# Aircall vs JustCall

One dollar separates the two headline prices. Cost either one out and it collapses: Aircall bills three licences minimum, JustCall quotes its dialer on request.

We build Skipcall, and we sell to the same teams as Aircall and JustCall. We therefore have a commercial interest in you choosing neither, and you should read this page knowing that.

That is why Skipcall appears nowhere in the comparison below: not in the table, not in the verdict, not in the questions. Every claim here points to a dated public source, listed at the foot of the page. If something looks wrong, write to us: we will correct it and date the correction.

In short

## The essentials in five sentences

- On 8 September 2026, Aircall lists $30 per licence per month on its Essentials plan and JustCall $29 on its Team plan: one dollar apart, a gap that survives no real costing.
- Aircall requires three licences minimum and JustCall two, so the real entry cost of the base plan is $90 a month with Aircall against $58 with JustCall, with no prospecting dialer in either case.
- With Aircall, the dialer starts on the Professional plan, at $50 per licence per month, which is $150 a month with the three-licence minimum. The figure is known before any conversation with a salesperson.
- With JustCall, the dialer belongs to a separate offer called Sales Suite, sold on request: it is the one part of the catalogue whose price is not published.
- Neither tool documents parallel dialing: Aircall offers none on any plan, and the JustCall dialer works through one number at a time.

Which of the two

Choose Aircall if you want to know what your dialer costs before opening a sales conversation and you already have three reps: the Professional plan, the only one that carries the power dialer, comes to $150 a month at the very least, and that figure is public. Choose JustCall if you work your prospects across several channels, calls, SMS and WhatsApp, and you accept a sales cycle to obtain the price of the Sales Suite. With two reps and no need for a dialer, JustCall costs $58 a month against $90 with Aircall.

The point that decides

## One dollar apart on the page, two opposite ways of hiding what the dialer costs

$30 with Aircall, $29 with JustCall: on the pricing page, the two offers all but touch. They diverge at the precise moment you ask what a prospecting dialer costs, and they diverge in opposite directions.

The first gap has nothing to do with the unit price: it comes from the licence minimum. Aircall requires three, JustCall two. A team of two reps therefore pays $90 a month with Aircall for two real users, against $58 with JustCall. The one dollar on the page has become thirty-two dollars a month, and neither of those two sums includes a dialer yet.

The second gap is of a different kind, and it is the one that makes this pair worth studying. Aircall puts its power dialer one plan higher, on Professional, at $50 per licence: the dialer therefore has a public price, $150 a month with the three-licence minimum, which you can work out without speaking to anyone. JustCall does the reverse: its telephony price list is published, but the offer that contains the dialer, the Sales Suite, is sold on request. The one price missing from its catalogue is the price of the product a dialer buyer is looking for.

The choice comes down to this. With Aircall you get certainty about the amount, and in exchange you accept a documented limit: parallel dialing exists on no plan, and the power dialer works through calls one number at a time. With JustCall you accept entering a sales cycle to learn the amount, in exchange for a wider scope than calling alone. Nothing on the line that reads $30 against $29 tells you any of that.

The table

Which one for which use

## Two situations, two answers

### Aircall is the right call if

- you want to know exactly what your dialer costs before opening a sales conversation: $150 a month at the minimum, Professional plan, three licences
- your team already has at least three reps, which makes the licence minimum painless
- audio quality is your first technical criterion: it is the best rated point of the category on G2, at 9.1 out of 10
- your software stack is unusual and you need the widest integration catalogue
- your procurement team wants an established vendor: a French company created in 2014, more than 23,000 customers claimed, $225.8 million raised

### JustCall is the right call if

- you work your prospects across several channels in one tool, calls, SMS and WhatsApp
- you are two reps and want the lowest entry cost: $58 a month against $90
- you want to read a large volume of detailed reviews before deciding: more than 2,300 on G2
- an American contractual framework does not stall your buying process
- your CRM integrations matter more to you than a published dialer price

The limits

## What each one does not do

### Aircall limits

- Aircall offers parallel dialing on none of its plans as of 8 September 2026. Its power dialer, available from the Professional plan, works through one number at a time.
- The three-licence minimum does not appear next to the unit price on the pricing page. A team of one or two reps pays for three, which is $90 a month on Essentials and $150 on Professional.
- The Trustpilot rating is 2.9 out of 5 across 1,081 reviews, 29% of them one star. Those reviews almost always concern billing, automatic renewal and support response times, rarely the product.
- For accounts created before 3 May 2022, call recordings and voicemails are stored on AWS US West, in Oregon, unless Frankfurt or Sydney has been explicitly agreed.

