We build Skipcall, and we sell to the same teams as Orum and Salesfinity. We therefore have a commercial interest in you choosing neither, and you should read this page knowing that.

That is why Skipcall appears nowhere in the comparison below: not in the table, not in the verdict, not in the questions. Every claim here points to a dated public source, listed at the foot of the page. If something looks wrong, write to us: we will correct it and date the correction.

In short

## The essentials in five sentences

- As of 8 September 2026, Orum publishes no rate and shows a minimum of nine licences on its pricing page, while Salesfinity publishes a Gold plan at $299 per user per month with no licence minimum.
- Salesfinity's public plan does not include international calling: that appears only on the Enterprise Plus plan, on quotation and with an annual commitment.
- Orum dials up to ten lines in parallel and advertises voicemail detection in more than twenty languages, where Salesfinity goes to five lines and advertises its local area code matching for the United States and Canada only.
- On G2 as of 8 September 2026, Orum is rated 4.6 out of 5 over more than 700 reviews and Salesfinity 4.9 out of 5 over more than 110 reviews. Neither has published reviews on Trustpilot.
- Neither Orum nor Salesfinity publishes the hosting region of its data or the name of its cloud provider, recorded on 8 September 2026.

Which of the two

For a team of one to eight reps, Orum settles the question itself: its pricing page shows a minimum of nine licences, where Salesfinity imposes none and publishes a price of $299 per user per month. Beyond nine reps, the criterion swings to the territory you call: Orum advertises ten lines in parallel and voicemail detection in more than twenty languages, where Salesfinity's local presence is advertised for the United States and Canada only. If you are calling from Europe, both send you to a quotation, and you need to ask for it before any demo.

The point that decides

## Size at one, territory at the other

The two vendors turn away the same team, a small European outfit of three reps. They turn it away through two different doors, and they do not say so at the same moment.

Orum filters on size. Its pricing page publishes no amount but shows a minimum of nine licences as of 8 September 2026. A team of three reps therefore does not have a budget problem with Orum: it runs into a refusal to sell, written in black and white before the first meeting.

Salesfinity filters on territory. Its Gold plan, at $299 per user per month, imposes no licence minimum and can be cancelled at any time: that same team of three reps can buy it. But international calling appears only on the Enterprise Plus plan, on quotation and with an annual commitment, and local area code matching is advertised for the United States and Canada only.

The crossover is the one thing worth taking away from this comparison. A team of three reps calling the United States buys Salesfinity at the advertised price and gets nothing from Orum. A team of twelve reps calling France goes through a quotation either way: at Orum because it publishes none, at Salesfinity because the published price does not cover its calls.

The advertised price is therefore no measure of transparency. Orum publishes nothing, but publishes the condition that rules you out, and that condition reads in thirty seconds. Salesfinity publishes an amount, and the condition that cancels that amount for a European buyer sits in the plan comparison, not on the price card.

The table

## Orum and Salesfinity, criterion by criterion

Which one for which use

## Two situations, two answers

### Orum is the right choice if

- your team has at least nine reps to equip, the threshold the vendor shows
- you prospect in several languages and voicemail detection in more than twenty of them weighs on your decision
- raw dialing speed is your deciding criterion, at up to ten lines in parallel
- you accept starting a sales cycle without knowing the price in advance
- a large body of public feedback matters to you: more than 700 reviews on G2

### Salesfinity is the right choice if

- you are equipping one to eight reps: the Gold plan imposes no licence minimum
- your prospects are in the United States or Canada, the only territories where local area code matching is advertised
- you want a public price and a monthly plan you can cancel at any time
- $299 per user per month sits inside your range
- your stack runs on Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo or Amplemarket, cited as its most complete integrations

The limits

## What each one does not do

### Orum limits

- The nine-licence minimum is not a discount to negotiate but a refusal to sell below the threshold: a team of four reps would pay for five unused seats.
- No price is published. There is no way to build a budget before a sales meeting, or to compare two offers on the evidence.
- Neither the hosting region nor the cloud provider is published. The vendor declares membership of the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and answers to the American Federal Trade Commission.
- Its public reputation rests on one platform, G2, fed by buyers who are mostly North American. The site, the documentation and the help centre are published in English.

