Ringover: reviews, pricing and full price list (2026)
Ringover's parallel dialer exists, but not in France, and it is capped at two lines. Full price list, licence minimum, twelve-month commitment and a reading of the public reviews.
The short version
- Ringover is a French company founded in 2005, published by BJT PARTNERS in Montrouge. It claims more than 14,000 business customers and over 350 staff.
- It is one of the best-rated vendors on this market: 4.6 out of 5 on G2 and 4.0 out of 5 on Trustpilot, with 70% five-star reviews.
- The parallel dialer exists, but it is a paid add-on, capped at two simultaneous calls, and available only in the United States, Spain and the United Kingdom. It is not offered in France.
- The Business and Advanced plans require three licences minimum and a twelve-month commitment: the real entry ticket on Business is therefore €132 a month on annual billing, not €44. Monthly commitment-free pricing is higher.
- Hosting is entirely French, with no transfer outside the European Union. On that specific criterion there is no gap with us, and we say so.
Our bias, stated up front
We make Skipcall, and we sell to the same teams as Ringover. We therefore have a direct financial interest in you not choosing them.
You should read this page knowing that. It is also why it is built the way it is: every claim points to a dated public document you can open yourself. The sources are listed at the foot of the page. Nothing here rests on our word alone.
An entire section below is devoted to what Ringover does better than us, and we had no interest in writing it. If anything here looks wrong to you, write to us: we will correct it and date the correction.
The dialer you cannot buy
Ringover markets a parallel dialer. It exists. But if you prospect from France you cannot use it, and that restriction does not appear on the product page.
Countries served
3
United States, Spain, United Kingdom. Not France
Simultaneous lines
2
where the market advertises four or five
The restriction is documented in the vendor's help centre, not on the commercial page. A French team choosing Ringover for its parallel dialer therefore discovers the unavailability after signing, at activation.
The second point is the cap. Two simultaneous lines is the bare minimum of what counts as a parallel dialer, and half of what specialist dialers advertise. On a European list, two lines is in fact a healthy setting, but you should know that before paying an add-on for it.
Finally, the add-on is billed on top of the plan. It does not replace one, it is added to it: the real cost calculation must include all three elements, licence, three-user minimum and add-on.
What to do about it
If you prospect from France and parallel dialing is your deciding criterion, this page stops here: the option will not be opened to you. If you want a well-rated French business phone system, the rest of the page fully concerns you and Ringover is a serious file. Simply get written confirmation, before signing, that the option is available for your numbers and calling countries.

What the reviews of Ringover are worth
Ringover is well rated, and that should be said plainly: 4.6 on G2 is one of the best ratings in the category. It is the distribution of the negative reviews that deserves reading.
G2
nearly 500 reviews
One of the best ratings in the business telephony category. Positive reviews cite interface clarity, speed of setup and the depth of the integration catalogue.
Trustpilot
1,079 reviews
70% five-star reviews, but 17% one-star. The latter almost never concern calling features, and almost always one particular moment of the relationship: entering or leaving the contract.
Rating distribution
The shape of this distribution is characteristic of the market: a large majority of satisfied customers, and a block of dissatisfied ones concentrated on a single point. Here that point is the contract, not the product.
That is consistent with the terms of sale: twelve-month commitment, renewal, three-licence minimum. A customer wanting to reduce seats mid-year, or leave before the term, hits friction the 70% of satisfied customers never encounter.
The practical conclusion is the same as for most established vendors: your risk is not functional, it is contractual. The product will keep its promises. It is the exit you need to negotiate before entering.
What Ringover does well
Four points we would rather not write, and which are true.
Hosting is French, like ours
Ringover hosts all of its data in France, with no transfer outside the European Union. On this criterion, often decisive in compliance files, there is no gap whatsoever between Ringover and Skipcall. We therefore have nothing to argue here, and we will not pretend otherwise.
4.6 on G2 is a rating few reach
Across nearly 500 reviews, that is a real and durable performance. Positive feedback is consistent on interface clarity and speed of deployment. A product that holds that for years is not a fragile one.
