# Connect Attio to Skipcall

Connect Attio to Skipcall by authorizing access from Configuration > Integrations, then set up your sync preferences in the wizard.

Updated on October 27, 2026

Attio connects to Skipcall through secure authorization (OAuth): there’s no key to copy, you simply grant access in an Attio window. A wizard then walks you through the sync settings.

## Before you start

- Your Attio account needs permission to install integrations.
- You need to be an admin of the Skipcall workspace you’re connecting.

## Step 1: start the connection

1. In Skipcall, click **Configuration** in the left menu.
2. Open the **Integrations** tab.
3. On the **Attio** card, click **Sign in**.

## Step 2: authorize Skipcall in Attio

1. In the window that opens, sign in to Attio.
2. Grant the access Skipcall requests.

You’re then taken back to Skipcall, on the setup wizard.

## Step 3: set up the sync

1. **Contacts**: map each Skipcall field to an Attio field. To skip a field, choose **Don’t sync**.
2. **Users**: click **Auto-map by email** to link your Skipcall members to their Attio users.
3. **Tasks**: choose whether to import your Attio tasks.
4. **Calls**: choose whether to attach your call recordings in Attio.
5. **Sync**: review the summary, then click **Start sync**.

## Manage or disconnect Attio

In **Configuration > Integrations**, Attio’s gear icon opens the management screen:

- **Last sync** and the number of **Synced contacts**;
- **Force a sync**, with the **Sync** button;
- **Configure**, to revisit your settings;
- **Disconnect integration**: your contacts are kept but no longer synced;
- **Sync history**, with each run’s status.

## FAQ

### A connection interrupted banner appears

The authorization you gave Attio has expired or been revoked. Click **Reconnect now** (or use Attio’s gear icon), then grant access again in the Attio window. Then check the **Last sync** and, if needed, run **Force a sync**.

### Do I need to connect Attio in every workspace?

Yes. Integrations are set per workspace, so connect Attio in each workspace that should sync.

### The authorization window won’t grant access

Check that your Attio account is allowed to install integrations. If it isn’t, ask an admin of your Attio workspace to make the connection or give you that permission.
