Paradial vs Minari

Two French five-line dialers, no public reviews on G2, Trustpilot or Capterra. What each one publishes instead, and what is left for you to check yourself.

We build Skipcall, and we sell to the same teams as Paradial and Minari. We therefore have a commercial interest in you choosing neither, and you should read this page knowing that.

That is why Skipcall appears nowhere in the comparison below: not in the table, not in the verdict, not in the questions. Every claim here points to a dated public source, listed at the foot of the page. If something looks wrong, write to us: we will correct it and date the correction.

In short

The essentials in five sentences

  • Paradial and Minari are two French parallel dialers, both announcing up to five lines dialed at once and infrastructure hosted in the European Union.
  • Neither has a product listing on G2, Trustpilot or Capterra as of 7 September 2026: there is therefore no aggregate rating to separate them.
  • The only public feedback on Minari is the two reviews on its HubSpot marketplace listing, which also shows more than 300 installs. Paradial displays no customer testimonial on its site.
  • Paradial publishes the identity of its publisher, its terms and conditions and the named list of its sub-processors without any need to create an account. Minari publishes its legal notice and its retention periods, but no price on its site.
  • Neither can be tried on your own: the trial button on the Paradial site opens a demonstration video, and access to Minari goes through a demo request.

Which of the two

Take Minari if your team works in HubSpot and your legal department wants a recording retention period announced in advance, six months here, backed by a company registered in 2024 that declares a headcount of 11 to 50 people. Take Paradial if you want to read the contract, the identity of the publisher and the list of sub-processors before you even speak to a salesperson, and to subscribe month by month with no commitment. In both cases the decisive check is the same, and it falls to you: a test on your own lists and two contactable customers, since no public rating exists.

The point that decides

Two zeros on the review platforms, two stand-in proofs

As of 7 September 2026, neither Paradial nor Minari has a listing on G2, Trustpilot or Capterra. The buyer is therefore left with no independent measure of satisfaction at all. What each of them offers in its place is not the same thing, and that changes the questions to ask.

Paradial offers documents. Its terms and conditions, in their version of 11 June 2026, give the identity of the publisher, its registration number, the length of the trial in article 6, the price list in article 7, the cancellation terms in article 9 and the hosting location in article 13. Its privacy policy of 15 June 2026 names its sub-processors one by one: Stripe, Netlify, Tawk.to, Google, Composio and Slack. The content on the site is signed by the founder, with an author page that identifies him. All of it can be read without creating an account. That is documentary proof: it establishes who is selling and what the contract provides for, and it says nothing about user satisfaction.

Minari offers a third-party listing. Its application is published on the HubSpot marketplace, which implies a vetting process by the CRM vendor, and that listing shows more than 300 installs for two reviews. That is proof of distribution: it establishes that an appreciable number of HubSpot accounts have connected the application, and it says neither what those accounts pay nor whether they stayed. An install from a marketplace is not a paying customer.

These two proofs do not substitute for each other, and each leaves open exactly what the other covers. With Paradial the contract is readable but the price is not: the home page shows €140 per user per month while article 7 of the terms sets out a Solo plan from €29 per month and a Team plan at €79 per month per rep. With Minari the install base is measurable but the price stays off the site: the only public amount recorded on 7 September 2026 is the one on the HubSpot listing, €260 per month, with no indication of whether it covers one user or one account.

The identity of the two publishers is documented in two different ways as well. Paradial is published by Paul Girard, a sole trader registered on 15 September 2020 in Agneaux, in the Manche department, under SIREN 888 163 722, and declared as having no employees on the business register. Minari is a simplified joint-stock company registered on 12 March 2024 in Montrouge, in the Hauts-de-Seine, at the Nanterre companies registry under number 987 483 450, with an identified chair and managing director, a declared headcount of 11 to 50 people on LinkedIn and no funding round listed by Tracxn. Neither of those is a virtue or a flaw, they are two continuity-of-service parameters that a procurement team will ask you to document, and they are not documented with the same paperwork.

That leaves the point where the two meet, and it is the one that costs a hurried reader the most. Neither can be handled on your own. The trial button on the Paradial home page opens a demonstration video rather than the platform, and the Minari offer is available on demo request. With no public reviews and no self-service trial, the only independent measure that exists is the one you produce yourself, on your own lists, with your own reps.

Which one for which use

Two situations, two answers

Paradial is the right call if

  • you want to read the terms and conditions, the identity of the publisher and the named list of sub-processors before you even speak to a salesperson
  • a monthly subscription with no commitment, cancellable from the account or through support, matches the way you buy
  • a single named contact, who also signs the content published on the site, suits you better than a sales department
  • you are prepared to have the amount that will be billed confirmed in writing, since two official price lists coexist

Minari is the right call if

  • your team works in HubSpot and you want an application that has been through the marketplace vetting process
  • your legal department wants a recording retention period announced in advance, six months here
  • you prefer a simplified joint-stock company with two identified directors and a declared headcount
  • automatically discarding invalid numbers, on top of voicemail, is one of your technical criteria

The limits

What each one does not do

Paradial limits

  • Two official price lists contradict each other as of 7 September 2026: €140 per user per month on the home page, €29 to €79 per month in article 7 of the terms and conditions of 11 June 2026. The amount actually billed has to be confirmed in writing before signing.
  • No public reviews on G2, Trustpilot or Capterra, and no customer testimonial on the site: there is no independent measure of satisfaction, good or bad.
  • The trial is described in two ways: seven free days without a card in article 6 of the terms, three days of full access billed at €14 on the home page. The trial button also opens a video rather than the platform.
  • The publisher is a sole trader declared as having no employees on the business register. That is a continuity-of-service parameter a procurement team will ask you to document.

