# Skipcall vs Salesfinity: which one to choose

Both tools dial in parallel, and that is exactly what makes the comparison interesting: the dialling mode does not separate them. This page settles a single question, which of the two for your team, by comparing the price per licence, the calling area covered, the feature scope and the cost per conversation, with the calculation method shown.

## The verdict, in three lines

The criterion that decides is not the number of lines: it is the country you call, and the size of the organisation you have to equip around the sales team. Skipcall targets companies with fewer than a hundred employees.

Choose Salesfinity if

Your sales team calls prospects located in the United States and Canada.

Local presence is announced for those two countries, the dialler runs up to five lines in parallel and the Gold plan rotates ten caller numbers. For a team working the North American market, it is a tool built for that ground, and Skipcall does not claim to serve it better.

Choose Skipcall if

You have fewer than a hundred employees, you call in France, and you also need to equip the rest of the organisation.

One tool for the whole company: parallel dialling on four lines for the people who prospect, and a business number, inbound calls, voicemail, SMS and mobile and web apps for everyone else, from $25 per licence. Public pricing on every plan, with no commitment.

If you are still weighing several tools and not only these two, [the page devoted to Salesfinity alternatives](https://skipcall.io/en/alternative-to-salesfinity) compares eight solutions on the market and details the identity, the hosting and the reviews of each.

## What Salesfinity does better than us

Four areas where the choice is not up for debate. Knowing them before you buy avoids a project that derails in the third month.

One more line in parallel

Salesfinity announces up to five lines dialled simultaneously, Skipcall dials four. On the same list, that means more attempts within the same working hour. Its pricing page does state, however, that unlimited calls and lines remain subject to fair use conditions.

Local presence in North America

Local presence is announced for prospects located in the United States and Canada. If your market is there, it is a direct advantage on the answer rate, and it is the first point we raise when a team tells us it calls across the Atlantic.

The integrations catalogue

Salesfinity claims more than a hundred integrations, with support announced as deepest on Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo and Amplemarket. Skipcall offers four native ones, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce and Attio, plus a read-only API. If your stack runs on Outreach or Salesloft, the Salesfinity catalogue is the fuller one.

Caller number rotation

The Gold plan announces ten caller numbers in rotation, backed by carrier registration and by STIR/SHAKEN attestation, the American authentication framework. It is a setup built for the United States market, where that framework applies.

## What Skipcall does better than Salesfinity

The same exercise, the other way round, and verifiable in the same way: four areas where the gap plays in our favour.

The shape of the pricing grid

Salesfinity publishes a single price, the Gold plan at $299 per user per month, whose price does not move with usage, and bills data enrichment on top, at $0.30 per valid number. Skipcall publishes four tiers, from $25 to $240 per licence, data enrichment included. A team that prospects half time stays on a lower tier instead of paying the top plan all year.

The seat that does not prospect

An employee who only needs a business number, inbound calls, voicemail and the mobile and web apps is equipped from $25 per licence. Salesfinity publishes no plan of that kind: its dialler is an outbound tool, and inbound calling is not part of it.

Geographic coverage

The Salesfinity local presence is announced for prospects located in the United States and Canada, and international calls appear only on the Enterprise Plus plan, on quotation. For a team calling in France, the list of countries Skipcall covers is published on the pricing page, without moving up to a higher plan.

One subscription for the whole company

A specialised dialler does not replace the telephony of the company: a second subscription is needed for the seats that answer the phone. Skipcall brings the two together, parallel dialling on four lines on one side, business number, inbound calls, voicemail and SMS on the other, on the same grid and the same contract.

## Two families of tools, and only one that covers both

Most companies that prospect end up with two subscriptions: a telephony tool for everyone, a dialler for the sales team. That is the real hidden cost of this market, and it appears on no pricing grid.

Business telephony

Carriers and phone system vendors.

Reception, switchboard, call queues, customer service, international coverage, a broad integrations catalogue.

No parallel dialling. Your sales team is capped at the number of calls it can place one by one.

