The 8 solutions at a glance

Eight vendors compete on this market, with positionings that have nothing to do with one another. Telling them apart avoids comparing a phone switchboard, a call centre and a prospecting dialler as though they were the same product.

Kavkom holds an unusual position: neither a pure phone switchboard nor a pure prospecting dialler. The vendor assembles cloud telephony, a hybrid CRM and a predictive dialler in a single subscription, a format designed for call floors. To its left, business telephony: Ringover, Aircall, CloudTalk. To its right, the prospecting diallers.

Skipcall spans both. The same platform equips prospecting teams with the four line parallel dialler, and every other colleague who simply needs a seat (management, admin, customer service) with a line at €15 per month. You therefore do not have to run a company operator alongside a dialler for the sales reps, with two contracts, two invoices and two directories.

Who Kavkom is

Kavkom is a French business telephony vendor. KAVKOM FRANCE is a simplified joint stock company registered with the Paris commercial register on 13 December 2018 under number 845 151 067, with its registered office at 53 avenue Victor Hugo, Paris. The legal notice names Yoni Journo as publication director.

The product brings three building blocks together in one subscription: cloud telephony (virtual numbers, switchboard, interactive voice response, recording, statistics), a hybrid CRM, and automated dialling tools including a predictive dialler and a call bot. The vendor claims more than 8,000 business customers. That call floor positioning is coherent, and it simply differs from yours if your subject is outbound B2B prospecting.

What users say

Kavkom gets the same rating on both platforms that list it, which is rare. The useful reading is therefore not the average, but the minority of reviews that depart from it.

Capterra 70 reviews
4.7 / 5

Reviews highlight call quality, functional breadth and the responsiveness of customer service. The product is listed in the predictive dialler category, which matches its call centre positioning.

Trustpilot 107 reviews
4.7 / 5

The responsiveness of the advisers and the professionalism of technical support come up constantly. The negative reviews, a minority, concern verbal commitments that were not honoured and account changes with a financial impact.

Recorded on 3 September 2026

5 ★ 83%
4 ★ 4%
3 ★ < 1%
2 ★ 3%
1 ★ 9%

More than eight reviews in ten give the top rating, and technical support is the point mentioned most. The share of one star reviews, at 9%, mainly concerns verbal commitments that were not honoured and account changes with a financial impact. So it is the written terms of the contract you should read before signing, rather than the product sheet.

The entry plan does not make calls

The Pack Basic is listed at €8 per user per month on an annual commitment, but it covers inbound calls only. For a team that makes calls, the real entry plan is the Pack Plus, at €24 annually and €30 monthly.

The gap between the annual and the monthly rate

The Pack Plus goes from €24 to €30 per user per month depending on whether the commitment is annual or monthly, a 25% difference. The €24 annual rate is also presented as an offer reserved for small and medium-sized businesses registered in France.

The scope of the unlimited destinations

The Pack Plus unlimited calls cover landlines and mobiles in four destinations: France, the United States, Canada and Israel. Beyond those, worldwide coverage falls under the Pack Custom, priced on quotation.

The predictive dialler price is not published

Kavkom publishes a pricing page dedicated to its predictive dialler, but it shows no amount and points to a demo. A prospecting team’s budget therefore cannot be set from public information alone.

Where the data is hosted

This is the point most often missing from comparisons, and the first one your legal department will raise. Call recordings contain personal data, sometimes sensitive. On that ground, both vendors process in Europe.

Kavkom

Amazon Web Services, Paris

The privacy policy states that personal data is stored on Amazon Web Services infrastructure located in Paris. Third party providers are based in the European Economic Area, apart from part of the technical teams located in Israel, a country covered by an adequacy decision of the European Commission.

Skipcall

Scaleway, France

Hosting is handled by a French cloud provider, which places processing under the GDPR and European law with no transfer to a third country.

The plans and the simulator

The listed price and the price paid differ, because of the scope of the entry plan and the length of commitment chosen.

On telephony scope Kavkom Pack Plus against Skipcall Business VoIP
Kavkom Pack Plus Skipcall Business VoIP
Price per licence, annual commitment €24 per month €12 per month
Price per licence, no commitment €30 per month €15 per month
Cheapest plan €8 per month, inbound calls only €12 per month, inbound and outbound
Unlimited destinations advertised France, United States, Canada, Israel Not published
Dialler Separate module, price on request None on this plan

Two honest points about this table. The €24 Kavkom rate is presented by the vendor as an offer reserved for small and medium-sized businesses registered in France. And Skipcall publishes no list of unlimited destinations: the matching row therefore reads “not published” rather than an invented value.