### Salesfinity limits

- The public rate of $299 does not include international calling: to call from or to Europe, you need the Enterprise Plus plan, on quotation and with an annual commitment.
- Local area code matching is advertised only for prospects located in the United States and Canada, and that is the feature with the greatest bearing on pick-up rates.
- Part of the cost sits outside the price per licence: SmartEnrich enrichment is billed at $0.30 per valid number.
- The privacy policy names neither a country of storage nor a hosting provider, and leaves the list of sub-processors to a written request. The public review base holds a little over 110 pieces of feedback, on a single platform.

What neither of them does

- Neither publishes the hosting region of its call recordings and transcripts, or the name of its cloud provider, as of 8 September 2026.
- Neither publishes a rate that applies to a team calling from Europe: Orum publishes no amount at all, and the amount Salesfinity publishes excludes international calling.
- Neither is a CRM. Both are dialing layers laid over an existing tool, Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Salesloft or Apollo. If you do not have a CRM yet, that tool has to be budgeted on top.
- Neither has public feedback from European teams: the G2 reviews for both vendors come from buyers who are mostly North American.

Frequently asked questions

## Short answers

**Orum or Salesfinity: which is cheaper?**

The comparison cannot be made as of 8 September 2026, because only one of the two publishes a price. Salesfinity shows a Gold plan at $299 per user per month, billed monthly and cancellable at any time. Orum publishes no amount and points you to a quotation request, but shows a minimum of nine licences: whatever unit price you negotiate, the invoice covers nine seats at least. The one certain gap is therefore on the entry cost, not on the price per licence.

**Orum or Salesfinity for a team of fewer than nine reps?**

Salesfinity, because Orum shows a minimum of nine licences on its pricing page as of 8 September 2026 and therefore does not contract below that threshold. Salesfinity's Gold plan imposes no licence minimum. One important caveat comes with it: that plan does not include international calling, so it only suits a small team if that team is prospecting North America.

**Orum or Salesfinity for prospecting from France?**

Neither publishes, as of 8 September 2026, terms that apply as they stand to a French team. Salesfinity reserves international calling for its Enterprise Plus plan, on quotation and with an annual commitment, and advertises its local area code matching for the United States and Canada only. Orum publishes no rate and imposes a nine-licence minimum. In both cases, have coverage of your target countries and the price per user confirmed in writing before any demo.

**How many lines do Orum and Salesfinity dial in parallel?**

Orum advertises up to ten simultaneous lines and Salesfinity up to five, recorded on 8 September 2026. Those figures are technical maximums and not recommended settings: the higher the number of lines, the more prospects pick up and find nobody there, and those contacts are left with a missed call that makes them hard to call back.

**Which of the two has the better reviews?**

Salesfinity shows the higher rating, 4.9 out of 5 on G2 over more than 110 reviews, against 4.6 out of 5 over more than 700 reviews for Orum, as of 8 September 2026. The two figures do not measure the same thing: a 4.6 resting on 700 pieces of feedback is statistically firmer than a 4.9 resting on 110. Neither has published reviews on Trustpilot, and the feedback for both vendors comes from buyers who are mostly North American.

**Where is the data hosted at Orum and at Salesfinity?**

Neither publishes it as of 8 September 2026. Orum advertises SOC 2 Type 2, ISO 27001, ISO 27017, ISO 27018 and ISO 27701 certifications without naming a region or a cloud provider, and declares membership of the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Salesfinity shows SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001 and GDPR compliance monitored by Sprinto, but its privacy policy names no country of storage and leaves the list of sub-processors to a written request. For a European compliance file, ask both for the data processing agreement required by article 28 of the GDPR.

**Can you move from Orum to Salesfinity, or the other way round?**

Both products are dialing layers laid over a CRM or a sales engagement platform, and their integrations overlap heavily: Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Salesloft and Apollo appear at both. So the switch is mostly about the contracts. Salesfinity's Gold plan is monthly and cancellable at any time, its Enterprise and Enterprise Plus plans carry an annual commitment, and Orum does not publish its commitment terms. Note your renewal date and your notice period before you commit to anything.

**Do you have to commit for a year at either?**

At Salesfinity it depends on the plan: the Gold plan at $299 per user per month is billed monthly and cancellable at any time, while the Enterprise and Enterprise Plus plans are taken with an annual commitment. At Orum, the commitment period is not published: it is negotiated in a contract sold by a salesperson, which means only your signed copy counts.