Specialised parallel diallers

This is the family Salesfinity belongs to.

Simultaneous dialling of several lines, answering machine detection, callback cadences. Very effective for prospecting.

No telephony layer. The rest of the organisation, which simply needs a number and the ability to receive calls, has to be equipped elsewhere. So a second subscription.

Skipcall

Both, in the same tool.

Parallel dialling on four lines, on a par with the best specialists, plus the full telephony layer: business number, inbound calls, voicemail, SMS, mobile and web apps, from $25 per licence.

Fewer reception features than a large telephony vendor. That is a deliberate choice: beyond a hundred employees, an inbound specialist is the better fit.

In practice: at Skipcall, a licence at $25 is enough to equip someone who simply needs a business number, an app and the ability to receive calls. The sales reps who prospect take a plan from $70, with parallel dialling. Same tool, same directory, same invoice. Salesfinity publishes no simple line plan: those seats will have to be equipped with a second supplier.

## The dialling mode, what it settles and what it does not

Against a classic telephony tool, the dialling mode explains almost everything. Against Salesfinity, it does not: both dial in parallel and therefore belong to the same family.

Sequential dialling

One number is dialled, the line rings, then the call connects or it does not. Only at the end of that sequence does the next number go out. The sales rep waits through the ringing, listens to the start of answering machines and hangs up. That is how power diallers work, including the Skipcall one for lists that are already qualified.

Parallel dialling

Several numbers go out at the same time. As soon as someone answers, the other lines are released and the sales rep is connected. Answering machine detection by artificial intelligence filters out answering machines, switchboards and invalid numbers before they reach them. Skipcall dials four lines, Salesfinity announces up to five lines: both tools are in this column.

In other words, the question "parallel or sequential" is already settled for both. What remains on the table is the price per licence, the calling area covered and the feature scope around the dialler. The table below places the family, the two sections after it decide.

## A typical day, hour by hour

Same sales rep, same list, same working hours. Only the dialling mode changes. Skipcall and Salesfinity both sit in the right-hand column.

| Slot | What happens | Calls · sequential | Calls · parallel |
| - | - | - | - |
| 09:00 to 10:30 | First burst on the list of the day | 45 | 150 |
| 10:30 to 12:30 | Rest of the list and scheduled callbacks | 60 | 200 |
| 14:00 to 15:30 | Second pass on the morning no answers | 45 | 150 |
| 15:30 to 17:30 | Final burst and end of day notes | 60 | 200 |
| Total over the day | | 210 | 700 |
| Conversations obtained | | 6 | 56 |

Assumptions shown: four working slots, an answer rate of 3% on sequential dialling, the upper bound of our published range of 2 to 3%, and 8% on parallel dialling. These are the figures published by Skipcall, applied to dialling modes and not to brands. Since Salesfinity also dials in parallel, this table does not set it against Skipcall: it gives the volume common to both, the one the next section places against two licence prices. The detail is in the "Method and sources" section, further down.

## The cost per conversation, at equal volume

Since both tools dial in parallel, they produce the same number of conversations in the typical day above: 1,120 per month over twenty working days. The only term that changes in the calculation is therefore the licence price, and what that price includes.

Salesfinity Gold

$0.27

per conversation

Licence: $299 per month

Conversations: 1,120 per month

Data enrichment: $0.30 per valid number

Higher plans: on quotation

Skipcall Expert

$0.21

per conversation

Licence: $240 per month

Conversations: 1,120 per month

Data enrichment: included

Higher plans: public price

In the same currency, the gap is modest: $0.27 with Salesfinity against $0.21 with us, at the same volume. It comes only from the licence price, $299 against $240, and the data enrichment billed by Salesfinity is not counted.

The Skipcall plan used here is the one whose quota actually covers the projected volume: at this pace, the 400 conversations of the Starter and then the 1,000 of the Intermediate are exceeded, so it is the Expert plan and its unlimited counter that applies. A team that prospects less stays on the Intermediate at $140 or on the Starter at $70, while the Salesfinity price does not move. And on the Salesfinity side, data enrichment billed per unit is added to those amounts.

