
Scope close to Aircall. Parallel dialling is not available in France.
Call centre software · Preview, power and parallel dialler as an option
Coverage of more than 160 countries. Geared to contact centres rather than prospecting.
Who Flunter is
Flunter is a French parallel dialler built for B2B outbound prospecting. Its legal notice names Raliance as the publisher and operator of the platform: a simplified joint stock company registered on 10 July 2024 under SIREN 931 173 199, with its head office at 231 rue Saint-Honoré in Paris, and Romain Jacon as its chair. A company named Flunter, chaired by Raliance, was registered at the same address on 9 September 2024. Both are registered under French business activity code 58.29C, publishing of application software.
So this is a young vendor, which reached the market in 2024 and declares a headcount of 11 to 50 people on its LinkedIn company page. Its promise is explicit and coherent: dial up to five numbers in parallel to increase the number of real conversations, with recording, call transcription and call tracking. The positioning is that of a dialler, not of a complete prospecting platform.

What each plan includes
Flunter publishes its price list, which is not the norm among parallel diallers: Nooks and Orum quote on request only. Three plans per licence, plus a Custom offer. The features are almost identical from one plan to the next; what changes is the number of lines and the included volume.
- Three simultaneous calls
- 400 connected calls per month
- Two numbers included
- Five simultaneous calls
- 1,000 connected calls per month
- Two numbers included
- Five simultaneous calls
- Up to 20,000 calls per month
- Three numbers included
All three plans include the dialler, audio recording, call transcription, a CRM and features labelled Team. Prices are shown excluding VAT, with 10% off on quarterly billing and 25% off on annual billing. A fourth offer, Custom, is quoted on request for higher volumes and integration needs.
The three public plans differ first by a cap: 400 connected calls, then 1,000, then 20,000 per month. The deciding criterion is therefore not the feature list, almost identical from one plan to the next, but the volume your team actually produces each month.
Prospect contact details (contact record, phone, email) are an option, added licence by licence at sign-up. The published unit price falls with volume: €0.70 below 2,000 leads, €0.65 from 2,000 to 5,000, €0.60 above. Budget for it on top of the licences if you do not bring your own files.
It appears in the list of all three plans, with a footnote stating a cost of €39 excluding VAT per month. For a team of five sales reps, that is one more line to add to the calculation, not a feature covered by the price on display.
The vendor draws the distinction explicitly in its own documentation: call recording and call transcription are available, while CRM integrations and AI features (script generation, coaching, campaign optimisation) are presented as coming soon. A useful distinction to check during the demo.
Where the data is hosted
This is the point most often missing from comparisons, and the first one your legal team will raise. Call recordings contain personal data, sometimes sensitive. Flunter deserves credit for publishing the full list of its sub-processors and their locations.
Flunter
OVHcloud, European Union
The data processing agreement published by the vendor lists its sub-processors: OVHcloud for primary hosting and Scaleway for backup and email storage, both in the European Union; Cloudflare for security and traffic distribution, and Twilio for telephony and call recordings, on a worldwide scope; OpenAI for AI processing, PostHog for analytics and Stripe for payments, in the United States.
Skipcall
Scaleway, France
Hosting is handled by a French cloud provider, which places processing under the GDPR and European law with no transfer to a third country.
The real cost of entry
Both price lists are public, which allows a line by line comparison. It only makes sense tier by tier: each plan is bounded by a volume, and that volume drives the price.
At this tier, the two offers sit within a few euros of each other. The difference lies elsewhere: one more dialling line and the dashboard covered by the price at Skipcall, one line fewer and a €39 per month option at Flunter.
Flunter dials one line more. Skipcall includes the contact database, data enrichment and the API in the plan, where leads are billed per unit at Flunter. The right call therefore depends on what you bring: your own files, or nothing at all.

The French legal framework from 11 August 2026
This is the parameter most comparisons ignore, even though it changes the economics of telephone prospecting in France.
