Kixie: reviews, pricing and full price list (2026)
Kixie publishes no per-licence price, but it publishes its exit terms: no refunds, and your numbers released as soon as cancellation is processed. What that implies, and a reading of the reviews.
The short version
- Kixie is an American vendor founded in 2013 in Santa Monica, California, claiming more than 5,000 sales team customers.
- Its rating is 4.8 out of 5 on G2 across 866 reviews, one of the highest in the category, but 3.4 out of 5 on Trustpilot across 98 reviews, 36% of them one-star.
- The Multi-Line PowerDialer plan dials up to four lines in parallel. AI detection of a human answer is presented there as a premium option.
- No per-licence price appears on the pricing page. Unlimited minutes cover the United States and Canada; beyond that, calls are billed at prevailing rates.
- The terms of use provide that no payment is refunded and that numbers are released as soon as cancellation is processed: porting must be started beforehand.
Our bias, stated up front
We make Skipcall, and we sell to the same teams as Kixie. We therefore have a direct financial interest in you not choosing them.
You should read this page knowing that. It is also why it is built the way it is: every claim points to a dated public document you can open yourself. The sources are listed at the foot of the page. Nothing here rests on our word alone.
An entire section below is devoted to what Kixie does better than us, and we had no interest in writing it. If anything here looks wrong to you, write to us: we will correct it and date the correction.
No refunds, and your numbers released on exit
Kixie does not publish its prices, which is common. It does publish its exit terms, which is less so, and they deserve reading before you sign rather than when you leave.
Refund
None
whatever the cancellation date
Your numbers
Released
as soon as cancellation is processed
The first clause is unpleasant but common: pay for a year and leave in month three, and the remaining nine are not returned. That rarely gets negotiated, it gets budgeted.
The second is of a different nature. A business phone number sits on your signatures, your cards, your listings, your Google profile. Losing it is not an administrative inconvenience, it is a break in the relationship with your customers and prospects.
The order of operations is therefore the reverse of what everyone does instinctively. You do not cancel then port your numbers: you start porting with the new carrier, wait for it to complete, and only then cancel. Porting takes several weeks.
What to do about it
If you go with Kixie, note from day one that leaving starts with porting, not with cancellation. And if your numbers matter to your business, get written confirmation of the exact delay between the cancellation request and the effective release of the numbers: that delay determines your room for manoeuvre.

What the reviews of Kixie are worth
4.8 on G2 and 3.4 on Trustpilot: a 1.4 point gap, one of the widest in this section. It is not contradictory, it is instructive.
G2
866 reviews
One of the highest ratings in the category. Positive reviews cite fast setup, automatic logging of calls and texts in the CRM, and the gain in outbound volume. Kixie also scores 4.6 out of 5 across 295 reviews on Capterra.
Trustpilot
98 reviews
58% five-star and 36% one-star. Negative reviews rarely concern calling features and almost always access to support, billing and exit terms.
Rating distribution
Kixie's Trustpilot distribution has a rare shape: 58% five-star, 36% one-star, and almost nothing in between. No four-star or three-star reviews at all. That is not a distribution of nuanced opinions, it is a distribution of two opposite experiences.
And the two extremes are not talking about the same subject. The five-star reviews talk about the product, which works well and sets up fast, confirmed by the 866 G2 reviews. The one-star reviews talk about access to support, billing and leaving.
The link with the clause above is direct: when leaving is expensive and goes badly, the customers who leave say so. Your risk is not using Kixie badly, it is getting out of it badly.
What Kixie does well
Four points we would rather not write, and which are true.
4.8 on G2 is a rating we cannot match
Across 866 reviews, plus 4.6 on Capterra across another 295. Two independent platforms, more than 1,100 accounts, and a very high rating on both. The product is excellent, and it would be dishonest to play that down.
Automatic logging into the CRM
It is the most cited point in positive reviews: calls and texts flow into the CRM on their own, with no re-entry. For a rep that is twenty minutes a day, and it is the kind of detail that decides whether a tool is adopted or abandoned.