This table does not say everything, and it does not claim to: the volume is identical by construction, since both tools dial in parallel. The two real differences are elsewhere, in the calling area covered and in the scope around the dialler. They are covered right after this.

Amounts excluding tax, in the billing currency of each vendor, with no conversion.

## Our plans carry a conversation quota. Here is the one that suits you

Skipcall applies a conversation quota on three of its four plans. Better to explain it clearly: picked badly, the plan becomes the real hidden cost.

| Plan | Price | Conversations | Who it suits |
| - | - | - | - |
| Business VoIP | $25 | 200 | Seats that need a business number and place a few calls a day, with no prospecting. |
| Starter | $70 | 400 | A sales rep who prospects half time, or a team getting started. Around 20 conversations per working day. |
| Intermediate | $140 | 1,000 | A sales rep whose main job is phone prospecting. Around 50 conversations per working day. |
| Expert | $240 | Unlimited | Very high volume teams, and those who would rather not watch a counter. |

Any conversation longer than ten seconds is counted. Calls shorter than ten seconds, answering machines and invalid numbers consume nothing. The list of countries you may call is on the pricing page. Starting prices excluding tax, in dollars; the detail is on the pricing page.

## Our artificial intelligence serves the sales rep, it does not replace them

This is the fundamental difference between Skipcall and part of the market, in both directions: we put more of it in than the tools that have none, and we refuse to put it where others place it.

What our artificial intelligence does

It filters out answering machines, switchboards and invalid numbers before they reach the sales rep. It transcribes the call and produces a summary. In other words, it removes work that has no value and leaves the work that does.

What it does not do

It does not speak for you. We do not offer a voice agent, and this is not a feature running late: it is a position. To call a prospect or answer a customer, the best person for your company image is still a member of your team.

Why the relationship matters

A company that hands its conversations to a machine loses the direct link with its contacts. That link is hard to rebuild, and its weakening does not show on a dashboard for several months.

Why cost matters too

Voice agents are billed by the minute or by the credit consumed. The invoice follows the volume, it is hard to forecast, and the real effect on the customer relationship is hard to measure. A fixed price licence remains a budget you control.

In one sentence

We automate what wastes your sales team time, never the conversation itself.

Dialling, filtering out an answering machine, spotting an invalid number, transcribing, summarising: the machine does it better and never tires. Talking to a customer or a prospect, no. That limit is also what keeps your budget predictable: a fixed price licence, and not per minute billing that follows your volume.

Salesfinity scope recorded on salesfinity.ai on 3 September 2026. The wording "not announced" means that the feature does not appear on the public pages consulted, not that it is absent from the product. Plans change: check the vendor pricing page before you decide.

## Method and sources

A comparison published by one of the two vendors is only worth something if its method can be checked. Here is where every figure on this page comes from, including what it does not prove.

The prices

Skipcall prices are the starting prices of the public price list, excluding tax, in dollars. On the Salesfinity side, a single price is public: the Gold plan, at $299 per user per month, billed monthly and cancellable at any time. The Enterprise and Enterprise Plus plans are on quotation, on an annual commitment, and data enrichment is billed on top, at $0.30 per valid number. Both vendors are therefore compared in dollars.

The answer rates

The 8% rate on parallel dialling and the 3% rate on sequential dialling, the upper bound of our published range of 2 to 3%, are the figures published by Skipcall on its product pages. They are our own figures, not an independent measurement, and they describe two dialling modes, not two brands. Both tools compared here dial in parallel: that rate is applied to them identically and therefore does not separate them.

The typical day

The hourly table is an arithmetic projection based on the calling cadences and the rates above, over four working slots and twenty working days per month. It is not the record of a real day. Your figures will depend on your list, your sector and your calling hours.

The feature scope

The criterion by criterion table was recorded from the public pages of salesfinity.ai on 3 September 2026. The wording "not announced" means that the feature does not appear on those pages, not that it is absent from the product. Plans change: check the vendor pricing page before you decide.

