Reviews and pricing

JustCall: reviews, pricing and full price list (2026)

JustCall publishes its pricing, except for the prospecting dialer, sold in a separate offer on request. Full price list, Delaware law, US hosting and a reading of the reviews.

The short version

  • JustCall is published by SaaS Labs US, Inc., a Delaware company based in San Francisco, with a second head office in Noida, India.
  • Public plans start at $29 per licence per month, with a two-licence minimum. They do not include the prospecting dialer.
  • The dialer belongs to a separate offer, the Sales Suite, sold on request. That is precisely the component you came for, and the only one whose price is not published.
  • The contract is governed by the law of the State of Delaware and grants exclusive jurisdiction to its courts: a dispute is settled in the United States.
  • Its rating is 4.3 out of 5 on G2 and 3.8 out of 5 on Trustpilot, with 75% five-star and 18% one-star reviews.

Our bias, stated up front

We make Skipcall, and we sell to the same teams as JustCall. We therefore have a direct financial interest in you not choosing them.

You should read this page knowing that. It is also why it is built the way it is: every claim points to a dated public document you can open yourself. The sources are listed at the foot of the page. Nothing here rests on our word alone.

An entire section below is devoted to what JustCall does better than us, and we had no interest in writing it. If anything here looks wrong to you, write to us: we will correct it and date the correction.

Public pricing stops before prospecting

JustCall is among the vendors that publish a price list. That is welcome, and it is incomplete: the only offer whose price is missing is the one containing the dialer.

Published plans

$29 to $49

per licence per month, no dialer

Sales Suite

On request

the offer that contains the dialer

The consequence is simple: the public price list is of no use to you if you are looking for a prospecting tool. It gives you the price of telephony, not of the product you are evaluating.

It is a widespread commercial practice with a rationale: prospecting offers are sold with onboarding, and therefore with negotiating room. But it produces a side effect you pay for: you compare an advertised $29 against competitors advertising €89 or €140, when the two figures do not cover the same scope.

Add the two-licence minimum on the public plans, and the real entry ticket for the base product is $58 a month, with no prospecting features at all.

What to do about it

Do not waste time on the public price list: ask straight away for the Sales Suite price for your rep count, before any demonstration. And clarify what moves between the two: if you have to stack a telephony plan and the prospecting offer, the total has nothing to do with the advertised $29.

What the reviews of JustCall are worth

JustCall has one of the best-documented review corpora in the category. Its distribution follows the pattern that is by now familiar.

G2

4.3 / 5

over 2,300 reviews

The volume places JustCall among the best-documented listings in the category. Positive feedback covers the breadth of scope, CRM integrations and speed of setup.

Trustpilot

3.8 / 5

728 reviews

75% five-star and 18% one-star reviews. The negative ones rarely concern features and most often billing, cancellation terms and access to support.

Rating distribution

5 ★ 75 %
4 ★ 4 %
3 ★ 1 %
2 ★ 2 %
1 ★ 18 %

2,300 reviews on G2 is a corpus to take seriously: at that volume, a 4.3 rating is no accident. The product does what it says, and its multichannel scope is real.

The 18% of one-star Trustpilot reviews outline the same risk as most established vendors: the exit. Cancellation, billing, access to support.

One element specific to JustCall compounds it, and it is not trivial: the contract is governed by Delaware law, with exclusive jurisdiction of its courts. A commercial dispute that cannot be settled amicably is not settled before a French court. That is not a reason to walk away, it is a reason to lock the exit clauses in writing before signing.

What JustCall does well

Four points we would rather not write, and which are true.

The multichannel scope is genuinely broad

Calls, SMS and WhatsApp in one tool, with deep CRM integrations. For a team working prospects across several channels that breadth is a concrete advantage, and we do not cover WhatsApp.

2,300 G2 reviews, the best-documented corpus on this market

At that volume the rating stops being an impression and becomes a measurement. A buyer who wants to read fifty detailed accounts before deciding will find material at JustCall that no European vendor in this category can offer.

