The short version

  • Koncert is an American vendor based in Salem, New Hampshire. The company was called ConnectLeader until its rebrand, announced on 20 April 2021.
  • Koncert offers four dialing modes: click dialer, sequential dialer, parallel dialer and agent-assisted dialer.
  • The parallel dialer is advertised at 1 to 4 lines, and 1 to 5 lines in its higher version. The vendor's FAQ states that four lines is the default and recommended setting.
  • No price is published: the seven offers on the pricing page all lead to a contact form, with no figure and no licence minimum shown.
  • The G2 rating is 4.6 out of 5 across 422 reviews, 80% of them five-star. Koncert is SOC 2 Type II certified and declares adherence to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

Our bias, stated up front

We make Skipcall, and we sell to the same teams as Koncert. We therefore have a direct financial interest in you not choosing them.

You should read this page knowing that. It is also why it is built the way it is: every claim points to a dated public document you can open yourself. The sources are listed at the foot of the page. Nothing here rests on our word alone.

An entire section below is devoted to what Koncert does better than us, and we had no interest in writing it. If anything here looks wrong to you, write to us: we will correct it and date the correction.

Seven offers, four dialing modes, zero prices

Koncert publishes a pricing page. It contains seven offers, describes what each includes, and shows not one figure. Seven contact forms.

all lead to a form

Not publishing prices is a common commercial choice. Publishing seven named and detailed offers without a single figure is more unusual: it asks the buyer to pick an offer before knowing what it costs.

The practical effect is an inversion of the normal evaluation order. You are invited to position yourself on a scope, then discover the price, when budget is the first eliminating criterion in most buying processes.

There is nonetheless one valuable and free piece of information on this site, and it is worth more than a price: the FAQ states that four lines is the default and recommended setting, even though the product goes to five. A vendor that recommends less than its maximum is saying something serious about the subject.

What to do about it

Write once, asking for an annual range for your headcount and the licence minimum, before choosing an offer. And remember the official four-line recommendation: it is a useful argument against any salesperson selling you ten lines as an advantage.

What the reviews of Koncert are worth

The corpus is substantial and the rating high. It is the geography of that corpus that deserves noting.

G2

4.6 / 5

422 reviews

A high rating on a substantial volume, with 80% five-star. Positive feedback covers outbound productivity and support quality, recognised by G2 in its 2026 reports.

Capterra

4.6 / 5

8 reviews

The same rating, but across eight reviews only. The volume gap between the two platforms is a reminder that the user base speaking publicly is North American, and that no French team feedback is identifiable there.

422 reviews at 4.6 with 80% five-star is a solid file, built over nearly twenty years if you go back to ConnectLeader. Support quality is recognised by G2 in its 2026 reports, which is rare on a market where support is the leading grievance.

The watch point is the same as for the other American vendors in this section: that feedback comes from North American teams. It says nothing about European number coverage or support availability in Paris time.

Finally: SOC 2 Type II certification and adherence to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework are documented. That is a fuller compliance file than the average vendor in this section.

What Koncert does well

Four points we would rather not write, and which are true.

The official four-line recommendation

The product goes to five lines, and the vendor recommends four. On a market where everyone outbids on line counts, a vendor publishing a recommendation below its own maximum shows a technical honesty we salute, especially as it matches our own ceiling exactly.

Four dialing modes in one product

Click dialer, sequential, parallel and agent-assisted. That last mode, where human operators dial and transfer answered calls, exists almost nowhere else and meets a genuine need in certain markets.

A complete compliance file

SOC 2 Type II and documented adherence to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. For a buyer who has to fill in a security questionnaire, that is more than most vendors in this section supply.

Support quality is recognised by G2

On a market where support is the leading grievance in almost every review corpus, earning recognition on that specific criterion is not trivial.

The five questions to put to them in writing

Copy these straight into an email. In writing, not on a call: a written answer is binding, a spoken one leaves no trace.

01

A range, before choosing an offer

“Your seven offers carry no prices. For [N] reps on parallel dialing, can you give me an annual range excluding tax and the applicable licence minimum, before I position myself on an offer?”
02

The recommended setting

“Your FAQ states that four lines is the default and recommended setting. Do you confirm that recommendation for a European list, and on what measurements does it rest?”
03

European numbers

“Do you offer French and European local numbers, and does local caller ID work on those destinations?”
04

Support in Paris time

“What are your support hours in Paris time, and what is your contractual response time on a blocking incident?”
05

Storage of recordings

“In which region are recordings and transcripts stored for a French customer? Please send me the data processing agreement and your SOC 2 Type II report.”

Who it is the right choice for, and who it is not

Koncert is a good choice if

  • you prospect in North America with a sizeable team
  • you need several dialing modes in one tool
  • a complete compliance file is required by your security team
  • you accept a sales cycle to obtain a price

Look elsewhere if

  • you want a price before entering a sales conversation
  • you are looking for European customer feedback before signing
  • your data must stay in Europe with no transfer to the United States
  • your team is too small to interest a vendor that sells on quote

Frequently asked questions

How much does Koncert cost in 2026? +

No price is published. The pricing page presents seven offers, describes what each includes, and systematically leads to a contact form, with no figure and no advertised licence minimum. Ask for an annual range for your headcount before even positioning yourself on an offer.

How many lines does Koncert dial in parallel? +

The parallel dialer is advertised at 1 to 4 lines, and 1 to 5 lines in its higher version. Notably, the vendor's FAQ states that four lines is the default and recommended setting, even though the product goes to five. A vendor that recommends less than its technical maximum is saying something serious about the subject.

What are the reviews of Koncert worth? +

The G2 rating is 4.6 out of 5 across 422 reviews, 80% of them five-star, with G2 recognition for support quality in its 2026 reports. Where is Koncert customer data hosted? +

Koncert is SOC 2 Type II certified and declares adherence to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which governs transfers of personal data from the European Union to the United States. Can this review be trusted, published by a competitor? +

We make Skipcall and we meet Koncert in prospecting tenders. You should read this page knowing that. Which is why we salute its official four-line recommendation, which matches our own ceiling exactly and runs against the market's line-count arms race, and why we acknowledge that its compliance file is fuller than the average in this section.

And where do we fit in

This page judges Koncert; it does not sell Skipcall. If you are at the comparison stage rather than the evaluation stage, the comparative analysis lives elsewhere and is written for that.