With a dialler, for a team that prospects The one area where a figure by figure comparison is not possible

Kavkom publishes a pricing page dedicated to its predictive dialler, but it shows no amount and points to a demo. No figure by figure comparison is therefore possible on that scope without going through a quote. At Skipcall, the price list is public and is not negotiated: €75 for the Starter plan, €150 for Intermediate, €280 for Expert, per licence per month, with no licence minimum.

Per minute billing or an unlimited plan: which one costs you less

The two models coexist in business telephony and neither is inherently cheaper. The winner depends entirely on your usage profile, and that usage is far more dispersed than people think: in the fourth quarter of 2025, the French regulator Arcep records average voice usage of 3 hours 25 minutes per month per mobile SIM card, against 40 minutes per month on fixed lines. A sales rep prospecting goes past both of those in a single day.

Here is the four step method for settling it with your own figures, together with the trap that costs the most at each step.

1 Step 1 Measure your real usage in minutes
  • Export twelve months of call logs and separate outbound minutes from inbound minutes
  • Break those minutes down by destination: French landlines, French mobiles, international, special numbers
  • Relate the total to the number of seats, distinguishing sales reps from support functions

The trap. Reasoning on the company average. Two sales reps who spend five hours a day on the phone and fifteen colleagues who pick up three times a week do not call for the same plan.

2 Step 2 Understand what the word unlimited covers
  • Check whether mobiles are included on the same terms as landlines, destination by destination
  • Record the named list of countries covered, not the number of countries advertised
  • Look for the fair use policy in the terms and conditions, and its stated threshold if there is one

The trap. Confusing the number of countries with real coverage. Kavkom writes itself that a plan can cover the landlines of eighty countries and exclude mobiles entirely.

3 Step 3 Identify what stays billed outside the plan
  • Count the extra numbers: every geographic or international number is billed separately from the seat
  • Isolate calls to foreign mobiles and to destinations missing from the list
  • Record the special numbers, premium rate services and conference bridges billed on usage

The trap. Discovering those lines on the second month’s invoice. They never appear in the comparison of prices per licence, which is nonetheless the one the decision is made on.

4 Step 4 Project both models over twelve months
  • Multiply your real minutes by the per minute rate in your contract, seat by seat
  • Multiply the plan price by the number of licences and by twelve, at the rate of the commitment you will actually accept
  • Calculate the switch point: the number of minutes per day at which the plan becomes cheaper

The trap. Comparing a discounted annual price with a monthly one. At Kavkom, the Pack Plus goes from €24 to €30 per user per month depending on the commitment chosen, a 25% difference for the same service.

Before you sign

The 5 lines of a telecoms invoice nobody reads

They appear on no pricing page, and yet they account for most of the gap between the budget planned and the amount debited.

  1. 01 Unassigned numbers: the lines opened for someone who has left, for a test or for a trade show, and never cancelled.
  2. 02 Destinations off the list: a single country missing from the plan is enough to turn an export team into a variable cost.
  3. 03 Calls to foreign mobiles, billed per minute where the landlines of the same country are included.
  4. 04 Special numbers and premium rate services, excluded by design from any so called unlimited plan.
  5. 05 The gap between the annual rate shown in the shop window and the rate actually billed when the commitment chosen is monthly.

What to check before switching

01
The renewal date of the annual commitment

The discounted Pack Plus rate assumes a twelve month commitment. Note the anniversary date and the applicable notice period before you start anything: that window sets the switching timetable, not the availability of the new tool.

02
Porting your numbers

Your numbers belong to you and port from one operator to another. Ask your current provider for the details you need and start the process before you cancel: the order of operations is what keeps the service running.

03
Getting your data out of the built in CRM

Kavkom pairs telephony with a hybrid CRM. Leaving the telephony therefore also means moving a contact database, call histories and pipelines. Ask for the export format and check that it can be read before you set the exit date, not after.

04
Recordings and logs

Recordings, call logs, notes and statistics: ask for the export while the account is still active. A lost history cannot be rebuilt, and it carries part of the value of your customer relationships.

What do you actually need?

Three use cases, three families of tools. Most bad choices come from confusing the call floor with B2B prospecting, which follow neither the same dialling mode nor the same billing model.

