Reviews and pricing

Allo: reviews, pricing and full price list (2026)

Allo is built to receive calls, not to make them. Comparing it to a prospecting dialer means comparing two different trades. Full price list and reviews.

The short version

  • Allo is published by The Mobile-First Company (MOBILE-FIRST SAS), registered in Créteil under number 978 534 543, with its French head office in Vincennes.
  • The product is built around receiving calls: AI receptionist, round-the-clock switchboard, voice menu, routing.
  • On the outbound side, Allo offers a power dialer billed at €50 per month per team, which calls one number at a time. It is not a parallel dialer.
  • The Business plan is advertised at €35 per user per month on annual billing, €45 monthly. The AI receptionist is billed at the price of one extra Business seat.
  • The company announced a $12 million raise on 30 October 2025, led by Base10 Partners and Lightspeed Venture Partners.

Our bias, stated up front

We make Skipcall, and we sell to the same teams as Allo. We therefore have a direct financial interest in you not choosing them.

You should read this page knowing that. It is also why it is built the way it is: every claim points to a dated public document you can open yourself. The sources are listed at the foot of the page. Nothing here rests on our word alone.

An entire section below is devoted to what Allo does better than us, and we had no interest in writing it. If anything here looks wrong to you, write to us: we will correct it and date the correction.

Wrong casting: this is an inbound calling tool

Allo appears in telephony software comparisons, and rightly so. It also appears in prospecting dialer comparisons, and there it is a category error that costs buyers time.

What Allo does

Receive

AI receptionist, switchboard, voice menu, routing

On the outbound side

1 line

a power dialer calling one number at a time

The heart of the product is an AI receptionist that answers on your behalf, qualifies the call and routes it. That is a whole trade, it is well executed, and it has nothing to do with outbound prospecting.

The power dialer exists, at €50 a month per team, which is modest. But it calls one number at a time: it saves the seconds of manual dialing, not the minutes lost in voicemails. It is a convenience, not a productivity lever.

The practical consequence is simple: if your need is to make more outbound calls a day, Allo does not answer the question. If it is to stop missing inbound calls, no prospecting dialer will answer yours, ours included.

What to do about it

Decide first which side of the phone your problem sits on. If it is inbound, compare Allo to other reception solutions, not to dialers. If it is outbound, this page has just saved you a sales meeting. And if it is both, know that no vendor does both well: you will need two tools.

Annual billing. €45 per user per month on monthly billing.

€50 per month per team, power dialer

Pricing page of withallo.com

Billed per team rather than per user, which is favourable. Calls one number at a time: it is not a parallel dialer.

Billed at the price of one extra Business seat, so €35 a month on annual billing.

What the reviews of Allo are worth

Allo is a young vendor, and its public review corpus reflects that: it is too thin to base a decision on.

Trustpilot

4.1 / 5

22 reviews

The profile is flagged as unclaimed by the company, and Trustpilot notes that the vendor does not invite customers to leave reviews. The rating exists, but it rests on a small and unsolicited sample.

Capterra

0 reviews

listing with no feedback

The product listing exists and describes the functional scope, but carries no user review. It is therefore impossible to cross-check two platforms, as you would for a vendor established for ten years.

Twenty-two reviews on an unclaimed profile is little, but it is not nothing: an unsolicited profile collects spontaneous feedback, so feedback less likely to have been prompted by the vendor. On that basis, an unsolicited 4.1 is worth more than a 4.8 obtained by systematic chasing.

The inability to cross-check two platforms remains the real limit. You cannot verify whether the product experience and the contractual experience diverge, which is precisely what separates good files from bad ones on this market.

The $12 million raise announced on 30 October 2025, led by Base10 Partners and Lightspeed Venture Partners, does provide a partial answer on continuity of service: the vendor has the means to last a few years.

What Allo does well

Four points we would rather not write, and which are true.

