The short version

  • CloudTalk is published by CloudTalk s.r.o., a Slovak company founded in 2016 in Bratislava, claiming more than 5,500 customers in over 100 countries.
  • The parallel dialer exists, but it is a paid add-on at €39 per licence per month, added to the plan price and included in none of them.
  • Its rating is 4.4 out of 5 on G2 and 4.1 out of 5 on Trustpilot, where the 16% of one-star reviews mostly concern billing and support.
  • Call recordings and AI data are stored in Germany. Other data may sit in four AWS regions, including Northern Virginia, Singapore and Sydney.
  • Four plans are published on annual billing, from Lite at €19 to Expert at €49. The Expert plan requires three licences minimum; the lower ones start at one licence, and none includes a parallel dialer without the add-on.

Our bias, stated up front

We make Skipcall, and we sell to the same teams as CloudTalk. We therefore have a direct financial interest in you not choosing them.

You should read this page knowing that. It is also why it is built the way it is: every claim points to a dated public document you can open yourself. The sources are listed at the foot of the page. Nothing here rests on our word alone.

An entire section below is devoted to what CloudTalk does better than us, and we had no interest in writing it. If anything here looks wrong to you, write to us: we will correct it and date the correction.

The feature that decides the purchase is sold separately

If you compare CloudTalk to a prospecting dialer, you are comparing two different things. The parallel dialer is in no plan: it is a separate invoice line.

Expert plan

€49

per licence per month, no parallel dialer

Parallel dialer add-on

+ €39

per licence per month, on top

The add-on is billed per licence, not per account. It is therefore not shared across reps: every seat that dials in parallel carries the extra €39. Across a team of five that is €195 a month appearing nowhere on the pricing page you are comparing against other vendors.

The full calculation must include three elements: the plan, the three-licence minimum on Expert, and the add-on. That total is what you should set against dialers that include the feature in a single price.

TeamExpert planDialer add-onMonthly total
3 reps€147€117€264
5 reps€245€195€440
10 reps€490€390€880

Calculated excluding tax from the price list published on 8 September 2026, Expert plan at €49 per licence and parallel dialing add-on at €39 per licence. The Expert plan requires three licences minimum.

What to do about it

Selling a feature as an add-on is not improper: it lets a team that does not need it avoid paying for it. The problem is one of comparison, not principle. Before setting CloudTalk against another tool, add plan and add-on together, and ask in writing whether the add-on price is guaranteed for the length of your contract.

What the reviews of CloudTalk are worth

CloudTalk is well rated on both reference platforms, on a volume that makes the figures meaningful. What counts is the nature of the 16% of negative reviews.

G2

4.4 / 5

over 1,600 reviews

A solid rating on a substantial volume. International coverage, ease of setup and the range of integrations recur in positive feedback.

Trustpilot

4.1 / 5

785 reviews

The average stays good but the distribution is polarised: 66% five-star and 16% one-star. The latter rarely concern calling features and almost always billing, refunds and support delays.

Rating distribution

5 ★ 66 %
4 ★ 13 %
3 ★ 2 %
2 ★ 3 %
1 ★ 16 %

This distribution shape recurs across almost every established vendor on the market: a large majority satisfied with the product, and a block of unhappy customers concentrated on the contract. At CloudTalk that block talks about billing, refunds and response times.

The useful reading is therefore not “is CloudTalk a good product”, since the answer is yes for 79% of reviews. It is: what happens when something goes wrong on my invoice? That is where your risk sits, and where your negotiating effort belongs.

Two concrete points to lock down before signing: refund conditions in case of early termination, and the contractual support response time on a billing incident.

What CloudTalk does well

Four points we would rather not write, and which are true.

International number coverage

It is the point that recurs most in positive reviews, and it is a real differentiator: more than 160 countries covered. For a team prospecting across several European markets and beyond, that depth is hard to match.

Recordings are hosted in Germany

Call recordings and AI data stay inside the European Union. In a compliance file that is a solid argument, and clearer than what several American vendors publish.