The telephony price list is published

Even incomplete, it exists, with its tiers and its licence minimum. Several competitors publish nothing at all: on this point JustCall is more transparent than its market average.

Data transfers are documented

Hosting is in the United States, but transfers from Europe are covered by standard contractual clauses, and the help centre documents GDPR compliance. That is an explicit legal framework, not silence.

The five questions to put to them in writing

Copy these straight into an email. In writing, not on a call: a written answer is binding, a spoken one leaves no trace.

01

The Sales Suite price

“We are looking for a prospecting dialer for [N] reps. What is the Sales Suite rate for that configuration, and do we need to add a telephony plan on top? Please answer in writing before we commit to a demonstration.”
02

The exact scope of each offer

“Which features move from the Pro plan to the Sales Suite? Does a Sales Suite user also get SMS and WhatsApp, or do the two subscriptions have to be stacked?”
03

Governing law

“Your terms provide for Delaware law and the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts. Do you accept a French law clause or European arbitration for our contract?”
04

Where recordings are hosted

“Where are call recordings and transcripts stored for a French customer? Please send me the data processing agreement and the applicable standard contractual clauses.”
05

Cancellation

“What are the exact cancellation terms during an annual commitment, the notice period, and the required form of the request?”

Who it is the right choice for, and who it is not

JustCall is a good choice if

  • you work prospects across several channels, calls, SMS and WhatsApp
  • you want to read a large volume of detailed reviews before deciding
  • American governing law is not an obstacle in your buying process
  • your CRM integrations are your first technical criterion

Look elsewhere if

  • you want the dialer price before committing to a sales cycle
  • your recordings must stay in Europe
  • your legal team refuses exclusive jurisdiction outside France
  • you are comparing prices and want to avoid stacking two subscriptions

Frequently asked questions

How much does JustCall cost in 2026? +

Public plans start at $29 per licence per month on annual billing with a two-licence minimum, so $58 a month, rising to $49 for the Pro plan. None of these plans contains the prospecting dialer: that belongs to the Sales Suite, a separate offer sold on request with no published figure. The public price list therefore tells you nothing about the price of the product you are evaluating if you want a dialer.

Does JustCall offer a prospecting dialer? +

Yes, in a separate offer called the Sales Suite, containing the dialing modes and answering machine detection. That offer is sold on request: it is the only part of the catalogue whose price is not public. Ask for that figure in writing before committing to a demonstration cycle.

What law governs a JustCall contract? +

The terms and conditions provide for the law of the State of Delaware and grant exclusive jurisdiction to its courts. In practice, a commercial dispute that cannot be settled amicably will not be settled before a French court. That is not disqualifying, but it justifies locking the cancellation and refund clauses in writing before signing.

Where is JustCall customer data hosted? +

JustCall states that it hosts its service and stores call recordings in data centres located in the United States. Transfers from Europe are covered by standard contractual clauses, and the help centre documents GDPR compliance. For a compliance file, request the data processing agreement and the applicable clauses.

What are the reviews of JustCall worth? +

The rating is 4.3 out of 5 on G2 across more than 2,300 reviews, one of the best-documented corpora in the category, and 3.8 out of 5 on Trustpilot across 728 reviews, 75% five-star and 18% one-star. Negative reviews concern billing, cancellation terms and access to support, rarely the features.

Who publishes JustCall? +

JustCall is published by SaaS Labs US, Inc., a Delaware company based in San Francisco, with a second head office in Noida, India. SaaS Labs raised $42 million in a Series B in January 2022.

Can this review be trusted, published by a competitor? +

We make Skipcall and we sell to the same teams as JustCall. You should read this page knowing that. Which is why we acknowledge that its multichannel scope exceeds ours, that we do not cover WhatsApp, and that its review corpus is richer than anything we can show. Every claim points to a dated public source.

And where do we fit in

This page judges JustCall; it does not sell Skipcall. If you are at the comparison stage rather than the evaluation stage, the comparative analysis lives elsewhere and is written for that.