The AI receptionist is a real product

Answering, qualifying and routing an inbound call automatically is technically hard, and Allo made it its core trade rather than a bolted-on feature. We offer nothing comparable, and we are not trying to.

The power dialer is billed per team

Fifty euros a month for the whole team, not per user. On a market where everything is billed per seat, that is a notable exception, and it makes the add-on painless for a team of ten.

Recent and solid funding

Twelve million dollars led by Base10 Partners and Lightspeed Venture Partners in October 2025. For a vendor of this size, that is a concrete answer to the durability question.

An unsolicited review profile

The Trustpilot profile is unclaimed and the vendor does not invite customers to leave reviews. The 4.1 rating is therefore spontaneous. Many better-rated vendors owe their figure to systematic prompting after every successful interaction.

The five questions to put to them in writing

Copy these straight into an email. In writing, not on a call: a written answer is binding, a spoken one leaves no trace.

01

Number of outbound lines

“Does your power dialer call one number at a time, or several in parallel? Is there a parallel dialing option, and what would it cost?”
02

Full cost with the receptionist

“For [N] Business users with the receptionist and the power dialer, what is the total monthly amount excluding tax on annual billing?”
03

Scope of the automation

“What exactly does the AI receptionist do when it does not understand a request, and what transfer-to-human rate do you observe on average?”
04

Reachable references

“Your Trustpilot profile has 22 reviews and your Capterra listing none. Can you put me in touch with two customers in my sector and at my size, so that I can call them?”
05

Where recordings are hosted

“Where are call recordings and transcripts stored for a French customer? Please send me the data processing agreement and the list of sub-processors.”

Who it is the right choice for, and who it is not

Allo is a good choice if

  • your problem is to stop missing inbound calls
  • you want an automated receptionist rather than a classic switchboard
  • outbound calling is occasional and a simple dialer is enough
  • you are equipping a small organisation with no dedicated telephony function

Look elsewhere if

  • your problem is making more outbound calls a day
  • you need parallel dialing: Allo calls one number at a time
  • you want to cross-check several review platforms before signing
  • your sales team spends most of its day making calls

Frequently asked questions

How much does Allo cost in 2026? +

The Business plan is advertised at €35 per user per month on annual billing, or €45 on monthly billing. The AI receptionist is billed at the price of one extra Business seat. The power dialer, which calls one number at a time, costs €50 a month for the whole team rather than per user.

Is Allo a telephone prospecting tool? +

No, not in the sense sales teams mean. The product is built around receiving calls: AI receptionist, round-the-clock switchboard, voice menu, routing. On the outbound side it offers a power dialer that calls one number at a time, which saves the seconds of manual dialing but not the minutes lost in voicemails.

Does Allo offer a parallel dialer? +

No. Its power dialer calls a single number at a time. If your goal is to increase conversations per hour, it is not the right product: you need a parallel dialer, which opens several lines at once and filters out voicemails.

What are the reviews of Allo worth? +

The corpus is thin: 4.1 out of 5 on Trustpilot across 22 reviews, on a profile unclaimed by the company, and no reviews on the Capterra listing. An unsolicited profile collects spontaneous feedback, which is rather a mark of sincerity, but the sample is too small to base a decision on and it is impossible to cross-check two platforms.

Who publishes Allo? +

Allo is published by The Mobile-First Company (MOBILE-FIRST SAS), registered in Créteil under number 978 534 543, with its French head office in Vincennes. The company announced a $12 million raise on 30 October 2025, led by Base10 Partners and Lightspeed Venture Partners.

Can this review be trusted, published by a competitor? +

We make Skipcall. We are not really competitors of Allo, since its trade is the inbound call and ours the outbound one, but our names cross in the same comparisons. You should read this page knowing that. Which is why we write that its automated receptionist is a real product we do not know how to build, and that the question to settle is what you need, not which tool is best.

And where do we fit in

This page judges Allo; it does not sell Skipcall. If you are at the comparison stage rather than the evaluation stage, the comparative analysis lives elsewhere and is written for that.
