JustCall alternatives: 8 solutions compared (2026)
This page gathers what a decision maker needs to know before making the call: who publishes JustCall and under which law, what its users actually say, where the data is hosted, the real entry cost, and the framework to apply when the vendor, the support and the servers are not on the same continent as you.
The essentials
- JustCall is published by SaaS Labs US, Inc., a Delaware corporation based in San Francisco, with a second head office in Noida, India.
- The contract is governed by the law of the State of Delaware and gives its courts exclusive jurisdiction: a dispute is settled in the United States.
- JustCall states that its service is hosted and its call recordings stored in data centres located in the United States. Transfers from Europe are covered by standard contractual clauses.
- It is rated 4.3 out of 5 on G2 and 3.8 out of 5 on Trustpilot, with a polarised distribution: 75% five-star reviews and 18% one-star reviews.
- Public plans start at $29 per licence per month, with a two-licence minimum. The prospecting dialler belongs to a separate offering, the Sales Suite, sold on quotation.
The 8 solutions at a glance
Eight vendors are competing on this market, with two differences that count: the feature scope, and the country from which the vendor contracts and processes your data. The list below follows that second axis.
Who sits where
Two families of tools, and one platform that covers both
Telephony
Ringover
Aircall
CloudTalk
Prospecting
JustCall
Nooks
Orum
Flunter
Minari
The vertical axis is not a value judgement, it is contractual data. At the top, the vendors that contract and process outside the European Union: JustCall, Nooks, Orum. At the bottom, those that contract from France or the European Union: Ringover, CloudTalk, Flunter, Minari. Aircall sits in between, a French vendor whose recordings have historically been stored in part in the United States.
Skipcall spans both uses. The same platform equips prospecting teams with the four line parallel dialler, and every other employee who simply needs a phone (management, administration, customer service) with a line at €15 per month. One contract, one invoice, one directory, and data hosted in France.
Business telephony · Parallel dialler, 4 lines
Four line parallel dialling for the people who prospect, and complete telephony for every other desk, in the same subscription: a business number, inbound calls, voicemail, SMS, mobile and web apps, call sequences, contacts, call transcription and call summary. From €15 per licence, with no minimum.
Multi-channel communication platform · Power, dynamic and predictive dialler
A very broad scope and more than 100 integrations. Contract under Delaware law, data stored in the United States.
Parallel dialler for large teams · Parallel dialler with a virtual sales floor
Designed for large American teams. Priced on quotation, like the JustCall Sales Suite.
Parallel dialler for large teams · Parallel dialler, up to 10 lines
The highest number of lines on the market. American vendor, priced on quotation.
Cloud business telephony · Power dialler, one number at a time
A French vendor, but recordings historically stored on AWS in the United States. Three-licence minimum.
Cloud business telephony · Sequential dialling
French vendor and French support. The parallel dialler is not available in France.
Call centre software · Preview, power and parallel dialler as an option
European vendor, coverage in more than 160 countries. Geared to contact centres more than to prospecting.
Parallel dialler · Parallel dialler, up to 5 lines
The same dialling engine as Skipcall, with a narrower feature scope.
Parallel dialler · Parallel dialler, up to 5 lines
The same promise as Skipcall, with a different product logic.
Who JustCall is
JustCall is the flagship product of SaaS Labs, a vendor founded in 2016 and led by Gaurav Sharma, which operates from two head offices: California and Noida, in India. The company has raised around 60 million dollars, including 42 million in a Series B led by Sequoia Capital India in January 2022, a round during which it acquired the Polish company CallPage and the French company Atolia. JustCall claimed more than 6,000 customers at the time, around 70% of them in the United States and 10% in the United Kingdom. This is not a fragile player: it is an established vendor whose centre of gravity simply sits outside Europe.

Contracting entity
SaaS Labs US, Inc.
A Delaware corporation based at 355 Bryant Street in San Francisco. Its terms and conditions provide that the contract is governed by the law of the State of Delaware, with the exclusive jurisdiction of its state and federal courts, and a waiver of jury trial as well as of class action. This is the data point most often missing from comparisons, and the first one a legal department will look at.
What users say
JustCall gets two different ratings depending on the platform you consult. The gap is instructive: the two do not measure the same things.
That review volume makes JustCall one of the best documented profiles in the category. Positive feedback covers the breadth of the scope (calls, SMS, WhatsApp), the CRM integrations and the speed of set-up.
The distribution is polarised: 75% five-star reviews and 18% one-star reviews. Negative reviews rarely concern the features. They mostly concern billing, cancellation terms and access to support.
Distribution of the 728 Trustpilot reviews
Recorded on 3 September 2026
The average hides two populations: a large majority of customers who are very happy with the product, and close to a fifth of one-star reviews about the contractual relationship. That second group is the one to read before signing.
This is the most frequent complaint on Trustpilot: reviews report charges taken after a cancellation request, and notice periods discovered too late. The point to check before signing is therefore not the product, but the renewal date and the notice period written into the contract.