Minari limits

  • No price appears on the publisher's site. The only public amount recorded on 7 September 2026 is the one on the HubSpot marketplace listing, €260 per month, with no indication of whether it covers one user or one account.
  • Two public reviews in all, and they sit on a marketplace rather than a software review platform. The more than 300 installs displayed measure distribution, not satisfaction, and not a number of paying customers.
  • The number and address enrichment option is announced as chargeable with no amount published: the cost on a like-for-like basis cannot be worked out from the public sources.
  • The privacy policy provides that some personal data may be passed to providers located outside the European Union, covered by standard contractual clauses, without those providers being named in the documents checked.

What neither of them does

  • Neither can be tried on your own. As of 7 September 2026, the Paradial trial button opens a demonstration video and the Minari offer is available on demo request: in both cases you have to go through the vendor to see the product.
  • Neither has an independent aggregate rating. Neither Paradial nor Minari has a listing on G2, Trustpilot or Capterra as of 7 September 2026, which makes any comparison of ratings between the two impossible.
  • Neither publishes a voicemail detection rate measured on French numbers, even though that is the technical heart of a parallel dialer. The question belongs in the demonstration, along with the volume the figure was calculated on.
  • Neither puts the processing agreement required by article 28 of the GDPR online among the public documents checked. You have to ask for it, and check that it covers recordings and transcripts by name.

Frequently asked questions

Short answers

Paradial or Minari: which one to choose in 2026?

It depends on what you have to prove internally. Minari suits a team that works in HubSpot and a legal department that wants a recording retention period announced in advance, six months according to the publisher's privacy policy. Paradial suits a buyer who wants to read the terms and conditions, the identity of the publisher and the list of sub-processors before the demonstration, and to subscribe month by month with no commitment. As of 7 September 2026, neither has reviews on G2, Trustpilot or Capterra: the decisive check remains a test on your own lists.

Which of the two is cheaper?

The comparison cannot be made on a like-for-like basis with the public sources available on 7 September 2026. Paradial shows €140 per user per month on its home page, while article 7 of its terms and conditions of 11 June 2026 sets out a Solo plan from €29 per month and a Team plan at €79 per month per rep. Minari publishes no price on its site and its only public amount is the one on its HubSpot marketplace listing, €260 per month, with no indication of whether that is per user or per account. Both price lists have to be requested in writing before any comparison.

Which of the two has more customer reviews?

Minari, but the gap amounts to two reviews. As of 7 September 2026, neither Paradial nor Minari has a product listing on G2, Trustpilot or Capterra. Minari has two reviews on its HubSpot marketplace listing, which also shows more than 300 installs, and Paradial displays no customer testimonial on its site. Two reviews are not enough to draw a meaningful average: in both cases you have to ask for contactable customer references.

How many lines do Paradial and Minari dial in parallel?

Both announce up to five numbers dialed at once. Paradial mentions a setting of three or five lines and filters out voicemail. Minari filters out voicemail and invalid numbers, that second filter avoiding spending pace on dead lines. A number of lines announced is not a number of lines you can use: the effective number depends on how many reachable contacts are in the queue.

Which one should you choose for a team that works in HubSpot?

Minari, on that criterion specifically. The publisher has an official application on the HubSpot marketplace, which implies a vetting process by the CRM vendor, and that application syncs contacts, calls, tasks, deals and companies, sending back transcripts and AI-generated summaries. The listing shows more than 300 installs as of 7 September 2026.

Where is the data hosted with Paradial and with Minari?

Both publishers announce infrastructure in France. Article 13 of the Paradial terms and conditions states hosting in France, and its privacy policy of 15 June 2026 specifies that the site itself is hosted with Netlify in the United States, naming Stripe, Netlify, Tawk.to, Google, Composio and Slack as sub-processors. The Minari privacy policy states software infrastructure in France, a marketing site hosted by Framer B.V. in the Netherlands, and possible transfers to providers outside the European Union covered by standard contractual clauses. In both cases, ask for the processing agreement required by article 28 of the GDPR.

Can you try Paradial or Minari without speaking to a salesperson?

No, neither of them as of 7 September 2026. The trial button on the Paradial home page opens a demonstration video rather than the platform, and the Minari offer is presented as available on demo request. The Paradial terms do provide for seven free trial days without a card in their article 6, but access goes through the vendor.

Can you move from Paradial to Minari, or the other way round?

Nothing stands in the way contractually on the Paradial side, whose article 9 provides for a monthly subscription with no minimum term, cancellable at any time from the account or through support, taking effect at the end of the current period. The Minari cancellation terms do not appear in the public documents checked on 7 September 2026 and therefore have to be requested before signing. In both cases, export your recordings, your transcripts and your call history before access is switched off, bearing in mind that Minari announces recording retention limited to six months.
