Nooks vs Koncert

Neither publishes its prices. Nooks proves itself with 1,500 G2 reviews, Koncert with its spec sheet. What each kind of proof is worth to a European buyer.

We build Skipcall, and we sell to the same teams as Nooks and Koncert. We therefore have a commercial interest in you choosing neither, and you should read this page knowing that.

That is why Skipcall appears nowhere in the comparison below: not in the table, not in the verdict, not in the questions. Every claim here points to a dated public source, listed at the foot of the page. If something looks wrong, write to us: we will correct it and date the correction.

In short

The essentials in five sentences

  • As of 8 September 2026, neither Nooks nor Koncert publishes a price: Koncert lists seven named and detailed products with no amount against any of them, and Nooks publishes neither a price band nor a licence minimum.
  • The one public order of magnitude on these two tools concerns Nooks: the software buying marketplace Vendr records a median contract value of $30,105 a year over 57 observed purchases, roughly $2,509 a month. No equivalent figure exists for Koncert.
  • Koncert publishes the line count of its parallel dialer, 1 to 4 lines and up to 5 on its higher product, and its FAQ names four lines as the default and recommended setting. Nooks publishes no line ceiling in the documentation reachable without an account.
  • Nooks shows a G2 rating of 4.8 out of 5 over more than 1,500 reviews, Koncert 4.6 out of 5 over 422 reviews of which 80% are five-star, both recorded on 7 September 2026.
  • Neither body of reviews is European: Nooks has two reviews on Capterra, Koncert eight, and neither publishes where its servers sit.

Which of the two

If you have to put a budget forward before opening a sales conversation, Nooks is the only one of the two with a public price reference, the median contract value of $30,105 a year recorded by Vendr. If instead you have to write a technical requirements document, Koncert is the only one of the two to publish the number of lines dialed in parallel and to recommend a setting. And if your team calls French numbers, the question to settle before the other two is coverage of European numbers, which neither vendor documents publicly.

The point that decides

One proves itself through reviews, the other through the spec sheet

Two American vendors, two pricing pages without a single price. The buyer comparing them is therefore not choosing between two amounts, but between two kinds of proof. They are not equivalent, and which one counts for more depends on what you have to decide.

Nooks offers proof by numbers: 4.8 out of 5 over more than 1,500 G2 reviews, with the highest user adoption and easiest setup badges, which G2 works out from user answers and not from a vendor's own claim. On how the product works, though, no ceiling on lines dialed in parallel is published. You know the users are happy, you do not know exactly with what.

Koncert does the opposite. Its body of reviews is nearly four times smaller, 422 reviews for a rating of 4.6 out of 5, but its public documentation says precisely what the product does: four dialing modes, a parallel dialer advertised at 1 to 4 lines and up to 5 on the higher product, and a FAQ that recommends four lines when the product goes to five. A vendor who publishes a recommendation below its own technical maximum is giving you something you can use, including against another salesperson.

The trap would be to think the review gap settles the argument. It settles it in North America, not necessarily in your market: Nooks has two reviews on Capterra, Koncert eight, and no feedback from a European team is identifiable at either. The gap between more than 1,500 reviews and 422, which is the most visible difference between these two tools, is also the one that helps you least if you are calling from Europe.

On price, the hierarchy inverts a second time. Nooks publishes nothing, but the Vendr marketplace records a median contract value of $30,105 a year over 57 real purchases, which gives you a verifiable basis for negotiation. Koncert details seven products and leaves no amount behind it, neither on its site nor anywhere else. The more forthcoming of the two about its product is the more opaque of the two about its cost, and the other way round.

Which one for which use

Two situations, two answers

Nooks is the right choice if

  • you have to cost a budget before opening a sales conversation: the median contract value of $30,105 a year recorded by Vendr is an order of magnitude Koncert has nowhere
  • your first criterion is measured user satisfaction: 4.8 out of 5 over more than 1,500 G2 reviews is the best rating in the dialer category as of 7 September 2026
  • you want a complete workspace, with multichannel sequencing and artificial intelligence modules, rather than a dialer on its own
  • your team works American lists and an annual budget of several tens of thousands of dollars sits inside your range

Koncert is the right choice if

  • you have to write a technical requirements document: Koncert publishes the line count of its parallel dialer, which Nooks does not
  • you need several dialing modes in one tool, including dialing assisted by human agents, which barely exists anywhere else
  • your security team expects a documented file: SOC 2 Type II certification, membership of the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and a data processing agreement on request
  • the quality of support weighs on your decision: G2 singles Koncert out on that precise criterion in its 2026 reports

The limits

What each one does not do

Nooks limits

  • No rate, no price band and no licence minimum are published: the price is only obtained at the end of a sales conversation.
  • No ceiling on lines dialed in parallel is published in the documentation reachable without an account, which makes it impossible to size the volume of conversations before the demo.
  • The Capterra listing holds only two reviews: the public feedback is almost entirely American and English-speaking.
  • Neither the hosting region nor the cloud provider is published, and membership of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework attests to European data being processed in the United States.

