The short version
- Paradial is a French parallel dialer that calls up to five numbers at once and filters out voicemails. The product does what it says.

The problem of the two price lists
This is the point that decides your negotiation, and it appears on no pricing page. On 7 September 2026, two public documents from the vendor announce two prices that do not match.

A single rep pays €140 a month according to the home page, and €29 according to the contract they sign. The ratio is close to one to five. Across a team of five, the annual gap reaches €3,660.

What to do about it
This is not necessarily a trap: a price list can simply be out of date. But it is an information asymmetry working against you, and it is fixed with one sentence, the one we give you below, sent in writing before you sign anything. A written answer is contractually binding; a spoken one is worth nothing.

testimonials on the site
No product page exists on the three reference review platforms as of 7 September 2026, and the vendor displays no customer testimonial. It puts this down to the youth of the product.
Read that zero for what it is, and no more. It is not a bad signal: a recent tool has no listing yet, and plenty of vendors buy theirs. It is not a good signal either: it simply means that no independent measure of satisfaction exists. You have neither proof nor counter-proof.
The practical consequence is simple. With no reviews, the only check left to you is direct: ask for two reachable customers, in your sector and at your team size. That is a routine request in software buying, and a refusal is itself an answer.
What Paradial does well
Four points we would rather not write, and which are true.
Editorial content that carries a byline
The content published on the site is signed by the founder, with an author page naming him. In a market where most of what is written is anonymous and interchangeable, putting your name to it commits you, and that deserves noting.
The contractual documents are online and readable
Terms and conditions, privacy policy, a named list of sub-processors, the publisher's identity and registration number: all accessible without creating an account. Several better-funded competitors publish considerably less.
The absence of reviews is owned, not disguised
The vendor does not manufacture fake testimonials and explains the missing G2 listing by the youth of the product. That is more honest than the market average, where walls of anonymous testimonials are the norm.
Five parallel lines, one more than us
Paradial advertises five simultaneous lines where Skipcall dials four. If that single criterion decides your choice, the honest answer is that Paradial shows a higher number than ours, and that stays true.
It is worth knowing what that number costs to produce: nothing. Technically, nothing stopped us advertising ten or twenty lines, the development is the same. Our ceiling of four is a deliberate choice, not a technical limit.
The reason is the size of European lists. Beyond two calls launched at once, several prospects answer simultaneously and the ones the rep cannot take are burned: they are left with a missed call from an unknown number, and you will not call them back on good terms. On an American list of tens of thousands of records, that loss dilutes. On a European list, you pay for it.
Four is therefore the useful ceiling, not a recommended setting: it covers US market practice, whereas a European team is better off at two. Beyond four, the advertised figure is marketing and it works against the commercial result. None of which changes the fact that Paradial advertises one more.

Who it is the right choice for, and who it is not

Article 13 of the terms states that the service infrastructure is hosted in France. The privacy policy of 15 June 2026 specifies that the application infrastructure, calls and customer data are hosted in France, that the website itself is hosted with Netlify in the United States, and lists Stripe, Netlify, Tawk.to, Google, Composio and Slack among the sub-processors. For a compliance file, request the processing agreement required by article 28 of the GDPR and check that it explicitly covers recordings.
How do you cancel a Paradial subscription? +
Article 9 of the terms provides for a monthly subscription with no fixed term, renewing automatically. The customer can cancel at any time from their account or by writing to support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, with no refund of sums already paid for that period. Remember to export your data before access is disabled.