AI voice agents are billed outside the subscription: $0.99 per minute on usage, or $99 and $249 per month for bundles of 100 and 300 minutes. A budget built on the licence alone can be exceeded within the first weeks of use.
Part of the negative feedback describes a first line of support handled by an automated agent and difficulty reaching a person. For a team based in France, that comes on top of a six to nine hour time difference with the Californian and Indian offices.
Every AI Communication Suite plan requires at least two licences, and the Business plan ten. The real entry ticket is therefore double the advertised price, which weighs when you want to equip a single sales rep to test the channel.
Where the data is hosted
This is the point most often missing from comparisons, and the first one your legal department will raise. Call recordings contain personal data, sometimes sensitive data.
JustCall
Data centres in the United States
JustCall states that its service is hosted in the United States and that call recordings, along with the personal data attached to them, are stored there. The processing infrastructure sits outside the European Economic Area, and transfers are framed by standard contractual clauses. No data residency option in Europe is publicly announced.
Skipcall
Scaleway, France
Hosting is provided by a French cloud provider, which places processing under the GDPR and European law with no transfer to a third country, and therefore no transfer mechanism to document.
Hosting outside the European Union is not unlawful: the GDPR allows it as soon as a valid transfer mechanism is in place, and JustCall relies on standard contractual clauses. It simply puts one more obligation on your side: documenting the transfer in your records, attaching the data processing agreement, and running an impact assessment if your recordings involve sensitive data.
The real entry cost
The advertised price and the price paid differ, because of the two-licence minimum and the options billed separately. And the prospecting dialler appears in no public plan: it belongs to the Sales Suite, sold on quotation.
On this ground the gap is clear: €15 against a $58 entry ticket, since JustCall imposes two licences where one is enough. Neither plan includes a prospecting dialler.
The JustCall Sales Suite has no public price: the numeric comparison stops there, and that is information in itself. An advertised price can be compared, a negotiated price is discovered in a meeting.

French law from 11 August 2026
This is the parameter most comparisons ignore, even though it changes the economics of telephone prospecting in France.
From 11 August 2026, cold calling consumers in France moves from opt-out to opt-in: a call is lawful only if the person has given prior consent. Bloctel, the French opt-out register, disappears on that date. Prospecting between professionals remains possible, subject to the rules that apply to data processing.
The direct consequence for choosing a tool: the volume of permitted calls goes down, so each attempt has to produce more. A dialler that filters out voicemail and puts your reps in conversation more often is no longer a comfort, it is what makes the channel profitable.

Note the anniversary date of the contract and the applicable notice period before you do anything else. That is what sets your switching window, not the availability of the new tool. The Trustpilot reviews show this is the point that costs the most when it is discovered too late.
AI voice agents are billed per minute or in monthly bundles, outside the subscription. Pull the statements for the last twelve months to see your real spend: that is the figure to compare, not the licence price.
Your recordings and your call logs are stored in the United States. Ask for the export while the account is still active, stating the format you expect and the deadline. A lost history cannot be rebuilt, and it carries part of the value of your customer relationships.
Your numbers belong to you and can be ported from one operator to another. Ask your current provider for the information you need and start the process before you cancel: the order of operations determines service continuity.
Choosing a vendor outside Europe: the four point check
A vendor outside Europe can be a perfectly good fit. You just need to know what you are signing. When the vendor, the support and the servers are not on the same continent as you, four points deserve a written check before signature. This is not a trial, it is a reading grid.
- Open a ticket on a Tuesday at 9 am and on a Thursday at 6 pm, Paris time, and record the time to first response
- Ask in writing which time zones the support teams are physically present in
- Check whether a person is reachable at first level, or whether the first contact is handled by an automated agent
The trap.Taking "support around the clock" for "support in your language, during your hours". Continuous availability does not replace someone reachable in your language and your time zone on the day of an outage, in the middle of a calling session.
- Note the exact name of the signing company in the terms and conditions, not the commercial brand
- Read the governing law and jurisdiction clause, usually placed at the end of the contract
- Check whether a European entity does the invoicing, or whether the invoice comes straight from the country of origin
The trap.Signing without reading the jurisdiction clause. With JustCall, the contract is entered into with SaaS Labs US, Inc., a Delaware corporation, is governed by Delaware law and gives its courts exclusive jurisdiction, with a waiver of jury trial.
- Ask for the country and the hosting provider, not only a statement of GDPR compliance
- Check whether a data residency option in the European Union exists, and what it costs
- Identify the transfer mechanism relied on: standard contractual clauses, an adequacy decision, or none
The trap.Reading "GDPR compliant" as "hosted in Europe". JustCall states that recordings are stored in American data centres and that transfers are covered by standard contractual clauses: compliance is documented, the location remains outside the European Union.
- Ask for the named list of sub-processors and the country each one is established in
- Identify those that process content (transcription, AI analysis) and not only the transport of the call
- Check how you are notified when a sub-processor is added, and the right to object attached to it
The trap.Settling for an email notification. JustCall undertakes to inform its customers by email when a sub-processor is added, with a right to object, but does not publish a named list on its site: ask for it before signing, not after.
