Quicktalk: reviews, pricing and full price list (2026)
Three different figures circulate on Quicktalk's site for the same offer: €24, €15 and €19. What they cover, and why this phone system contains no prospecting dialer.
The short version
- Quicktalk is published by BJT Partners, the company behind Ringover, registered in Nanterre under number 480 234 210 and based in Montrouge.
- The offer is an all-inclusive phone system for very small organisations: one number, unlimited calls, voice menu, greetings, opening hours, transcription and a voice assistant. It contains no prospecting dialer.
- The public rate is €24 excluding tax per user per month on monthly payment, or €15 on annual payment. The home page, meanwhile, highlights an entry point at €19 excluding tax a month with three users included.
- On Trustpilot the rating is 4.2 out of 5 across 340 reviews, with 85% five-star. On the App Store it is 4.5 out of 5 across 146 ratings.
- Data is hosted in France, with Telehouse, Equinix and Scaleway, like ours. On that criterion the two solutions are level.
Our bias, stated up front
We make Skipcall, and we sell to the same teams as Quicktalk. We therefore have a direct financial interest in you not choosing them.
You should read this page knowing that. It is also why it is built the way it is: every claim points to a dated public document you can open yourself. The sources are listed at the foot of the page. Nothing here rests on our word alone.
An entire section below is devoted to what Quicktalk does better than us, and we had no interest in writing it. If anything here looks wrong to you, write to us: we will correct it and date the correction.
Three advertised prices for the same offer
Quicktalk has only one offer, which is a virtue. It is presented with three different figures depending on the page you land on, which is less so.
Pricing page, monthly
€24
excluding tax, per user per month
Pricing page, annual
€15
excluding tax, per user per month
Home page
€19
excluding tax a month, three users included
The first two figures explain themselves easily: the classic gap between monthly payment and annual commitment, at €180 a year per user.
The third is of another nature. Nineteen euros a month for three users works out at €6.33 per user, less than half the annual rate shown on the dedicated page. The two figures cannot describe the same thing.
It is probably not a trap but a launch offer or a bundle not detailed elsewhere. The fact remains that you cannot work out your invoice by reading the site, and that is the first thing to get in writing.
What to do about it
One sentence by email is enough: ask for the amount excluding tax billed for your exact user count, monthly and annual, and which offer the €19 on the home page corresponds to. And remember the essential point: whatever the answer, this offer contains no prospecting dialer.

What the reviews of Quicktalk are worth
Three hundred and forty reviews for a vendor of this size is a solid corpus, and it is consistent with the mobile app rating.
Trustpilot
340 reviews
Ease of setup, price and the responsiveness of the account manager at onboarding recur constantly in positive reviews. The distribution is polarised, and the negative ones almost all concern the contractual relationship.
App Store
146 ratings
The mobile app is the heart of usage for a sole trader or a team of three: it is what presents the business number on outbound calls. Its rating is better than that of the service as a whole.
Rating distribution
Eighty-five per cent five-star is a very high proportion, and it matches a simple product that does what it says: a professional number on a mobile, with decent call handling.
That the mobile app is rated higher than the service overall is telling: for a sole trader, the app is the product. The rest, billing and administration, is what disappoints the 11%.
One piece of useful context: Quicktalk belongs to the same group as Ringover, whose Trustpilot rating is 4.0 with 17% one-star reviews. The two brands share a publisher and a comparable grievance profile, concentrated on entering and leaving the contract.
What Quicktalk does well
Four points we would rather not write, and which are true.
French hosting, like ours
Telehouse, Equinix and Scaleway, in France. On data location there is no gap between Quicktalk and us, so we have nothing to argue here.
A single offer, with no price list to decode
One plan, all inclusive. On a market where most vendors offer three to seven plans with features spread across them, that simplicity is a genuine service to the buyer.
A 4.5 rating on the App Store
Across 146 ratings, for an app that is the heart of usage for a sole trader. That is better than the overall service rating, which indicates the product itself keeps its promises.
The solidity of the Ringover group
Published by BJT Partners, the company behind Ringover, founded in 2005. For a very small organisation worried about its carrier disappearing, that is a guarantee few players in this segment can offer.
The five questions to put to them in writing
Copy these straight into an email. In writing, not on a call: a written answer is binding, a spoken one leaves no trace.
The price that actually applies
“Your pricing page shows €24 excluding tax per user per month monthly and €15 annually. Your home page shows €19 excluding tax a month with three users included. For [N] users, what amount excluding tax will I be billed, and which offer does the €19 correspond to?”
List dialing
“Does your offer allow importing a contact list and chaining calls automatically? If not, is there an add-on or a group product that does?”
Number porting
“What is the procedure and the lead time to port my existing numbers to Quicktalk, and to port them to another carrier if I cancel?”
Renewal
“What is the commitment term on annual payment, the anniversary date and the non-renewal notice period?”
Getting your data back
“In what format and within what timeframe can I recover my recordings, transcripts and call history at the end of the contract?”
Who it is the right choice for, and who it is not
Quicktalk is a good choice if
- you are a sole trader or a team of fewer than five
- you want a professional number on your mobile with decent call handling
- hosting data in France is a requirement
- you prefer a single offer to a seven-plan price list
Look elsewhere if
- you are looking for a prospecting dialer: the offer contains none
- your sales team spends the day making calls
- you need contact centre or advanced routing features
- you want to be able to work out your invoice from the site
Frequently asked questions

Three figures appear on the site. The pricing page shows €24 excluding tax per user per month on monthly payment, and €15 on annual payment, so €180 a year per user. These figures do not describe the same thing: ask in writing for the amount applying to your exact user count.
Does Quicktalk offer a prospecting dialer? +
No. The offer is an all-inclusive phone system for very small organisations: one number, unlimited calls, voice menu, greetings, opening hours, transcription and a voice assistant. It contains no list import or automatic call chaining feature.
What are the reviews of Quicktalk worth? +
The rating is 4.2 out of 5 on Trustpilot across 340 reviews, with 85% five-star, and 4.5 out of 5 on the App Store across 146 ratings. Who publishes Quicktalk? +

Where is Quicktalk customer data hosted? +
In France, with Telehouse, Equinix and Scaleway, according to the data processing agreement published by the vendor. On that criterion Quicktalk meets the strictest requirements of French compliance files.
Can this review be trusted, published by a competitor? +
We make Skipcall. We do not target the same customers as Quicktalk, which addresses sole traders and very small organisations, but our names cross in telephony comparisons. You should read this page knowing that. Which is why we write that its French hosting matches ours and that the simplicity of its single offer is a genuine service to the buyer.
And where do we fit in
This page judges Quicktalk; it does not sell Skipcall. If you are at the comparison stage rather than the evaluation stage, the comparative analysis lives elsewhere and is written for that.