From 11 August 2026, cold calling consumers in France moves from opt out to opt in: a call is lawful only if the person has given prior consent. Bloctel, the French opt out register, disappears on that date. Business to business prospecting remains possible, subject to the rules that apply to data processing.
The direct consequence for choosing a tool: the volume of permitted calls falls, so each attempt has to produce more. A dialler that filters out voicemail and puts your reps into conversations more often is no longer a comfort, it is what makes the channel profitable.

The published terms provide for a one month subscription, renewed automatically for identical periods, cancellable from the interface or in writing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, with no pro rata refund. So note your renewal date before you commit to anything: it sets the window for the switch.
Each user is assigned two to five mobile numbers by the vendor. Those numbers are not yours to begin with: ask in writing, before the switch, which ones can be ported and within what timeframe. A number your prospects have seen for months has value, and that value does not rebuild itself.
Recordings, transcriptions, call logs and outcomes: the data processing agreement provides for data to be returned at the end of the contract on the customer instruction, then deleted or anonymised. Request that export while the account is still active, and check the format before you cancel.
List what reaches your CRM today, field by field, and check that the equivalent will exist tomorrow. That is where the gaps sit, more than in the calling features themselves.
The real budget of changing calling tool
A quote gives you the price of the licences. It never gives you the cost of the change. Here are the four cost items that appear after signature, with what to budget in each and the mistake that costs the most.
- Count the licences you actually need, separating the reps who dial from the colleagues who only need a line
- Check whether the vendor enforces a minimum number of licences, and whether that minimum can be revised downwards during the contract
- Add the options billed per licence (dashboard, leads, transcription) to the calculation rather than the headline price alone
The trap.Costing the project on the price shown on the pricing page. The amount that leaves the bank account includes the licence minimum and the per seat options, two lines that almost never appear in the first column.
- Ask in writing for the porting timeframe of every number you want to keep, and check which ones genuinely belong to you
- Count the weeks during which both subscriptions will run side by side, and multiply them by the number of licences on each side
- Check whether cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period and whether a pro rata refund is provided for
The trap.Treating the double subscription as an anomaly lasting a few days. It is a normal cost item, to be provisioned from the start, or you will cut the old service before porting completes.
- List field by field what reaches the CRM today: call outcome, status, note, recording, transcription, owner
- Identify the reports, filters and automations built on those fields, because they are what will break, not the integration itself
- Cost the internal or integrator days needed to rebuild them, and validate the result on a sample of ten test contacts
The trap.Confusing "the integration exists" with "my configuration exists". The connector plugs in within minutes; it is your custom fields and your reports that take days.
- Plan for real onboarding: thirty minutes is enough on a dialler, but setting up the lists and the scripts takes longer
- Cost the drop in volume of the first weeks in lost output, not in training hours
- Set a date for returning to nominal volume and track it on the dashboard, like any other sales indicator
The trap.Switching the whole team on the same day. A pilot on one or two licences, on real files, costs a week and avoids a month of degraded output.
Before you sign
The 5 lines that quotes leave out
Asked for in writing before signature, they turn a headline price into a real annual budget, and give you a negotiating lever.
- 01Setup fees: do they exist, and are they charged once or on every licence added?
- 02The cost of extra numbers beyond those included in the plan
- 03The conversation tier charged on overage, and its unit price
- 04The commitment term, the automatic renewal date and the exact notice period
- 05The cost and the format of exporting your history at the end of the contract
What is your actual need?
Three uses, three families of tools. Most bad choices come from confusing the first two.
Flunter belongs to the first family, the French parallel diallers. The question is therefore not whether it dials well, but how far the tool around the dialler should go: contacts, sequences, dashboard, integrations.
