We build Skipcall, and we sell to the same teams as Orum and Koncert. We therefore have a commercial interest in you choosing neither, and you should read this page knowing that.

That is why Skipcall appears nowhere in the comparison below: not in the table, not in the verdict, not in the questions. Every claim here points to a dated public source, listed at the foot of the page. If something looks wrong, write to us: we will correct it and date the correction.

In short

## The essentials in five sentences

- As of 8 September 2026, neither Orum nor Koncert publishes a price: both pricing pages lead to a quote request, with no amount anywhere on them.
- Orum states a minimum of nine licences on its pricing page, the only public figure attached to its offering. Koncert states no licence minimum on any of the seven plans listed on its own pricing page.
- Orum's parallel dialer runs up to ten simultaneous lines according to the vendor. Koncert's is advertised at 1 to 4 lines, and 1 to 5 lines in its higher version.
- Koncert is the only one of the two to publish a recommended setting: its FAQ states that four lines is the default and recommended setting, even though its product goes up to five.
- Both vendors score 4.6 out of 5 on G2, Orum on more than 700 reviews and Koncert on 422 reviews, 80% of them five-star. Neither publishes the hosting region for its data.

Which of the two

If your team has at least nine reps and raw dialing speed is the criterion that decides, Orum is the only one of the two to advertise ten simultaneous lines and answering machine detection across more than twenty languages. Below nine reps the question settles itself: Orum shows that floor on its pricing page and Koncert publishes none. And if what you want is a vendor that commits in writing to a dialing setting rather than a sales maximum, Koncert is the only one of the two to publish one.

The point that decides

## The maximum against the optimum

Neither of these vendors publishes a price. The number of lines dialed in parallel is therefore the only public figure on which they can be set side by side, and it is precisely the figure they treat in opposite ways.

Orum publishes a ceiling: up to ten simultaneous lines. It publishes no recommended setting. Koncert also publishes a ceiling, a lower one, at five lines on its higher plan, but it publishes a recommendation on top of that, and that recommendation is **below its own maximum**: its FAQ states that four lines is the default and recommended setting.

The honest comparison is therefore not ten against five. If you follow what each vendor writes itself, it is a maximum of ten with no published doctrine on one side, and a published doctrine of four on the other. A brochure figure and a settings figure do not measure the same thing, and putting them next to each other in a tender spreadsheet amounts to comparing a top speed with a cruising speed.

The stakes are not theoretical. The number of lines is the only parameter that raises the volume of conversations and, in the same movement, the number of prospects left with a missed call and nobody on the line. Those contacts become hard to call back, and they leave the list without ever having been worked. That is what makes Koncert's written position useful: it gives you something to hold up to any salesperson selling a high line count as an advantage.

The practical corollary applies to both. Since no price is public, everything is decided in the quote. Ask each of them for an annual range for your headcount before any demonstration, and have the number of lines actually opened on your account written into the contract. That number determines your volume of conversations, not the name of the plan or the maximum advertised on the website.

The table

## Orum and Koncert, criterion by criterion

Checked on 8 September 2026. Prices are the ones each vendor publishes, in its own currency, on the date given for each, and the sources are listed at the foot of the page.

| Criterion | Orum | Koncert |
| - | - | - |
| Lines dialed in parallel | Up to 10 lines | 1 to 4 lines, 1 to 5 on the higher version |
| Setting recommended by the vendor | Not published | 4 lines, the default and recommended setting according to its FAQ |
| Dialing modes | Parallel dialer and power dialer mode | Four modes: click, sequential, parallel and human agent-assisted |
| Published price | Not published, quote only | Not published, quote only |
| What the pricing page shows | No price list, a quote request | Seven named and detailed plans, not one amount |
| Minimum licences | Nine, shown on the pricing page | Not published |
| G2 rating | 4.6 out of 5, more than 700 reviews | 4.6 out of 5, 422 reviews, 80% of them five-star |
| Second review platform | Trustpilot, unclaimed listing, no reviews | Capterra, 4.6 out of 5, 8 reviews |
| Hosting region | Not published, cloud provider not named | Not published, data stored “in our data center” |
| Vendor | US company founded in 2018, more than $50 million raised | US vendor based in Salem, New Hampshire, known as ConnectLeader until April 2021 |

Which one for which use

## Two situations, two answers

### Orum is the right choice if

- your team has at least nine reps to equip, since that floor is shown on its pricing page
- raw dialing speed is the criterion that decides for you, and you are willing to set the line count high
- you prospect in several languages and answering machine detection advertised across more than twenty languages matters to you
- you want a public reputation backed by a large body of evidence, with more than 700 reviews at 4.6 out of 5 on G2

### Koncert is the right choice if

- your team is below nine reps: Koncert publishes no licence minimum
- you need several dialing modes in one tool, from the click dialer to the human agent-assisted dialer
- you want a written position from the vendor on how many lines to switch on, and not just a technical maximum
- a security team is asking you for a documented file: Koncert publishes its SOC 2 Type II certification and its participation in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework

The limits

## What each one does not do

### Orum limits

- No public pricing: the pricing page leads to a quote request, with no amount and no tier.
- A minimum of nine licences shown on the pricing page. Below that it is not a budget question, it is a refusal to sell, and it rules out most European prospecting teams.
- No recommended dialing setting is published: the ten advertised lines are a technical maximum, and the vendor does not say where it advises setting them.
- A public reputation resting on a single platform: the Trustpilot listing for the orum.com domain is unclaimed and carries no review.

