What moves the cost per meeting (Kaspr)

One change at a time, everything else equal.

- Match rate 55% → 65% No change
- Wrong numbers 10% → 5% −5%
- Pickup per dial 14% → 17% −15%
- Call attempts 3 → 4 −20%

Match rate barely moves this cost because only numbers found are billed: a lower match means more contacts burned from your list, not more spend per meeting. Accuracy and dialing are the real levers.

## How to read a price per credit

Phone data providers rarely sell numbers. They sell credits, and each one decides how many credits a number costs: 1 at Kaspr, Surfe or UpLead, 5 at Lusha and LeadMagic, 8 at Apollo, 10 at FullEnrich, Zeliq, Prospeo and Pharow, 30 at Datagma. A plan with 3,000 credits can therefore buy 3,000 mobiles or 100. The only honest comparison starts by converting everything into the cost of one mobile found: plan price divided by the credits included, multiplied by the credits a mobile consumes.

Two more details change the bill. Some providers bill a lookup only when a number comes back, others bill every attempt. And a few keep a separate, much smaller pool of phone credits next to a generous email allowance, which is how a plan advertised with thousands of credits ends up revealing fifty phone numbers a month.

## Why cost per mobile is still the wrong number to compare

A mobile found is not a conversation. Between the two, part of the numbers are wrong or dead, and a working mobile still has to pick up. With a 55% match rate, 10% bad numbers, a 14% pickup rate per dial and three attempts, fewer than one contact in five you pay to enrich turns into a conversation. That ratio, more than the sticker price, decides what a meeting costs.

This is why the calculator works backwards from meetings. It also shows something most buyers miss: when a provider bills only the numbers it finds, its match rate barely changes your data cost per meeting. A low match burns more of your list, which matters on a small market, but the spend per meeting is driven by the price of a mobile and by how many of those mobiles are wrong. A provider that is 20% cheaper per mobile but returns twice as many dead numbers loses.

The levers after the data are just as large. In the default example, one more call attempt per contact cuts the data cost per meeting by about 20%, more than switching from Lusha to Kaspr (about 16%). Enter your own trial results per provider to see which effect wins on your target.

## What the main providers charge for a phone number

Figures as checked on November 6, 2026. Prices change often: each line of the table links to the provider’s own pricing page.

### Lusha pricing and credits

Lusha has a permanent Free plan (40 credits a month), then Pro at $69.90 a month for 600 credits, shared by 2 seats. A phone reveal costs 5 credits, an email 1, and a phone found through Lusha’s waterfall 8. Nothing is charged when no number comes back. That puts a Lusha mobile at about $0.58 on monthly Pro. Wrong numbers are refunded only on request.

### Apollo credits for mobile numbers

Apollo prices per seat: Basic is $49 a month billed annually with 30,000 credits per seat a year. A mobile number costs 8 credits, an email 1, HQ numbers nothing, and nothing is charged when no mobile comes back. That is about $0.16 a mobile if every credit goes to phones, the lowest of the seat-based tools. Mobile credits are not refunded.

### Kaspr pricing

Kaspr keeps a dedicated phone credit pool: 100 per seat a month on Starter ($49 billed annually, $65 monthly, or €45 and €59). One phone credit reveals a contact’s numbers, so a mobile costs about $0.49, but 100 a month is small for a rep who dials all day.

### Cognism pricing

Cognism publishes no price for its Grow and Elevate packages: you book a demo. It sells licenses and add-ons with access under a fair-use policy rather than per-number credits, and says it charges no hidden platform fee. An older Cognism article quoted packages from $12,750 a year with 5 seats; treat that as a floor to negotiate from, not a current price.

### ZoomInfo pricing

ZoomInfo now presents itself as free to start, with ZoomInfo Lite, and sells paid use on consumption credits through sales rather than fixed seat tiers. One credit covers one exported contact, phone or email alike, and credits do not roll over. Buyers report entry contracts around $15,000 a year, which only pays off if you use its wider company and intent data.

### Waterfall providers: FullEnrich, LeadMagic, Clay

Waterfall tools query several databases in turn and bill only what they find: FullEnrich 10 credits per mobile from $29 a month, LeadMagic 5 credits on its $99 plan. Clay resells many providers; its docs put a fully enriched record at 6 to 20 data credits, on top of the platform plan. See our waterfall enrichment comparison for how they differ.

## The traps hidden in phone data pricing

- ### Credits that expire

Rollover rules differ widely: Zeliq credits never expire, Lusha and LeadMagic bank up to twice the allowance on monthly plans, FullEnrich keeps them 3 months (12 on annual plans), while Apollo credits, LeadMagic annual credits, ZoomInfo credits and RocketReach annual exports do not roll over. Buying a big plan for a campaign you run once a quarter means paying for credits you will never use.

- ### Empty lookups billed

Most self-serve providers bill only a number found, but not all, and some workflow tools bill every attempt. On a 50% match rate, billing empty lookups doubles the cost of each number.

