# Minari alternatives: 8 solutions compared (2026)

Minari and its direct alternatives make the same promise: dial several lines at once so that sales reps spend more time in conversation. This page brings together what can genuinely be checked (legal identity, data hosting, public reviews, displayed pricing) and the test protocol that separates them on your own lists.

Key points

- Minari is a French SAS registered on 12 March 2024, with its head office in Montrouge (Hauts-de-Seine) and Nanterre trade register number 987 483 450.
- Its parallel dialler calls up to five numbers at a time and automatically skips answering machines and invalid numbers.
- Its privacy policy states that the software infrastructure is located in France, with call recordings kept for six months.
- No pricing appears on its website: the vendor presents a single all-inclusive offer available on demo request. The only public amount on record is the one on its HubSpot marketplace listing, at 260 € per month.
- Minari has no public profile on G2, Trustpilot or Capterra. The only public reviews are the two on its HubSpot listing, which reports more than 300 installs.

## The 8 solutions at a glance

Looking for a Minari alternative starts with one decision: whether you stay in the family of prospecting diallers, or whether what you actually need is business telephony. The eight vendors below cover both.

Minari

Minari sits in the bottom right quarter: a prospecting dialler built in France. That is the same quarter as Flunter and as Skipcall. Nooks and Orum hold the top right, with offers calibrated for large American teams. On the left, Aircall, Ringover and CloudTalk belong to another category, that of business telephony.

Skipcall spans both. The same platform equips prospecting teams with the four-line parallel dialler, and every other colleague who simply needs a line (management, admin, customer service) from $25 per month. So you do not have to run a carrier for the company alongside a dialler for the sales team, with two contracts, two invoices and two directories.

## Who Minari is

Minari is a simplified joint-stock company registered on 12 March 2024, with its head office at 50 rue Maurice Arnoux in Montrouge, in the Hauts-de-Seine. It is entered on the Nanterre trade register under number 987 483 450, with computer programming as its declared activity. Julien Schmitt is its chairman and Clement Bataille its managing director. On LinkedIn the company presents itself as the calling platform for small and medium-sized B2B sales teams, and declares a headcount of between 11 and 50 people. The Tracxn database records no funding round in its name.

## What the public sources say

With an established vendor, you cross-check ratings from several platforms. Here the exercise stops quickly: a single source publishes reviews. Knowing that changes the way you run your selection.

HubSpot marketplace

2 reviews

5.0

/ 5

The Minari app listing for HubSpot shows a maximum rating, but on two reviews only. The number of installs, above 300, says more about how widely the product is used than the rating itself.

Recorded on 3 September 2026

0

profile

There is no Minari listing on G2, Trustpilot or Capterra. So there is no aggregated rating, no star distribution and no review volume to interpret. That is not a negative signal in itself for a company registered in 2024, but it does shift the burden of proof onto your own test.

HubSpot marketplace

5 out of 5, on 2 reviews, more than 300 installs

Two reviews do not make an average. In a market where several vendors gather more than a thousand ratings, the absence of a public profile says nothing about product quality: it simply says you will have to measure for yourself, on your own lists, rather than lean on a rating.

A public review base that is still thin

Two public reviews, both on the HubSpot marketplace. That is too small a volume to draw an average from, and it is only logical for a company registered in 2024. Real usage feedback will therefore have to come from your own tests rather than from an aggregated rating.

Pricing communicated on request

The pricing page announces a single all-inclusive offer, but displays no amount and points to a demo request. The only public figure is the one on the HubSpot listing, at 260 € per month, which the marketplace itself presents as indicative.

A scope centred on dialling

The product pages describe a parallel dialler, caller ID rotation, call transcription, AI call summary and CRM sync. Enriching numbers and addresses is presented as a paid option.

A deliberate HubSpot anchor

The application has an official listing on the HubSpot marketplace and syncs contacts, calls, tasks, deals and companies. Salesforce and Pipedrive are also cited among the native integrations.

## Where the data is hosted

On this point the two vendors agree: both announce infrastructure in France. The useful difference lies rather in the retention periods, and in what you will be able to export the day you need to.

Minari

Infrastructure in France

The privacy policy states that the software infrastructure is located in France, with possible transfers to providers outside the European Union covered by standard contractual clauses. Call recordings are kept for six months and contact lists for three years. The marketing website itself is hosted by Framer B.V. in the Netherlands.

Skipcall

Scaleway, France

Hosting is entrusted to a French cloud provider. Processing remains subject to the GDPR and to European law, any transfer outside the EU being covered by the DPA for call data.

## What is public on pricing

Comparing two prices assumes both are published. That is not the case here: the table below records, source by source, what each vendor actually displays as of 3 September 2026.

The figure of 260 € per month is the one the Minari application listing displays on the HubSpot marketplace, for a plan covering parallel dialling and unlimited calls. The marketplace specifies that its prices are shown for guidance only and include neither taxes nor discounts. So we do not convert it into a cost per licence: that would be an extrapolation, and an extrapolation has no place in a comparison.