Setup really is fast
On this market many vendors promise deployment in minutes. At Kixie, several hundred independent reviews confirm it, which is proof of a different order than a home page claim.
Four parallel lines, like us
Kixie dials up to four simultaneous lines, exactly our ceiling. It is also, in our view, the right maximum setting: beyond it, on a European list, you burn contacts faster than you create conversations. On that specific point, Kixie's analysis matches ours.
The five questions to put to them in writing
Copy these straight into an email. In writing, not on a call: a written answer is binding, a spoken one leaves no trace.
The price, since it is not published
“What is the per-licence monthly rate of the Multi-Line PowerDialer plan for [N] reps, on annual and on monthly billing? Please answer in writing before we commit to a demonstration.”
Cost of calls outside North America
“Your unlimited minutes cover the United States and Canada. We call from France to [countries]: what per-minute rate applies, and is there a plan covering those destinations?”
Release of numbers
“Your terms provide that numbers are released as soon as cancellation is processed. What is the exact delay between my cancellation request and the effective release, and do you agree to keep the numbers active for the duration of a porting?”
Scope of the detection option
“Human answer detection is presented as a premium option. On which plan is it included, at what extra cost, and what detection rate do you measure on European numbers?”
Refunds
“Your terms provide that no payment is refunded. Do you accept a pro-rata exit clause in case of termination for your own breach?”
Who it is the right choice for, and who it is not
Kixie is a good choice if
- you prospect mainly in the United States and Canada
- automatic CRM logging is your first criterion
- you want a product whose user rating is among the highest on the market
- four parallel lines match your target cadence
Look elsewhere if
- your phone numbers are an asset you cannot put at risk
- you want to know the price before committing to a sales cycle
- you prospect in Europe and minutes are not covered
- you refuse a blanket no-refund clause
Frequently asked questions
How much does Kixie cost in 2026? +
Kixie publishes no per-licence price on its pricing page: the plans and their features are described, but without figures. Pricing therefore runs through a sales conversation. One point to check in passing: the advertised unlimited minutes cover the United States and Canada only, with other destinations billed at prevailing rates.
What happens to my numbers if I cancel Kixie? +
The terms of use provide that numbers are released as soon as cancellation is processed. In practice that means porting must be started before cancellation, not after: porting takes several weeks, and a released number cannot be recovered. Get written confirmation of the exact delay between request and effective release.
Why does Kixie have 4.8 on G2 and 3.4 on Trustpilot? +
Because the two platforms measure different things. G2 collects user reviews about the product, and the product is excellent: 4.8 across 866 reviews, plus 4.6 on Capterra across another 295. Trustpilot collects customer reviews about the relationship, and the distribution there is striking: 58% five-star, 36% one-star, almost nothing in between. Negative reviews concern access to support, billing and exit terms.
How many lines does Kixie dial in parallel? +
Up to four simultaneous lines on the Multi-Line PowerDialer plan. AI detection of a human answer, which filters out voicemails, is presented as a higher-tier option rather than a base feature: check which plan includes it.
Does Kixie refund early cancellation? +
No. The terms of use provide that no payment is refunded, whatever the cancellation date. Pay for a year and leave in month three, and the remaining nine are not returned. Budget for that before signing.
Who publishes Kixie? +
Kixie is an American vendor founded in 2013 in Santa Monica, California. It claims more than 5,000 sales team customers.
Can this review be trusted, published by a competitor? +
We make Skipcall and we sell to the same teams as Kixie. You should read this page knowing that. Which is why we write that its 4.8 G2 rating beats what we can set against it, and that its analysis of the right number of parallel lines, four, matches ours exactly. Every claim points to a dated public source.
And where do we fit in
This page judges Kixie; it does not sell Skipcall. If you are at the comparison stage rather than the evaluation stage, the comparative analysis lives elsewhere and is written for that.