Before signature
The 5 clauses to read before signing with a vendor outside Europe
They fit into five paragraphs, often at the end of the contract, and they determine what happens on the day something goes wrong.
- 01The governing law and jurisdiction clause: which law, which court, and how far from your head office
- 02The renewal clause: commitment period, automatic renewal, notice period, and billing currency
- 03The data processing annex: hosting country, transfer mechanism, retention period for the recordings
- 04The list of sub-processors and the procedure when one is added, with the deadline to object
- 05The exit clause: format, lead time and cost of exporting your recordings and your call history
What is your real need?
Three needs, three families of vendors. Most bad choices come from a comparison made on features alone, without looking at where the vendor contracts from.
JustCall belongs to the second family: its strength is the breadth of its scope, calls, SMS, instant messaging and more than a hundred integrations in a single tool. If your main constraint is where the data is processed or which law applies, the first family is the one to look at.
Who each solution suits
JustCall remains the right choice if
- you need a very broad scope: calls, SMS, WhatsApp and instant messaging in a single tool
- your teams work mainly on the American and British markets, in the matching time zone
- the depth of the integration catalogue matters more to you than where the data is processed
An alternative makes sense if
- your legal department requires data processing inside the European Union, with no transfer mechanism
- you want a contract under French or European law, in your language and in euros
- you are looking for a public price for the dialler rather than a negotiation on quotation
- you want to start with a single licence to measure the channel before extending it
Frequently asked questions
What is the best JustCall alternative in 2026?+
There is no single answer: the right choice depends on two criteria, the feature scope and where the data is processed. If you are looking for the same multi-channel breadth, CloudTalk and Aircall cover close ground from Europe. If your need is outbound prospecting, the decisive criteria are the dialling mode and the existence of a public price: Skipcall, Flunter and Minari in France, Nooks and Orum on the American market.
Where is JustCall customer data hosted?+
In the United States. JustCall states that its service is hosted and that call recordings are stored in American data centres. Its help centre specifies that the processing infrastructure sits outside the European Economic Area and that international transfers are covered by standard contractual clauses. No data residency option in Europe is publicly announced.
Which law governs the JustCall contract, and where is a dispute settled?+
The law of the State of Delaware. The terms and conditions name SaaS Labs US, Inc., a Delaware corporation based at 355 Bryant Street in San Francisco, as the contracting party. They provide for the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts of Delaware, with a waiver of jury trial and of class action. In practice, a contractual dispute is argued in the United States.
How much does JustCall really cost?+
The public plans of the AI Communication Suite are advertised at $29 per licence per month for the Team plan, $49 for the Pro plan and $89 for the Pro Plus plan, billed annually. A two-licence minimum applies, which brings the real entry ticket to $58 per month. The Business plan is on quotation with a ten-licence minimum. AI voice agents are billed on top: $0.99 per minute, or $99 and $249 per month for 100 and 300 minutes.
Does JustCall have a parallel dialler?+
JustCall offers three dialling modes, gathered in a separate offering called the Sales Suite: an auto dialler (power dialler), a dynamic dialler fed by the CRM, and a predictive dialler that dials up to ten lines and only passes the call through once a human has been detected. That offering has no public price: it is sold on quotation, with a two-licence minimum.
Does JustCall offer support in languages other than English?+
JustCall advertises round the clock support, but its help centre and its documentation are published in English, and its teams are split between California and Noida, India. Before signing, ask in writing in which language and during which hours a person is reachable: it is the first of the four checks detailed higher up on this page.
Why is JustCall rated 4.3 on G2 and 3.8 on Trustpilot?+
Because the two platforms collect different feedback. G2 gathers mostly assessments of the tool in daily use, where JustCall scores well across more than 2,300 reviews. Trustpilot concentrates more feedback on the commercial relationship: billing, cancellation and support. The distribution there is polarised, with 75% five-star reviews and 18% one-star reviews.
What are the European alternatives to JustCall?+
Aircall and Ringover in France, and CloudTalk in the European Union, cover a comparable business telephony scope. On outbound prospecting, Skipcall, Flunter and Minari are published in France. Skipcall hosts its data with Scaleway, in France, which removes the question of a transfer mechanism outside the European Union.
Can JustCall be used in compliance with the GDPR from Europe?+
Yes, provided the transfer is documented. The GDPR does not prohibit hosting outside the European Union: it requires a valid transfer mechanism and information given to the people concerned. JustCall relies on standard contractual clauses. It is up to you, as the controller, to keep your records up to date, to attach the data processing agreement and to run an impact assessment if your recordings contain sensitive data.
Can you keep your phone numbers when leaving JustCall?+
Yes. Numbers can be ported from one operator to another. Ask your current provider for the details needed for portability and start the process before you cancel, so that the service is never interrupted.
Is there a JustCall alternative with no licence minimum?+
Yes. JustCall imposes two licences on its public plans and ten on its Business plan, but several alternatives start at one. With Skipcall, a single licence is enough, which lets you equip one sales rep and measure the channel before rolling it out to the whole team.