The line count is configurable

The help centre documents how to set the number of simultaneous calls. That is good practice: it lets you match cadence to list size rather than living with an imposed maximum, and few vendors document it as clearly.

Certifications are published

SOC 2 and ISO 27001 appear on the security page with supporting documents. For a buyer who has to fill in a security questionnaire, that is time saved, and not every competitor offers it.

The five questions to put to them in writing

Copy these straight into an email. In writing, not on a call: a written answer is binding, a spoken one leaves no trace.

01

The real total with the dialer

“For [N] reps on the Expert plan with the parallel dialing add-on, what is the total monthly amount excluding tax, licence minimum included? Is that add-on price guaranteed for the length of my commitment?”
02

The number of simultaneous lines

“How many simultaneous calls does the add-on open at most, and is that number set per user or per account?”
03

Exact data location

“You state that recordings and AI data are stored in Germany, and that other data may sit in four AWS regions. Can you specify which categories of data leave the European Union for a French customer, and send me the data processing agreement?”
04

Refunds on exit

“What are your refund conditions if I cancel during an annual commitment, and what is the exact notice period to avoid renewal?”
05

Support on a billing incident

“What is your contractual response time on a billing complaint, and through which channel must it be sent?”

Who it is the right choice for, and who it is not

CloudTalk is a good choice if

  • you prospect across many countries and number coverage is decisive
  • your recordings must stay inside the European Union
  • you need contact centre features beyond prospecting alone
  • you accept paying for parallel dialing as an add-on

Look elsewhere if

  • you want a single price including the dialer, with no add-on to bolt on
  • you are comparing rates and want to avoid per-licence extras
  • none of your data may leave France
  • invoice simplicity is a criterion for your procurement team

Frequently asked questions

How much does CloudTalk cost in 2026? +

Four plans are published on annual billing: Lite at €19 per licence per month, Starter at €25, Essential at €29 and Expert at €49. The Expert plan requires three licences minimum. None of these plans contains a parallel dialer: that is an add-on billed at €39 per licence per month, on top. For five reps with a dialer the monthly total is therefore €440 excluding tax, not €245.

Does CloudTalk offer a parallel dialer? +

Yes, but as a paid add-on. The parallel dialer is included in no plan: it costs €39 per licence per month on top of the chosen plan. The number of simultaneous calls is configurable in the settings, which the vendor's help centre documents.

Where is CloudTalk customer data hosted? +

Call recordings and AI data are stored in Germany, so inside the European Union. Other data categories may be hosted in four AWS regions, including Northern Virginia, Singapore and Sydney. For a French compliance file, ask for the precise list of categories that leave the Union and the data processing agreement.

What are the reviews of CloudTalk worth? +

The rating is 4.4 out of 5 on G2 across more than 1,600 reviews, and 4.1 out of 5 on Trustpilot across 785 reviews, 66% of them five-star. The 16% of one-star reviews rarely concern calling features: they concentrate on billing, refunds and support delays. Your attention therefore belongs on the contractual clauses, not the product.

Does CloudTalk require a minimum number of licences? +

The Expert plan requires three licences minimum. The Lite, Starter and Essential plans start at one licence, but none of them allows parallel dialing on all scopes even as an add-on: check that point in writing for the plan you are considering.

Who publishes CloudTalk? +

CloudTalk is published by CloudTalk s.r.o., a Slovak company founded in 2016 in Bratislava. It claims more than 5,500 customers in over 100 countries and publishes its SOC 2 and ISO 27001 certifications.

Can this review be trusted, published by a competitor? +

We make Skipcall and we sell to the same teams as CloudTalk. You should read this page knowing that. Which is why every figure points to the price list published by the vendor, and why we acknowledge that its international number coverage and its published certifications are ahead of ours. If anything looks wrong, write to us: we will correct it and date the correction.

And where do we fit in

This page judges CloudTalk; it does not sell Skipcall. If you are at the comparison stage rather than the evaluation stage, the comparative analysis lives elsewhere and is written for that.