Who each solution suits
Flunter remains the right choice if
- your need stops at the dialler, with recording and transcription
- you want a readable price list and a monthly commitment
- you bring your own prospecting files, or you accept the per unit cost of leads
An alternative makes sense if
- your volume exceeds the included caps, or swings widely from month to month
- you want a contact database, call sequences and a dashboard covered by the price
- native CRM integration and the API are among your criteria from day one
- you also need to equip colleagues who only need a phone line
Frequently asked questions
What is the best alternative to Flunter in 2026?+
There is no single answer: the right choice depends on the scope you expect. If you are only looking for a parallel dialler billed monthly, Flunter meets the need. If you want to add a contact database, call sequences, a dashboard and a CRM integration covered by the price, the field widens. The main French alternatives are Skipcall and Minari; on the American side, Nooks and Orum target large teams; Aircall, Ringover and CloudTalk belong to another family, business telephony.
How much does Flunter cost?+
Flunter publishes a price list per licence and per month, excluding VAT: Starter at €89, Hunter at €159, Pro at €249, then a Custom offer on request. Quarterly billing applies a 10% discount and annual billing a 25% discount, that is €67, €119 and €187 per month. The manager dashboard is flagged as an option at €39 excluding VAT per month, and leads are billed per unit.
How many simultaneous calls does Flunter place?+
Three on the Starter plan, five on the Hunter and Pro plans. The vendor states that the first person to pick up is transferred to the user and that the other calls are hung up.
Who is behind Flunter?+
Flunter is a brand operated by Raliance, a simplified joint stock company registered on 10 July 2024, with its head office at 231 rue Saint-Honoré, 75001 Paris, and Romain Jacon as its chair. A company named Flunter, chaired by Raliance, was registered at the same address on 9 September 2024. Both companies are registered under French business activity code 58.29C, publishing of application software.
Where is Flunter customer data hosted?+
The data processing agreement published by the vendor names OVHcloud as the primary host and Scaleway for backup and email storage, both in the European Union. Cloudflare handles security and traffic distribution and Twilio handles telephony and call recordings, on a worldwide scope. OpenAI processes the AI features, PostHog the analytics and Stripe the payments, in the United States.
Does Flunter have public reviews on G2 or Trustpilot?+
No. As at the verification date, no Flunter product page is published on G2, Trustpilot or Capterra, so no rating can be cited. For a vendor founded in 2024, that is common: review platforms fill up over time. In the meantime, the only objective basis for judgement is what the vendor publishes itself, namely its price list, its included volumes and its legal documents.
Does Flunter include a contact database?+
Flunter includes a CRM and lets you import your CSV or Excel files. Leads, meaning prospect contact details (contact record, phone, email), are offered as an option, with a published unit price that falls with volume: €0.70 below 2,000, €0.65 from 2,000 to 5,000, €0.60 above. The number of leads is chosen licence by licence at sign-up.
Does Flunter integrate with a CRM?+
The vendor states in its own FAQ that connecting your CRM will be possible as soon as the integrations are live. As at the verification date, importing CSV or Excel files is the documented way to load contacts. If two way synchronisation with your CRM is a deal breaker, ask for the availability schedule in writing.
How do you cancel a Flunter subscription?+
The published terms provide for cancellation at any time from the interface or by written notice sent to the vendor. It takes effect at the end of the current subscription period, with no pro rata refund. Since the subscription runs for one month and renews automatically, the window to watch is short, but it exists: keep a written record of your request.
Can you keep your phone numbers when you leave Flunter?+
The question arises differently than with a traditional carrier: each user receives two to five mobile numbers assigned by the vendor. Before you leave, ask in writing which of those numbers can be ported, within what timeframe and on what terms. Start the process before you cancel, so that a number used in prospecting is not released and then lost.
What are the French alternatives to Flunter?+
Skipcall and Minari are the two other parallel diallers published in France. Skipcall dials on four lines, filters out voicemail with answering machine detection and brings together in the same platform the contacts, the call sequences, SMS messaging, the dashboard, the CRM integration and an API, with data hosted at Scaleway in France. Ringover, Aircall and CloudTalk belong to another family, business telephony: Ringover and Aircall do not offer parallel dialling, and CloudTalk charges for it as an option.
How long does it take to switch tools?+
Going live is a matter of hours: importing contacts, connecting the CRM, running the first call sequence. It is the end of the current subscription period and the fate of your numbers that set the real timetable, not the technical part.