Twenty years of existence and rare functional depth
Founded in 2005, the company has had time to cover use cases a recent vendor has not yet reached: switchboard, routing, contact centre, integration catalogue. If your need goes beyond outbound prospecting, that depth counts.
The dialer restriction is documented
The unavailability in France is written plainly in the help centre. It is not foregrounded on the commercial page, which is a debatable communication choice, but the information is public and accessible to anyone who looks for it. Several vendors publish nothing at all.
The five questions to put to them in writing
Copy these straight into an email. In writing, not on a call: a written answer is binding, a spoken one leaves no trace.
Dialer availability for your countries
“Your help centre states that the parallel dialer is available in the United States, Spain and the United Kingdom. We prospect from France into [countries]. Will this option be available to us, and at what price? Please answer in writing.”
The real cost with the dialer
“For [N] reps on the Business plan with the parallel dialing add-on, what is the total monthly amount excluding tax, licence minimum included?”
Commitment and exit
“What is the commitment term of the proposed plan, the anniversary date, and the exact notice period to avoid renewal? In what form must the cancellation request be sent?”
Reducing seats
“If our sales headcount falls mid-year, can I reduce the number of licences billed before the anniversary, and on what conditions?”
The number of simultaneous lines
“Exactly how many simultaneous calls does the parallel dialer open, and is that number configurable?”
Who it is the right choice for, and who it is not
Ringover is a good choice if
- you want a complete French business phone system rather than a prospecting dialer
- hosting data in France is a requirement from your legal team
- your team has at least three users and accepts an annual commitment
- you need switchboard, routing or contact centre features
Look elsewhere if
- you prospect from France and want parallel dialing
- two simultaneous lines are not enough for your cadence
- you refuse the twelve-month commitment and the three-licence minimum
- you want the dialer included rather than sold as an add-on
Frequently asked questions
How much does Ringover cost in 2026? +
Three plans are published on annual billing: Smart at €21 per user per month, Business at €44 and Advanced at €54. The Business and Advanced plans require three licences minimum and a twelve-month commitment: the real entry ticket on Business is therefore €132 a month, plus the parallel dialing add-on if it is available to you. Monthly commitment-free pricing is higher than these figures.
Is Ringover’s parallel dialer available in France? +
No. As of 7 September 2026 the vendor's help centre states that the parallel dialer is available in the United States, Spain and the United Kingdom. It is not offered in France. The option is also billed on top of the plan and capped at two simultaneous calls. If parallel dialing from France is your deciding criterion, get this confirmed in writing before signing anything.
What are the reviews of Ringover worth? +
They are good, and on a substantial volume: 4.6 out of 5 on G2 across nearly 500 reviews, 4.0 out of 5 on Trustpilot across 1,079 reviews, 70% of them five-star. The 17% of one-star reviews on Trustpilot almost never concern calling features: they concentrate on entering and leaving the contract, that is, commitment, renewal and reducing seat counts.
Where is Ringover customer data hosted? +
In France, in data centres on French soil, with no transfer outside the European Union according to the vendor's GDPR page. It is a point on which Ringover meets the strictest requirements, and on which we have no advantage to claim: Skipcall also hosts in France.
Does Ringover require a commitment? +
The Business and Advanced plans are offered with a twelve-month commitment and a three-licence minimum on annual billing. Monthly commitment-free pricing exists at a higher rate. Before signing, get the anniversary date, the notice period and the conditions for reducing seats mid-contract in writing.
Who publishes Ringover? +
Ringover is published by BJT PARTNERS, headquartered in Montrouge. The company was founded in 2005 by Jean-Samuel Najnudel and Renaud Charvet. It claims more than 14,000 business customers and over 350 staff, and raised €20 million in a Series B led by Orange Ventures among others.
Can this review be trusted, published by a competitor? +
We make Skipcall and we sell to the same teams as Ringover. We therefore have a direct commercial interest in you choosing us. Which is why every claim points to a dated public source, and why we explicitly acknowledge that Ringover's French hosting leaves us no advantage on that criterion. If anything looks wrong, write to us: we will correct it and date the correction.
And where do we fit in
This page judges Ringover; it does not sell Skipcall. If you are at the comparison stage rather than the evaluation stage, the comparative analysis lives elsewhere and is written for that.