## The French legal framework since 11 August 2026

This factor bears directly on how a dialler should be assessed in France: it moves the deciding criterion from volume to the yield of each attempt.

French law of 30 June 2025

Since 11 August 2026, cold calling consumers in France has moved from opt-out to opt-in: a call is lawful only if the person has given prior consent. Bloctel, the French do-not-call register, was withdrawn on that date. Business to business prospecting remains possible, subject to the rules that apply to data processing.

For a comparison of diallers, this moves the deciding criterion. It is no longer the number of calls a tool lets you place, but the share of those calls that leads to a useful conversation. That is exactly what the protocol set out below measures, and what your test has to settle.

[Read the full analysis of the French reform, in French →](https://skipcall.io/blog/demarchage-telephonique-interdit)

## What to check before choosing

01

The number of lines actually dialled

Five announced lines are not five usable lines: the effective number depends on the volume of reachable contacts in the queue and on the regulations of the country being called. Ask to see the counter during a real session, not on a product page.

02

What the tool does when the dialler is off

A dialler only fills part of a prospecting day. Look at what surrounds it: contact management, call sequences, SMS, tasks, dashboard. That is where the number of tools you will have to run side by side is decided.

03

The total price, options included

Compare like for like by adding back data enrichment, call transcription and phone numbers. Pricing communicated on request is not a problem in itself, but it does mean you have to ask for the full grid in writing before you compare.

04

Getting your data back

Recordings, transcripts, call logs, dialling results: check what you can export, in which format, and how long each category is kept. A short retention period is good privacy practice, provided you have exported what you need.

## The 10-day test protocol

Two diallers that make the same promise are not separated by a demo. They are separated on the same contact list, with the same sales reps and the same time slots. Here is the sequence that produces a readable gap, and the methodological mistake that distorts the result at each milestone.

1

Days 1 and 2

Prepare the control list

- Extract a single list, then split it into two comparable halves: same sector, same company size, same data source
- Deduplicate and check how fresh the numbers are on both halves at the same time, with the same enrichment source
- Freeze the script, the target and the call objective: they must not move again for the ten days

The trap. Testing the candidate on a freshly enriched list and the current tool on what is left of a file. The gap you would measure is the gap in data quality, not the gap between the diallers.

2

Days 3 to 5

Run the current tool

- Call the first half of the list, with the sales reps and the time slots that will also be used for the candidate
- Record each evening the number of numbers dialled, human answers and conversations lasting more than thirty seconds
- Note the time actually spent in a calling session, excluding preparation, meetings and breaks

The trap. Placing the benchmark on a Monday and the candidate on a Friday. The day of the week moves the answer rate as much as the tool being tested.

3

Days 6 to 8

Run the candidate

- Call the second half of the list, with the same sales reps and the same time slots
- Devote the first half day to getting used to the tool and only start counting from the next one: a first session on a parallel dialler is never representative
- Record exactly the same indicators, in the same table, without adding new ones along the way

The trap. Handing the candidate to your best sales rep. You would be measuring their talent, not the tool. Both halves must be called by the same people.

4

Days 9 and 10

Compare and decide

- Bring conversations back to the hour worked, never to the number of calls placed
- Work out the cost per conversation on each tool, options and data enrichment included
- Question the sales reps separately about the fatigue and the mental load of each type of session

The trap. Comparing raw totals when the two periods did not last the same number of hours. Everything has to be brought back to the hour worked before being compared.

Before you read the results

The 5 indicators to record, and those to ignore

Five measures are enough to decide. They have one thing in common: all of them relate the result to a limited resource, time or money.

1. 01 The answer rate: human answers as a share of the numbers dialled, answering machines excluded.
2. 02 Conversations per hour worked: the only measure that relates the result to the time actually spent.
3. 03 The cost per conversation: licence, options and data enrichment included, divided by the conversations obtained.
4. 04 The waiting time between two calls: what the dialler really saves over a session.
5. 05 The answering machine rate: the share of attempts absorbed by voicemail, and what the tool does with them.

To ignore: the raw number of calls, the cumulative talk time and the number of numbers imported. These three counters rise mechanically as soon as you switch to parallel dialling, without saying anything about the result obtained. Putting them forward amounts to measuring effort rather than yield.

## What do you actually need?

Three uses, three families of tools. A fair share of failed comparisons comes from confusing the first with the third.

What do you need?

Outbound prospecting in France

French parallel dialler

Skipcall · Minari · Flunter

Large teams, American market

Enterprise parallel dialler

Orum · Nooks

Inbound calls and switchboard

Cloud telephony

Aircall · Ringover · CloudTalk

Minari belongs to the first family, the prospecting diallers built in France. If what you actually need falls into the third (reception, transfers, inbound calls), no parallel dialler will answer it, however good it is.

