Flunter publishes its prices, and its caps too: every plan is limited in connected calls. It is that cap, not the price, that determines what you will actually pay.
The short version

You are not buying a tool, you are buying a quota
Flunter is one of the rare vendors publishing a full price list, and it deserves credit for that. But the line that matters is not the price: it is the number of connected calls included.

A cap on connected calls is not a cap on calls placed: it counts the times someone answers. On the Starter plan, 400 a month is roughly twenty conversations per working day. That is the rhythm of a rep doing the job properly, not a beginner.
In other words, the entry plan is calibrated to be reached. The day your rep becomes effective, they hit the ceiling and you move up a plan. The invoice follows performance, which is a defensible commercial logic, but one to know before signing rather than discover mid-month.
The ratio between plans is also very uneven. Starter to Hunter multiplies the price by 1.8 and the quota by 2.5: that is favourable. Hunter to Pro multiplies the price by 1.6 and the quota by 20: that is another product entirely.

What to do about it
Before comparing prices, estimate your real monthly conversation volume per rep, and see which plan that puts you in. Then ask the question that decides it: what happens on the 401st connected call? Service cut off, per-unit billing, or automatic upgrade? The answer changes the annual cost entirely.

No product listing exists on the three reference review platforms as of 7 September 2026. That is consistent with the age of the business: the two companies behind the service were registered in July and September 2024.
Read that absence without dramatising or minimising it. A two-year-old vendor has no corpus yet, which is normal. But it means no independent measure of satisfaction exists, and that you cannot know how the relationship goes when something goes wrong.
With no reviews, the only check left is direct: ask for two reachable customers in your sector, and ask them about the cap, that is, what happened the month they went over it.
What Flunter does well
Four points we would rather not write, and which are true.
The price list is published in full, quotas included
Prices, line counts, included volumes, discounts: it is all on the site without having to talk to a rep. On this market that is rare, and it deserves saying. Several far better-funded competitors publish nothing at all.
Main hosting is European
OVHcloud in the European Union for the main infrastructure, with a data processing agreement naming the sub-processors. That is a level of transparency above the sector average.
Five parallel lines on two plans
Flunter advertises five simultaneous lines where we dial four. As with other dialers showing that figure, our ceiling of four is a choice and not a technical limit: beyond it, on a European list, you burn contacts faster than you create conversations. None of which changes the fact that Flunter advertises one more.
The long-term discounts are substantial
10% quarterly and 25% annually, publicly displayed. Many vendors keep that kind of discount for the negotiation: publishing it lets you budget without going through a salesperson.
