Ubic: reviews, pricing and full price list (2026)
Ubic dials three parallel lines and costs €200 per user per month, the price of dialers advertising five. Full price list, Paris hosting and the absence of public reviews.
The short version
- Ubic is a parallel dialer published by Positive Lab, a company registered in December 2024 in Hem, northern France, and chaired by Groupe Positive.
- The dialer launches up to three calls in parallel and automatically filters out voicemails, faxes and invalid numbers.
- The public offer rests on a single plan, Booster, at €200 per user per month on monthly billing, €180 quarterly and €160 annually, the last two paid in advance.
- Calls and recordings are hosted on Amazon Web Services, Paris region, according to the vendor's FAQ.
- As of 7 September 2026, Ubic has no public listing on G2 or Trustpilot: evaluation has to rest on a measured trial against your own lists.
Our bias, stated up front
We make Skipcall, and we sell to the same teams as Ubic. We therefore have a direct financial interest in you not choosing them.
You should read this page knowing that. It is also why it is built the way it is: every claim points to a dated public document you can open yourself. The sources are listed at the foot of the page. Nothing here rests on our word alone.
An entire section below is devoted to what Ubic does better than us, and we had no interest in writing it. If anything here looks wrong to you, write to us: we will correct it and date the correction.
Three lines at the price of five
Ubic is one of the most expensive dialers in this section, and the one opening the fewest lines. Both facts are public and deserve setting side by side.
Parallel lines
3
ceiling of the single plan
Monthly price
€200
per user, on monthly billing
Two hundred euros per user per month puts Ubic above most French parallel dialers, several of which advertise five lines for less.
That needs qualifying at once, because the qualification is real: three lines is not necessarily a bad setting. On a European list, dialing too many numbers at once burns contacts, and many teams would gain by staying at two or three. Line count is not a score.
But if you are paying the top of the market, you are entitled to expect something else in return: better detection, better number quality, real onboarding. That is what to have spelled out, rather than comparing line counts.
| Term | Price per user per month | Payment | Annual cost |
|---|---|---|---|
| Monthly | €200 | monthly | €2,400 |
| Quarterly | €180 | in advance | €2,160 |
| Annual | €160 | in advance | €1,920 |
Price list published by the vendor on 7 September 2026, excluding tax. The quarterly and annual terms are paid in advance: the 20% discount is paid for in tied-up cash.
What to do about it
Do not negotiate the line count, negotiate what the price contains. Ask for the detection rate measured on French numbers, where the outbound numbers come from, and what onboarding is planned at launch. If the answer is vague, the high price is not justified.

What the reviews of Ubic are worth
Ubic was registered in December 2024. It has, to date, no public reviews.

2024
year registered
No product listing exists on the reference review platforms as of 7 September 2026. For a vendor registered in December 2024 that is logical.
One element does soften the usual young-vendor risk: Ubic is chaired by Groupe Positive, formerly Sarbacane, an established French software player. The continuity-of-service question therefore does not arise in the same terms as for an isolated start-up.
The absence of any satisfaction measurement remains. Facing a premium price and zero reviews, the only rational approach is a measured trial: run the tool against your own lists and count the conversations per hour yourself.
What Ubic does well
Four points we would rather not write, and which are true.
Backing from Groupe Positive
Being chaired by an established French software publisher changes the nature of the risk. A buyer hesitating to entrust telephony to a two-year-old company can look at the structure behind it, and it is solid.
Calls and recordings hosted in Paris
Amazon Web Services, Paris region, for calls as well as recordings, written in the FAQ. That is a clear answer to a question many vendors dodge, and it matches ours.
Filtering of faxes and invalid numbers
Filtering voicemails is standard. Also filtering faxes and invalid numbers is much less so, and it is useful: on an older list, those dead lines eat cadence for nothing.
A single offer, with no price list to decode
One plan, three payment terms. No features split across four plans, no add-ons to bolt on. The price is high but it is legible, which is not true of every competitor in this section.
The five questions to put to them in writing
Copy these straight into an email. In writing, not on a call: a written answer is binding, a spoken one leaves no trace.
What justifies the price
“Your plan is €200 per user per month for three parallel lines, when several French competitors advertise five for less. What in your product justifies that gap: detection rate, number quality, onboarding? Please answer with measured figures.”
The detection rate
“What voicemail detection rate do you measure on French numbers, and on what volume is that figure calculated?”
Payment in advance
“The quarterly and annual terms are paid in advance. What happens if we cancel mid-term: is there a pro-rata refund?”
Included minutes
“Which destinations do the included minutes cover, and what is the rate beyond?”
Reachable references
“Your company was registered in late 2024 and has no G2 or Trustpilot listing yet. Can you put me in touch with two customers in my sector, so that I can call them?”
Who it is the right choice for, and who it is not
Ubic is a good choice if
- backing by an established French group reassures you more than a low price
- three parallel lines match your target cadence
- hosting calls and recordings in Paris is a requirement
- you prefer a single offer to a multi-plan price list
Look elsewhere if
- you are comparing the ratio between price and line count
- you do not want to tie up twelve months of subscription in advance
- you need independent reviews before you sign
- your cadence requires more than three simultaneous lines
Frequently asked questions
How much does Ubic cost in 2026? +

How many lines does Ubic dial in parallel? +
Up to three calls in parallel, with automatic filtering of voicemails, faxes and invalid numbers. That is fewer than the five lines advertised by several French competitors, but three lines is not necessarily a bad setting: on a European list, dialing too many numbers at once burns contacts.
Does Ubic have public customer reviews? +
No. As of 7 September 2026 Ubic has no public listing on G2, Trustpilot or Capterra. The publishing company was registered in December 2024. Evaluation therefore has to rest on a measured trial against your own lists and on reachable customer references.
Where is Ubic customer data hosted? +
Calls and recordings are hosted on Amazon Web Services, Paris region, according to the vendor's FAQ. The marketing site is hosted by Webflow and relies on Cloudflare, according to the legal notices.
Who publishes Ubic? +
Ubic is published by Positive Lab, a company registered in December 2024 in Hem, northern France, and chaired by Groupe Positive, formerly Sarbacane. That backing by an established French software publisher changes the nature of the continuity-of-service risk.
Can this review be trusted, published by a competitor? +
We make Skipcall, a French dialer targeting the same teams as Ubic. You should read this page knowing that. Which is why we write that its three-line ceiling is not necessarily a flaw, that its filtering of faxes and invalid numbers goes beyond the market standard, and that its Paris hosting matches ours.
And where do we fit in
This page judges Ubic; it does not sell Skipcall. If you are at the comparison stage rather than the evaluation stage, the comparative analysis lives elsewhere and is written for that.
