Nooks vs Salesfinity

Salesfinity publishes $299 per user, Nooks no price at all. For a team calling from Europe, neither advertised rate really applies, as recorded on 8 September 2026.

We build Skipcall, and we sell to the same teams as Nooks and Salesfinity. We therefore have a commercial interest in you choosing neither, and you should read this page knowing that.

That is why Skipcall appears nowhere in the comparison below: not in the table, not in the verdict, not in the questions. Every claim here points to a dated public source, listed at the foot of the page. If something looks wrong, write to us: we will correct it and date the correction.

In short

The essentials in five sentences

  • Nooks and Salesfinity are two American parallel dialers based in San Francisco, the first founded in late 2020, the second in 2022.
  • As of 8 September 2026, Salesfinity publishes one rate, $299 per user per month for its Gold plan, billed monthly and cancellable at any time, while Nooks publishes no amount at all.
  • Salesfinity's public rate does not include international calls, which are reserved for the Enterprise Plus plan, quoted on request and on annual commitment: a team calling from France therefore does not fall under the advertised price.
  • Nooks publishes neither a price nor a licence minimum, but the software buying marketplace Vendr records a median contract value of $30,105 a year across 57 real purchases observed.
  • Both tools are very highly rated on G2 as of 8 September 2026, 4.8 out of 5 for Nooks across more than 1,500 reviews and 4.9 out of 5 for Salesfinity across more than 110, and neither corpus says anything about use from Europe.

Which of the two

For a team prospecting in the United States and Canada that wants to know its cost before committing to a sales cycle, Salesfinity settles it: $299 per user per month, billed monthly and cancellable at any time. For a large team looking for a complete workstation, with multichannel sequences, coaching and intent signals, and whose purchasing process accepts an annual quote, Nooks presents the stronger file, at 4.8 out of 5 across more than 1,500 reviews. For a team calling from Europe, neither can be decided on its public pages: Salesfinity pushes international calls to its Enterprise Plus plan, and Nooks publishes nothing about its geographic coverage.

The point that decides

A public price that does not concern you, a private price you know anyway

On this comparison, pricing transparency does not fall on the side you would expect. Salesfinity shows a price, Nooks shows none, and yet it is the second whose order of magnitude a European buyer knows best.

Salesfinity publishes a single rate: the Gold plan, at $299 per user per month, billed monthly and cancellable at any time. The same page states that international calls appear only on the Enterprise Plus plan, quoted on request and on annual commitment. A French team calling French prospects therefore falls under the plan whose price is not published, and not under the advertised price.

Nooks, conversely, publishes no amount, no tier and no licence minimum. But Vendr, a software buying marketplace that aggregates contracts actually signed, records a median value of $30,105 a year across 57 purchases observed, so roughly $2,509 a month. That is not a list price: it is the figure around which the contracts were settled.

The result is symmetrical and counter-intuitive. Facing Salesfinity, the European buyer has an advertised price that does not cover their case and has to ask for an Enterprise Plus quote with no numerical bearing at all. Facing Nooks, they have no advertised price but do have a public order of magnitude to put to the salesperson. In both cases the discussion ends in a quote, but you do not enter it with the same information.

On reviews, the gap runs the other way. Nooks shows 4.8 out of 5 across more than 1,500 G2 reviews, Salesfinity 4.9 out of 5 across more than 110. Both ratings are excellent, but they do not rest on the same volume of evidence: the second platform for Nooks is a Capterra listing holding only two reviews, and Salesfinity has no second platform at all, with no Trustpilot profile and a SourceForge listing carrying no reviews. Neither corpus tells you what the product is worth from Europe.

The practical consequence comes down to one rule of conduct. With Salesfinity, the first question is about coverage, not price: does the Gold plan allow your calls, and if not, what does Enterprise Plus cost. With Nooks, the first question is about price, and you can open it by citing the median of $30,105 a year recorded by Vendr.

Which one for which use

Two situations, two answers

Choose Nooks if

  • your sales team is large and works in English on North American lists
  • you are looking for a complete workstation rather than a dialer alone: dialer, call, email, text and social sequences, coaching and intent signals
  • your purchasing process accepts a quote and an annual budget of several tens of thousands of dollars
  • satisfaction measured across a broad corpus is your first criterion: 4.8 out of 5 across more than 1,500 G2 reviews
  • your sales stack is built around Salesforce, with which Nooks advertises a native integration

Choose Salesfinity if

  • your reps call prospects located in the United States and Canada, the only countries for which local area code matching is advertised
  • you want to know the price before committing to a sales cycle: $299 per user per month, shown on the pricing page
  • you want a monthly plan, cancellable at any time, rather than an annual commitment
  • five parallel lines, the figure published by the vendor, cover your need
  • your stack rests on Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo or Amplemarket, cited as the most complete integrations

The limits

What each one does not do

Nooks limits

  • No rate is published: no amount, no tier, no licence minimum. The only public order of magnitude comes from a third party, the Vendr marketplace, which records a median contract value of $30,105 a year across 57 purchases.
  • The number of lines dialled in parallel is not published in the commercial documentation accessible without an account, even though that figure governs the volume of conversations.
  • Public feedback is almost entirely North American: more than 1,500 reviews on G2 against two on Capterra, and the interface, documentation and support are in English.
  • Neither the hosting region nor the cloud provider is published. Membership of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework confirms that European data is processed in the United States.