### JustCall limits

- The price of the Sales Suite, the only offer that carries the prospecting dialer and voicemail detection, is not published. It is the one figure missing from the catalogue.
- The public plans require two licences minimum and contain no dialer: $58 a month buys telephony, not a prospecting tool.
- The terms provide for the law of the State of Delaware and the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts: a commercial dispute is not settled in a French court.
- The service is hosted in the United States and call recordings are stored there. Transfers out of Europe are covered by standard contractual clauses, but no European data residency option is announced publicly.

What neither of them does

- Neither tool documents parallel dialing as of 8 September 2026: Aircall offers it on no plan, and the dialer in the JustCall Sales Suite works through one number at a time. If you are comparing these two tools in order to open several lines at once, neither answers that need.
- Neither includes a prospecting dialer in its entry plan. The $90 a month with Aircall and the $58 a month with JustCall buy business telephony, and you have to move up a plan in both cases.
- Neither hosts call recordings in Europe by default. If your recordings have to stay in the European Union without discussion, that criterion rules out both files before the question of price ever comes up.
- Neither pricing page is enough to work out the real budget of a prospecting team: with Aircall you have to add the licence minimum and the move to the Professional plan, with JustCall you have to ask for a quote.

Frequently asked questions

## Short answers

**Which is cheaper, Aircall or JustCall?**

On the base plan, JustCall. On 8 September 2026, Aircall lists $30 per licence per month with a three-licence minimum, so $90 a month, and JustCall $29 with a two-licence minimum, so $58 a month. Neither of those amounts includes a prospecting dialer. As soon as the dialer is added, the comparison becomes impossible to cost: Aircall publishes $50 per licence on its Professional plan, so $150 a month at the minimum, while JustCall publishes no price at all for its Sales Suite.

**Which of the two has a real prospecting dialer?**

Both do, but not in the same place in the catalogue. With Aircall, the power dialer is included from the Professional plan, at $50 per licence per month. With JustCall, the dialer belongs to the Sales Suite, a separate offer sold on request. In both cases the entry plan contains none, as of 8 September 2026.

**Does Aircall or JustCall offer parallel dialing?**

Neither does, as of 8 September 2026. Aircall offers a parallel dialer on none of its plans, and its power dialer works through a list one number at a time without ever opening several lines. The dialer in the JustCall Sales Suite also works through one number at a time. A team looking to open several lines at once should look outside this comparison.

**How many licences do you have to buy at a minimum with each?**

Three with Aircall, two with JustCall, as of 8 September 2026. That detail reverses the price ranking: the Aircall plan costs one dollar more per licence, but thirty-two dollars more per month at the entry point. With Aircall the minimum does not appear next to the unit price on the pricing page, which distorts any comparison based on the headline figures alone.

**Aircall or JustCall for a European team?**

Aircall is a French company founded in 2014 in Paris, with local numbers and support announced in French. JustCall is published by SaaS Labs US, Inc., a Delaware corporation based in San Francisco with a second office in Noida: French-language support is not announced, and its contract gives exclusive jurisdiction to the Delaware courts. On hosting alone the gap is narrower than it looks: Aircall recordings are also stored in the United States for accounts created before 3 May 2022.

**Which of the two has the better reviews?**

It depends on the platform, and the difference is instructive. On G2, which collects user reviews of the product, Aircall scores 4.4 out of 5 across more than 1,500 reviews and JustCall 4.3 out of 5 across more than 2,300: the two are level. On Trustpilot, which collects customer reviews of the commercial relationship, Aircall scores 2.9 out of 5 across 1,081 reviews with 29% at one star, and JustCall 3.8 out of 5 across 728 reviews with 18% at one star. With both vendors, the negative reviews are about billing, cancellation and support, rarely about features.

**Can you move from Aircall to JustCall, or the other way round?**

Both offers are sold on annual billing, so the window to switch is set by the contract anniversary date and by the notice period, not by how quickly the new tool is available. With Aircall, automatic renewal is the leading complaint in negative Trustpilot reviews. With JustCall, cancellation terms come up in the one-star reviews just as often. The public sources checked on 8 September 2026 document number portability terms with neither vendor: ask for them in writing before you sign.

**What should you ask each of them before signing?**

Ask Aircall for the monthly amount excluding tax for your exact configuration, licence minimum included, and whether that number can be reduced mid-contract. Ask JustCall for the Sales Suite price for your number of reps, and whether a telephony plan has to be bought alongside it. Ask both for the anniversary date, the notice period and the required form of a cancellation request, along with the storage region for recordings on an account opened today from Europe.
