Final exam and certificate
You have gone through the stages, practised on the simulator and the objection wall. The exam checks that the method is in place. At 70%, your certificate is issued in your name.
How the exam works
Twenty single-answer questions drawn from every lesson of the track, at most three per lesson. Unlike the end-of-lesson quizzes, no explanation appears during the test: you answer, you can go back, then you hand in.
Allow about fifteen minutes. There is no hard time limit, but a discreet timer gives you a reference. Every new attempt draws different questions.
How you are graded
A correct answer is worth one point, a wrong or missing answer zero. The score is the share of correct answers out of twenty. From 70% up, you pass: you earn the lesson’s experience points and move on to the certificate.
Below that, you see your results stage by stage, the full answer key with explanations, and you can retry right away with a fresh draw. Your best score is always kept in your browser.
- The certificate carries your name, your score, the date and a unique number.
- It downloads as a PDF and adds to your LinkedIn profile in one click.
- Nothing is sent during the exam: only the details you enter for the certificate go to Skipcall.