- ### Wrong numbers you still pay for

A number found is billed even if it rings a switchboard or a former employee. Refunds, when they exist, are on request and capped. Track your wrong numbers: it is the only way to claim and to compare providers.

- ### A separate phone pool

Generous email credits often hide a small phone allowance. Read the line about mobile or phone credits before the headline number.

- ### Annual minimums and auto-renewal

Quote-only providers sign annual contracts, sometimes with a platform fee, a seat minimum and a renewal notice of 60 to 90 days. Put the cancellation date in your calendar the day you sign.

- ### Seats versus credits

Per-seat plans multiply the allowance by the number of reps, but credits are rarely shared between seats. A manager who enriches lists for the whole team may need a different plan from the reps who only reveal on demand.

## How this table was built

Same method for every provider, so that the numbers can be compared.

1. 1

   ### The cheapest plan that includes phones

Some entry plans give emails only (RocketReach Essentials, for example). We take the first plan where phone numbers are included, at the price the vendor publishes, and say whether it is billed monthly or annually.

2. 2

   ### Credits per mobile from the vendor

Taken from the vendor’s pricing page, help center or documentation for 12 of the 18 rows; each row links to that page under Details. The others are marked Cross-checked: the vendor does not publish the figure, so it comes from several dated 2026 comparisons.

3. 3

   ### One formula for the cost

Plan price ÷ credits included × credits per mobile. When a vendor sells on quote or as fair-use unlimited, we do not compute a cost: the row gives the reported order of magnitude and why.

4. 4

   ### Dated and reviewed every quarter

Every price on this page was checked on November 6, 2026. If you spot a change, the provider’s pricing page wins: tell us and we update the table.

## Check before you buy

Take 100 contacts that look like your real target, not your easy one, and run them through two or three free trials. Count three things: mobiles returned, numbers that actually reach the right person, and conversations once you call them. Then put those rates into the calculator above with each provider’s price.

On the vendor side, open the pricing page and the help center article on credits. Look for four lines: credits per phone number, what happens when nothing is found, whether credits roll over, and how wrong numbers are handled. If one of them is missing, ask sales to put it in writing.

## Phone enrichment pricing: frequently asked questions

**How much does a B2B mobile number cost?**

On public self-serve plans checked on November 6, 2026, one mobile found costs from about $0.10 (LeadMagic, API-oriented) and $0.16 (Apollo Basic) to about $1.20 (Pharow, priced in euros), with most providers between $0.25 and $0.80. Quote-only providers such as Cognism and ZoomInfo price access by contract instead; buyers report entry contracts around $15,000 a year for ZoomInfo.

**How many credits does Lusha charge for a phone number?**

Lusha charges 5 credits for a phone reveal and 1 for an email, 8 credits when the phone comes from its waterfall, and nothing when no number is found, according to its pricing and help pages. Some third-party pages quote 10 credits: check the pricing page of your own plan.

**How many Apollo credits does a mobile number cost?**

Apollo charges 8 credits for a mobile number and 1 for an email, and nothing when no mobile comes back; HQ numbers are free. Basic includes 30,000 credits per seat a year, so up to about 310 mobiles per seat a month if you spend everything on phones. Your plan’s exact rates are listed in Apollo under Settings, Credits. Mobile credits are not refunded.

**Is Kaspr cheaper than Lusha?**

Per mobile, they are close: about $0.49 on Kaspr Starter billed annually against about $0.58 on Lusha Pro billed monthly. The difference is volume and shape: Kaspr gives 100 phone credits per seat a month, Lusha Pro 600 credits, or 120 phones, shared by the account. Since both bill only numbers found, the accuracy of those numbers on your market matters more than this gap: test both on the same 100 contacts.

**Why doesn’t Cognism publish its prices?**

Cognism, like ZoomInfo, SalesIntel and Seamless.AI, sells annual contracts on quote. The price depends on seats, regions and add-ons, under a fair-use policy rather than a cost per number. To compare it here, divide your quote by the mobiles you expect to reveal in a year and enter that in “Your own price” with 1 credit per mobile.

**How many mobile numbers do I get per month on each plan?**

Divide the plan’s credits by the credits a mobile costs. On the entry plans checked here: Surfe Essential 50 per seat, Zeliq Starter 75 per seat, Kaspr Starter 100 per seat, Datagma Regular 100, Lusha Pro 120 per account, UpLead Essentials 170, Prospeo Starter 200 per seat, Apollo Basic about 310 per seat, LeadMagic Essential 1,000. The table shows the figure under each credit count.

**What is a good cost per conversation for phone data?**

With typical assumptions (55% match, 10% bad numbers, 14% pickup per dial, three attempts), data costs from about $0.30 to $3.70 per live conversation on public self-serve plans, and roughly $3 to $37 per meeting at a 10% meeting rate. If you pay much more, look first at wrong numbers and at how many times you call each contact before switching vendor.

**Do providers refund wrong phone numbers?**

Rarely automatically. Lusha assesses refunds on request after you report the number; Apollo states that mobile credits are not refunded; most others do not publish a policy. A provider that bills only numbers found already protects you from empty lookups, not from wrong ones.