Koncert limits

  • Seven named and detailed products on the pricing page, and not one amount: you have to commit to a scope before you find out what it costs.
  • No public price reference exists anywhere else either, not even a median contract value recorded by a software buying marketplace.
  • The Capterra listing holds only eight reviews, and no feedback from a European team is identifiable in the public body of reviews.
  • The privacy policy places the data “in our data center” without naming a country, and the transfer frameworks it invokes organise the sending of European data to the United States.

What neither of them does

  • Neither shows a price: as of 8 September 2026, it is impossible to compare these two tools on cost from their own sites alone.
  • Neither publishes a licence minimum, which stops a small team knowing in advance whether it falls inside the target market.
  • Neither advertises support in French.
  • Neither publishes where its servers sit or mentions a European data centre, while both declare membership of the transfer framework to the United States.
  • Neither documents publicly the availability of French local numbers or the quality of calls to European destinations: that is the first question to ask if you are calling from Europe.

Frequently asked questions

Short answers

Nooks or Koncert: which is cheaper?

The question cannot be settled on the evidence as of 8 September 2026, because neither vendor publishes a rate. The only public marker is on the Nooks side: the software buying marketplace Vendr records a median contract value of $30,105 a year over 57 real purchases, roughly $2,509 a month. For Koncert, no figure is available, neither on its site nor anywhere else. The only comparison available is to ask both, in writing, for an annual range excluding tax for your headcount and for the licence minimum that applies.

How many lines does each dial in parallel?

Koncert advertises its parallel dialer at 1 to 4 lines, and 1 to 5 lines in its higher version; its FAQ states that four lines is the default and recommended setting, even though the product goes to five. Nooks offers parallel dialing with voicemail filtering, but publishes no line ceiling in the sales documentation reachable without an account. On that precise point, Koncert is the only one of the two that lets you size the tool before the demo.

Which one for a team calling into France?

Neither documents publicly the availability of French local numbers, the display of a local area code or the quality of calls to European destinations, and neither advertises support in French. Both public bodies of reviews are North American: more than 1,500 G2 reviews for Nooks, 422 for Koncert, with no feedback from a French team identifiable in either. The choice therefore cannot be made from public sources: it comes down to the undertakings you get in writing before signing, from both.

Which has the better reviews?

Nooks is ahead, on rating and on volume: 4.8 out of 5 over more than 1,500 G2 reviews as of 7 September 2026, with the highest user adoption and easiest setup badges, against 4.6 out of 5 over 422 reviews for Koncert, of which 80% are five-star and with a G2 distinction on support quality in its 2026 reports. On Capterra the order reverses on volume without changing the scale: two reviews for Nooks, eight for Koncert. Both bodies of reviews are North American.

Which answers a security questionnaire better?

Both files are documented and differ in the detail. Nooks reports SOC 2 Type 2 certification, ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification and membership of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Koncert is SOC 2 Type II certified, declares membership of the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework as well as its UK extension and the Swiss framework, and offers a data processing agreement on request. Nooks therefore adds an ISO 27001 certification, Koncert covers more transfer frameworks. Neither publishes the region in which recordings are stored.

Can you move from Koncert to Nooks, or the other way round?

Neither vendor publishes its contract terms: no commitment period, no renewal clause, no notice period, no licence minimum. Since both the price and the contract go through a quotation, whether you can switch from one tool to the other depends entirely on what you have written into that document. At both, have the minimum term, the anniversary date, the termination notice and the export formats for your recordings and transcripts spelled out, while the account is still live.

Which is the more solid vendor?

The two rest their solidity on different kinds of fact. Nooks is an American company founded in late 2020 in San Francisco, which has raised $70 million, of which $43 million in a Series B led by Kleiner Perkins and announced on 24 October 2024. Koncert is a vendor based in Salem, New Hampshire, which was called ConnectLeader until its change of name announced on 20 April 2021, and claims fifteen years behind its dialers. Recent, substantial funding on one side, a long track record on the other: both count, but they answer different worries.