Salesfinity limits

  • The public plan at $299 does not include international calls, which are reserved for the Enterprise Plus plan, quoted on request and on annual commitment: the advertised rate is not the one a team calling from Europe pays.
  • Local area code matching, which shows the prospect a number from their own region, is advertised for the United States and Canada only.
  • The review base is concentrated on a single platform: more than 110 reviews on G2, no Trustpilot profile, and a SourceForge listing with no reviews at all. Cross-checking before signing is therefore limited.
  • The privacy policy names neither a storage country nor a hosting provider, and refers the list of sub-processors to a written request. SmartEnrich enrichment is also billed at $0.30 per valid number, outside the per-licence price.

What neither of them does

  • Neither Nooks nor Salesfinity publishes the hosting region of its data or the name of its cloud provider. As of 8 September 2026, a French compliance file runs in both cases through a written request to the vendor.
  • Neither provides European feedback: both review corpora, more than 1,500 on G2 for Nooks and more than 110 for Salesfinity, come from North American teams using the product on its home market.
  • Neither lets a European buyer cost their budget from its public pages: Nooks publishes no rate at all, and the only public rate from Salesfinity excludes international calls. The discussion starts with a quote on both sides.

Frequently asked questions

Short answers

Nooks or Salesfinity: which is cheaper?

A direct comparison is impossible, because the two vendors do not publish the same thing. As of 8 September 2026, Salesfinity shows a Gold plan at $299 per user per month, billed monthly, on top of which comes SmartEnrich enrichment at $0.30 per valid number. Nooks publishes no rate at all: the only public bearing is a median contract value of $30,105 a year, recorded by the Vendr marketplace across 57 real purchases, so roughly $2,509 a month for a whole contract, all items included.

Which one should you choose to prospect from France?

Neither can be decided on its public pages as of 8 September 2026. Salesfinity is the more explicit of the two, and that works against it: its international calls appear only on the Enterprise Plus plan, quoted on request and on annual commitment, and its local area code matching is advertised for the United States and Canada only. Nooks, for its part, publishes nothing about its geographic coverage. In both cases, get written confirmation of number availability and local number presentation in your target countries before any other discussion.

How many lines does each of them dial in parallel?

Salesfinity advertises up to five simultaneous lines, with rotation of outbound numbers documented on its dialer page. Nooks does not publish a line cap in the commercial documentation accessible without an account: that number, and whether it is configurable, has to be clarified during the demonstration.

Which one is better rated by its users?

Salesfinity shows the higher rating, 4.9 out of 5 on G2 across more than 110 reviews, against 4.8 out of 5 for Nooks across more than 1,500 reviews as of 8 September 2026. The gap in rating is slight, the gap in volume is not: the Nooks rating rests on a base about ten times wider, and it holds the badges for best adoption and easiest implementation there. Conversely, Nooks has a second platform, Capterra, where its listing holds only two reviews, while Salesfinity has no Trustpilot profile and a SourceForge listing with no reviews.

Where are data hosted at Nooks and at Salesfinity?

Neither publishes it. The Nooks trust centre states a SOC 2 Type 2 certification, an ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification and membership of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, that membership confirming that European data is processed in the United States. The Salesfinity privacy policy names neither a storage country nor a hosting provider and refers the list of sub-processors to a written request. In both cases, ask for the data processing agreement required by article 28 of the GDPR and the named list of sub-processors.

Can you move from one to the other?

The constraint is contractual first. The Salesfinity Gold plan is billed monthly and cancellable at any time, which makes leaving simple, but its Enterprise and Enterprise Plus plans are on annual commitment. Nooks publishes neither a fixed term nor exit conditions: those points have to be read in the contract before signing. In both directions, ask for an export of your recordings, call dispositions and statistics while the account is still active.

Which one suits a small sales team?

Salesfinity, on paper, is the more accessible: its Gold plan is shown at $299 per user per month, with no licence minimum and no commitment, which makes it possible to equip a single rep. At Nooks, no licence minimum is published, but the only cost reference available is a median contract value of $30,105 a year recorded by Vendr, an order of magnitude that corresponds to teams already in place.

Who publishes Nooks, and who publishes Salesfinity?

Nooks is an American company founded in late 2020 and based in San Francisco, which has raised $70 million in total, including $43 million in a Series B led by Kleiner Perkins and announced on 24 October 2024. Salesfinity is an American company founded in 2022, also based in San Francisco, claiming more than 400 B2B team customers and declaring between 11 and 50 staff on LinkedIn. Its salesfinity.co domain redirects with a 301 to salesfinity.ai: check which entity will be party to the contract.