What do you need?
Outbound prospecting in France French parallel dialler Skipcall · Flunter
High volume call floor Predictive dialler Kavkom · JustCall
Inbound calls and switchboard Cloud telephony Aircall · Ringover · CloudTalk

Kavkom belongs to the second family: a call floor dialling predictively, backed by a built in CRM and by unlimited call plans to a few destinations. Looking there for a B2B prospecting parallel dialler means asking a call centre to do a job it was not designed for.

Who each solution suits

Kavkom remains the right choice if

  • your requirement covers the switchboard, inbound call routing and a CRM in the same tool
  • your outbound calls are concentrated on France, the United States, Canada and Israel
  • you are looking for a predictive dialler for a high volume call centre
  • you accept an annual commitment in order to get the discounted rate

An alternative makes sense if

  • your teams do outbound B2B prospecting and want conversations, not attempts
  • you want a readable budget with no prior quote for the dialler
  • hosting and all processing have to stay in France
  • you want to start with no commitment and a single licence

Frequently asked questions

What is the best Kavkom alternative in 2026? +

There is no single answer: the right choice depends on the use case. Kavkom brings telephony, a CRM and a predictive dialler together in one product, which suits a call centre. For outbound B2B prospecting, the deciding factor is the dialling mode: a tool that dials several lines in parallel and automatically discards voicemail puts sales reps in conversation more often for the same call volume. The main alternatives are Ringover, Aircall and CloudTalk on business telephony, JustCall and Orum on high volume diallers, Skipcall and Flunter on French prospecting.

Is Kavkom a French company? +

Yes. The vendor is KAVKOM FRANCE, a simplified joint stock company registered with the Paris commercial register on 13 December 2018 under number 845 151 067, with its registered office at 53 avenue Victor Hugo, Paris. The legal notice names Yoni Journo as publication director.

How much does Kavkom actually cost? +

Three plans are published. The Pack Basic is listed at €8 per user per month on an annual commitment, €10 monthly, and covers inbound calls only. The Pack Plus, which allows outbound calls, is €24 annually and €30 monthly, the €24 rate being presented as an offer reserved for small and medium-sized businesses registered in France. The Pack Custom, the only one covering the whole world, is quoted individually. The predictive dialler module has its own pricing page, which shows no amount.

What exactly do Kavkom unlimited calls cover? +

The Pack Plus advertises unlimited calls to landlines and mobiles in four destinations: France, the United States, Canada and Israel. Any other destination falls under the Pack Custom, quoted individually. Kavkom also publishes an article explaining that a so called unlimited plan can cover the landlines of eighty countries while excluding mobiles entirely, and that premium rate and special numbers are never covered. It is the named list of destinations you should read, not the number of countries advertised.

Where is Kavkom customer data hosted? +

The Kavkom privacy policy states that personal data is stored on Amazon Web Services infrastructure located in Paris, France. Third party providers are based in the European Economic Area, apart from part of the technical teams located in Israel, a country that benefits from an adequacy decision of the European Commission.

What is the difference between a predictive dialler and a parallel dialler? +

The predictive dialler anticipates agent availability and launches more calls than there are free agents, which produces abandoned calls when the prediction is wrong. It is designed for large call floors. The parallel dialler dials a fixed number of lines for a single sales rep, discards voicemail and presents only human answers: there are therefore no abandoned calls. Kavkom offers a predictive dialler, Skipcall a four line parallel dialler.

Per minute billing or an unlimited plan: which one costs less? +

It depends entirely on your actual usage. The switch point is easy to calculate: divide the monthly price of the plan by the per minute rate in your contract, then by twenty working days. You get the number of minutes per day per user beyond which the plan becomes cheaper. Below that threshold, per minute billing stays the better deal. The simulator higher up this page runs the calculation with your own figures.

Can you keep your numbers when leaving Kavkom? +

Yes. Numbers port from one operator to another. Ask your current provider for the details needed for porting and start the process before you cancel, so that the service is never interrupted.

What happens to the built in CRM when you leave Kavkom? +

Kavkom pairs telephony with a hybrid CRM: contacts, call histories and pipelines live in the same tool as the calls. Leaving therefore covers two scopes, not one. Ask for the CRM export format while the account is still active and check that custom fields are included, before you set the switching date.

Is there a Kavkom alternative with no annual commitment? +

Yes. The discounted Kavkom rate assumes a twelve month commitment. At Skipcall, the Business VoIP licence is €15 per month with no commitment, and €12 per month on an annual commitment, with no licence minimum. A single licence is enough to equip one person and measure before rolling out.
