The objection wall
On the phone you have three seconds to answer an objection. This wall trains you to recognise it and answer well, against the clock.
How it works
The wall has twelve bricks. Click one: it flips and reveals an objection heard on the phone, with three possible answers. You have fifteen seconds to choose. With no answer, the brick turns red, like a lost call.
After each choice the explanation appears: the right answer always applies the method from the previous lesson, acknowledge, isolate, answer short, return to the next step. The wrong answers are the ones you hear every day: arguing, apologising, giving up.
How you are scored
One point per green brick, out of twelve. Your average answer time shows at the end: under eight seconds is a good target after a few rounds. The three objections that cost you the most are listed so you can work on them.
Each round draws twelve objections out of twenty-four: play again to see the others. The lesson is marked complete after the first round, and your best score is kept.
Key takeaways
- Twelve objections, fifteen seconds each: the pace of a real phone.
- The right answer acknowledges, isolates and moves forward. It is rarely the longest one.
- Replay until you answer in under eight seconds without thinking.