## Who each solution is for

Minari remains the right choice if

- your need is limited to the parallel dialler and to logging its activity in the CRM
- your CRM is HubSpot and the native integration covers most of your uses
- pricing communicated after a demo raises no difficulty in your buying process

An alternative makes sense if

- you want public pricing and online subscription, without going through a demo
- you also have to equip the colleagues who do not prospect, from $25 per line per month
- you would rather bring contacts, call sequences, SMS and tasks together in the same platform as the dialler
- you want to start with a single licence, with no minimum

Key difference

## One plan per person, not one licence for the whole team

In a team of ten, needs are not the same. An SDR placing hundreds of calls a day, an account executive placing a handful and a head of sales who mainly needs a business line have no business being on the same plan. The usual market model still has all ten taking the same licence.

Everyone on their own plan, on one account

An SDR on the Expert plan, an account executive on Starter, a founder on the Business VoIP line. The plan follows the person's usage rather than the team average, and it changes without changing account: the number, the call history and the contacts stay.

Everything in one interface

Many parallel diallers plug into a telephony provider you contract separately: two tools, two invoices, two support desks. Here the line, the dialler, the contacts and the sequences sit in the same tool.

From one licence, with no tier imposed

No minimum of three, six or nine licences to reach the right offering. One invoice for the company, itemised user by user.

Worth checking with Minari: whether each team member can sit on a different plan, or whether the licence you choose applies to everyone. [Multi-plan in detail](https://skipcall.io/en/features/multi-plan).

## Frequently asked questions

**What is the best Minari alternative in 2026? +**

There is no single answer: Minari and its direct alternatives share the same promise of parallel dialling, and differ on the scope around the dialler, on pricing transparency and on the minimum number of licences. In France, the locally built alternatives are Skipcall and Flunter. On the American market, Nooks and Orum target far larger teams. If what you actually need is business telephony rather than prospecting, the relevant comparison is instead Aircall, Ringover or CloudTalk.

**How much does Minari cost? +**

Minari displays no pricing on its website. Its pricing page presents a single offer, described as all inclusive, with the enrichment of numbers and addresses as a paid option, and points to a demo request. The only public amount on record as of 3 September 2026 is the one on the application listing in the HubSpot marketplace, which states 260 € per month for a plan covering parallel dialling and unlimited calls. The marketplace specifies that this amount is shown for guidance only and includes neither taxes nor discounts.

**Is Minari a French company? +**

Yes. Minari is a simplified joint-stock company registered on 12 March 2024, with its head office at 50 rue Maurice Arnoux in Montrouge, in the Hauts-de-Seine. Its identification number is 987 483 450, on the Nanterre trade register, and its declared activity is computer programming. Julien Schmitt is its chairman and Clement Bataille its managing director.

**Where is Minari customer data hosted? +**

The Minari privacy policy states that the software infrastructure is located in France. It specifies that some personal data may be passed to providers located outside the European Union, covered by standard contractual clauses. The announced retention periods are six months for call recordings, three years for contact lists and one year for connection data. The marketing website is hosted separately by Framer B.V., in the Netherlands.

**How many lines does Minari dial in parallel? +**

Up to five. The product page announces simultaneous dialling across five prospects, with automatic skipping of no answers, invalid numbers and answering machines, and rotation across several caller IDs. For comparison, Skipcall dials four lines in parallel. Beyond three or four lines, the limiting factor is no longer the dialler but the depth of the queue of reachable contacts.

**Does Minari have public reviews on G2 or Trustpilot? +**

No. As of 3 September 2026, Minari has no profile on G2, Trustpilot or Capterra. The only public reviews are on the application listing in the HubSpot marketplace: two reviews, for a rating of 5 out of 5, and more than 300 declared installs. That is too small a volume to draw a meaningful average from, which makes a test on your own lists all the more useful.

**What are the French alternatives to Minari? +**

Skipcall and Flunter are the two main alternatives built in France in the same segment. Flunter is centred on parallel dialling, with a similar functional scope. Skipcall covers both prospecting, with a four-line parallel dialler and answering machine detection, and business telephony, with a line from $25 per month for the colleagues who do not call in volume. Data is hosted at Scaleway, in France.

**Does Minari integrate with HubSpot? +**

Yes. Minari publishes an official application on the HubSpot marketplace, which syncs contacts, calls, tasks, deals and companies, and logs AI-generated transcripts and call summaries. Salesforce and Pipedrive are also cited among the native integrations, alongside Zapier, Make and n8n for automation.

**How do you compare two diallers without getting it wrong? +**

By running both tools on the same contact list, with the same sales reps and the same time slots, then relating the conversations obtained to the time actually spent in session. The raw number of calls means nothing: it rises mechanically as soon as you switch to parallel dialling. The 10-day test protocol set out higher up this page describes the four milestones and the five indicators to record.

**Is there a Minari alternative with public pricing? +**

Yes. Skipcall publishes its full grid: from $25 per month for a Business VoIP line, then from $70, $140 and $240 per licence per month depending on conversation volume, with no licence minimum and online subscription. That makes it possible to cost a project before any sales conversation, and to compare a cost per conversation rather than a licence price.
