# Connect Pipedrive to Skipcall

Copy your personal API token from Pipedrive, paste it into Skipcall, then set up how contacts, tasks, and calls sync with your CRM.

Updated on October 27, 2026

Pipedrive connects to Skipcall with your personal API token: you copy it from Pipedrive, then paste it into **Configuration > Integrations**. A wizard then walks you through the sync settings.

## Before you start

- You need API access on your Pipedrive account.
- You need to be an admin of the Skipcall workspace you’re connecting.

## Step 1: copy your token from Pipedrive

1. In Pipedrive, click your avatar or name in the top-right corner.
2. Open **Personal preferences**.
3. Go to the **API** tab.
4. Copy your personal API token.

## Step 2: paste the token into Skipcall

1. In Skipcall, click **Configuration** in the left menu.
2. Open the **Integrations** tab.
3. On the **Pipedrive** card, click **Connect**.
4. Paste your token and confirm.

## Step 3: set up the sync

The setup wizard opens:

1. **Contacts**: map each Skipcall field to a Pipedrive field.
2. **Users**: click **Auto-map by email** to link your Skipcall members to their Pipedrive users.
3. **Tasks**: choose whether to import your Pipedrive tasks.
4. **Calls**: choose whether to attach your call recordings in Pipedrive.
5. **Sync**: review the summary, then start the sync.

## Monitor and manage the integration

In **Configuration > Integrations**, the Pipedrive card shows its status and the **Last sync** date. The gear icon opens the management screen:

- **Force a sync**, with the **Sync** button;
- **Configure**, to revisit your settings;
- **Disconnect integration**: your contacts are kept but no longer synced;
- the **Sync history**, with each run’s status and any error message.

## FAQ

### An Invalid key badge shows on the Pipedrive card

Your token is no longer accepted: it may have been regenerated or revoked in Pipedrive. Copy your personal API token again (step 1), then reconnect the integration. While the connection is in error, **Sync** and **Configure** stay grayed out.

### Do I need to connect Pipedrive in every workspace?

Yes. Integrations are set per workspace, so connect Pipedrive in each workspace that should sync.

### The sync keeps failing

Open the gear icon and read the error message in the **Sync history**. Reconnect if needed, then run **Force a sync**. If it still fails, reach out to the Skipcall team through the chat.