What we do not compare here

The identity of the vendor, its funding, data hosting and public review scores are not on this page. They are covered, with sources, on the Salesfinity alternative page.

Key difference

## One plan per person, not one licence for the whole team

In a team of ten, needs are not the same. An SDR placing hundreds of calls a day, an account executive placing a handful and a head of sales who mainly needs a business line have no business being on the same plan. The usual market model still has all ten taking the same licence.

Everyone on their own plan, on one account

An SDR on the Expert plan, an account executive on Starter, a founder on the Business VoIP line. The plan follows the person's usage rather than the team average, and it changes without changing account: the number, the call history and the contacts stay.

Everything in one interface

Many parallel diallers plug into a telephony provider you contract separately: two tools, two invoices, two support desks. Here the line, the dialler, the contacts and the sequences sit in the same tool.

From one licence, with no tier imposed

No minimum of three, six or nine licences to reach the right offering. One invoice for the company, itemised user by user.

Worth checking with Salesfinity: whether each team member can sit on a different plan, or whether the licence you choose applies to everyone. [Multi-plan in detail](https://skipcall.io/en/features/multi-plan).

## Frequently asked questions

**Skipcall or Salesfinity for prospecting from France? +**

Both dial in parallel, so the dialling mode does not settle it. What settles it is the area you call: the Salesfinity local presence is announced for prospects located in the United States and Canada, and international calls appear only on the Enterprise Plus plan, on quotation. For a team calling French numbers, that is the first point to frame, even before price.

**How much does Salesfinity cost? +**

A single price is public: the Gold plan, at $299 per user per month, billed monthly and cancellable at any time, with up to five lines in parallel and ten caller numbers in rotation. The Enterprise and Enterprise Plus plans are on quotation, on an annual commitment. Data enrichment is billed on top, at $0.30 per valid number.

**How many lines does each one dial in parallel? +**

Salesfinity announces up to five lines, Skipcall dials four. Its pricing page states that unlimited calls and lines are subject to fair use conditions. One more line raises the number of attempts, but it says nothing about the price per licence, the area covered, or what you have to buy alongside to equip the rest of the organisation.

**Does Salesfinity offer business telephony? +**

No. Salesfinity is a prospecting dialler, and no simple line plan is published for employees who do not call in volume. That is a cost to anticipate if you have to equip both sales reps and the rest of the company: at Skipcall, those seats take a Business VoIP licence from $25 per month, in the same tool and on the same invoice.

**Is Skipcall cheaper than Salesfinity? +**

On the published prices, yes, though the gap is modest at the top. At the most intensive pace in the projection shown here, the Skipcall Expert plan starts from $240 against $299 for Salesfinity Gold, so a conversation costs a little less with us, with the same volume on both sides since both tools dial in parallel. The bigger difference is in the shape of the grid. Salesfinity publishes a single plan, Gold at $299, whose price does not move with usage, and bills data enrichment per unit. Skipcall publishes four tiers: a team that prospects half time stays at $70 or $140 per licence, and an employee who only needs a phone seat is equipped from $25, which Salesfinity does not offer. That is where the gap opens up, not on the price of the dialler.

**How many conversations are included in a Skipcall plan? +**

400 per licence per month on the Starter plan, 1,000 on the Intermediate, no limit on the Expert, and 200 on the Business VoIP plan. Any conversation longer than ten seconds is counted. A sales rep prospecting full time with parallel dialling goes past the Intermediate quota: the Expert plan is the one that matches that usage.

**Is there an annual commitment? +**

At Salesfinity, the Gold plan is monthly and cancellable at any time, but the Enterprise and Enterprise Plus plans require an annual commitment. At Skipcall, no commitment on any plan, and no minimum number of licences: one licence is enough to equip a sales rep and measure the channel before rolling it out to the whole team.

## Compare on your own calls

One licence is enough to run a list and count your conversations. That is the only comparison that counts.