### Koncert limits

- No public pricing either: seven plans named and detailed on the pricing page, and not one amount. You have to pick a plan before knowing what it costs.
- No licence minimum published. An absence of information is not an absence of minimum: ask for it in writing before committing to a plan.
- A lower dialing ceiling than Orum's, at five lines on the higher version and four on the standard plan.
- A body of reviews badly unbalanced between platforms, with 422 reviews on G2 and only 8 on Capterra, all of them North American in origin.

What neither of them does

- Neither publishes a price. You can only compare the two offerings on documented evidence once you hold two quotes, and therefore after two sales cycles.
- Neither publishes the hosting region for its data. Both vendors are American and state that they participate in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which frames transfers from the European Union to the United States.
- Neither advertises support or an interface in French: website, documentation and help centre are published in English.
- Neither shows identifiable European user feedback in its public reviews. The G2 bodies of both vendors are fed by North American buyers.

Frequently asked questions

## Short answers

**Orum or Koncert: which one to choose in 2026?**

It depends on the size of your team and on what you expect from the line count. Orum shows a minimum of nine licences on its pricing page as of 8 September 2026: below nine reps you will be turned away, and Koncert is then the only one of the two left, since it publishes no minimum. Above nine, Orum advertises up to ten simultaneous lines and answering machine detection across more than twenty languages, while Koncert offers four dialing modes in a single tool and a written recommendation of four lines.

**Which is cheaper, Orum or Koncert?**

There is no way to say on the evidence as of 8 September 2026: neither publishes a price. Orum's pricing page leads to a quote request, Koncert's presents seven plans without a single amount. One figure alone lets you compare the entry tickets: Orum shows a minimum of nine licences, which puts its invoice on nine seats at the very least whatever unit price you negotiate, whereas Koncert shows no minimum.

**How many lines do Orum and Koncert dial in parallel?**

Orum advertises up to ten simultaneous lines. Koncert advertises 1 to 4 lines on its parallel dialer and 1 to 5 lines in its higher version. Read those two figures carefully: they are technical maximums, and only Koncert publishes a recommended setting, at four lines.

**Why does Koncert recommend fewer lines than its own maximum?**

Its FAQ states that four lines is the default and recommended setting, while its product goes up to five. A vendor that publishes a recommendation below its own technical maximum is acknowledging that the line count is not a gain without a cost: beyond a certain threshold it raises the number of prospects left with a missed call and nobody on the line, and those contacts become hard to call back. Orum publishes no equivalent recommendation as of 8 September 2026.

**Which of the two imposes a licence minimum?**

Orum shows a minimum of nine licences on its pricing page, the only public figure attached to its offering. Koncert shows no minimum across its seven plans. That absence of information does not prove the absence of a minimum: ask Koncert for it in writing before committing to a plan.

**Which one to choose for a team prospecting in France?**

Both are American vendors whose public user base is North American, and neither publishes its hosting region or advertises support in French as of 8 September 2026. On that ground the difference is slim: Koncert publishes a SOC 2 Type II certification and documented participation in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, while Orum publishes SOC 2 Type 2 along with the ISO 27001, 27017, 27018 and 27701 standards, without naming any region or cloud provider. In both cases, ask for the data processing agreement required by article 28 of the GDPR and have them state where call recordings are stored.

**What do the public reviews of Orum and Koncert say?**

Both score 4.6 out of 5 on G2 as of 8 September 2026. Orum rests on more than 700 reviews, whose positive feedback is almost entirely about dialing speed and how quickly a conversation gets connected. Koncert rests on 422 reviews, 80% of them five-star, with a G2 distinction for support quality in its 2026 reports. The difference lies in the second source: the Trustpilot listing for the orum.com domain is unclaimed and carries no review, whereas Koncert shows the same 4.6 rating on Capterra, but on eight reviews only.

**Can you move from one to the other?**

Technically nothing stands in the way: both are dialing layers laid over an existing CRM or sales engagement platform, and both integrate with Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Salesloft, Gong and Apollo among others. It is the contract terms that set the real timetable, and since neither publishes its prices, everything sits in the quote: note the commitment term, the renewal date, the notice period and the number of licences committed. Also ask for an export of your call logs, recordings and transcripts while the account is still active.
